Volume is surely not impressive today. Only 64 trades and $0.0008 is very thin.
Thanks. Appreciate the kind comment. Cautious is very good. As you rightly stated, let's keep a close eye on this one, and hope that things have in fact turned around and all the tweets shall become a reality. If not, the exit door is very close.
Fair question. My clients and I don't normally invest in sub-pennt stocks and IH is not the forum we typically use for interactions. That's why my account is quite new. However, given all the situation with COVID and the restrictions that this has imposed upon many along with some of the lucrative opportunities we have identified in this sector in particular, we are exploring several new mediums to acquire more information especially about these sort of stocks. There are several of us actually who are new to IH. And yes, the whole purpose is to identify up and coming companies, invest in them, makes ROIs, and should they prove that they are credible enough, then explore offline investments and help them grow further. Hope that answers your question.
Thanks for the response. I actually have not hyped them up at all. Feel free to look at my past posts. I am going with the recent tweets and giving them the benefit of the doubt as I eluded to in previous messages. I have bought several millions as a start and will not pour in more until I see them deliver. I invest on behalf of institutions as well so definitely not putting in given all the information I know. However, if i do see progress, rest assured I will be slapping the ask left and right. Until now, I am only going by the chart and whatever is out there in terms of information. A lot of the points you make are valid, and I am seeking the same answers, while not trying to be overly negative about it as it serves no one good. Hope this makes sense.
It would RIP. There isn't much at $0.0009.
Serious question, but please don't be offended, if you think very negatively of this stock and you strongly believe that the company is rubbish, why are you still following them and moreover, you are wanting it to go down to 5s and 6s to buy more. Aren't you worried it would go to zero or back to where it was and you would lose money on it? Again, hope that the question is not offending. I just don't get it, I guess.
Always interesting to see OTCX as one of the MMs. Simply wrong as it creates conflict of interest and totally against SEC enforcement.
Indeed. Need more of these. $0.0009 looks very thin for now. Some more positive news and this would rip.
Won't move much without news. The $0.0009 ask is thick. Let's see if they follow through with their updates.
The ask at $0.0008 and $0.0009 is quite thin for now. Let's see if these get slapped for an uptrend or MM are playing here.
Indeed. I really think that if we get some news ahead of market opening, this may fuel things quite rapidly. Even positive news within the day will be huge.
Did some technical analysis on the $ICTY chart and here is how it looks with all the supports and the resistances
https://ibb.co/k2ZM3xB
Looks like a major resistance is at $0.0012 followed by $0.0015 then $0.0018 and then $0.0020.
Once the $0.0020 is broken, then we actually have a clear road to $0.0030.
Of course, having catalysts will help expedite the upward movement given the increased interest from investors.
Breaking $0.0012 is going to be huge as this is a 3 year resistance point.
Looking forward to tomorrow and hopefully some more positive news shared by the company.
Let's see if we actually have a gap up tomorrow with all the excitement and positivity surrounding this. Looking forward to tomorrow.
No clue to be honest. The fact that they are on OTC however is not necessarily a bad thing. Some well-known large companies are listed on the OTC markets. For instance, the OTCQX trades shares of foreign companies such as Nestle SA, Bayer A.G., Allianz SE, BASF SE, Roche Holding Ag, and Danone SA.
In addition, they need to surely clean the house and get things back in order, if they are thinking about uplisting into NASDAQ or NYSE.
Should they continue to feed us with positivity and follow through on it, I would not be surprised if this makes a run to $0.002 this coming week.
And here is the registration of $ICTY with the SEC
https://sec.report/CIK/0001096337
I am not kidding myself and the paragraph is very clear. It has no mention that securities are not to be registered by the SEC. I know this process inside out due to the business I am in. NO security is to be offered without registration with the SEC. The law is crystal clear. The medium is the only difference here and the requirements when it comes to reporting. That's it. That's all. Any other information is misleading with all due respect. I would be extremely concerned if any security is allowed to trade without SEC's knowledge.
Sorry but this sort of misleading information. No OTC company would be allowed to offer securities without registering their offering with the SEC.
However, FINRA regulates broker-dealers that operate in the over-the-counter (OTC) market. FINRA does not regulate the OTC as it is the OTC's responsibility to ensure full compliance, where needed.
You need to ensure that you are fully aware of the difference between SEC, OTC, FINRA, and their respective roles. This is not NASDAQ or NYSE, which heavily lays out strict rules on companies along with their securities. There is a reason why many OTC companies decide not to go the NASDAQ or NYSE route.
You can learn more about this by visiting the URL below:

Great question. I believe that the OTC Markets could possibly facilitate that. Please note that OTC companies have no obligation to make any filing unless they wish to gain more of the investors' confidence and allow them to make more informed trading decisions.
Here are the reporting requirements for OTCs. You will note the involvement of OTC Markets as well.

Merger is a separate thing from having ability to upload their financials. Two different catalysts.
Note below what has been mentioned in their PR
"The Company will be submitting paperwork in the near term to gain financial publishing access in order to bring the company current with reporting requirements."
Yup. OTCMarkets needs to review them and grant them accessibility to upload their financials. They can only do so once they are approaved to proceed by OTCMarkets.
I think, per their PR, they will need access from OTC first prior to getting them uploaded. Looking forward to seeing their numbers though.
Thanks. Appreciate the kind note. Let's indeed hope that they are finally on the right path.
I totally hear where you are coming from and I understand that you may have had bad experience in the past and all of that is appreciated. However, I can easily refer you to many companies who were doing very poorly in the past and then made a lot of cleaning up to resurface strongly afterwards. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt and as I have already mentioned in previous posts, I will only come in big once I see a momentum building based on delivery not just talk. Trust me I have been doing this for years and know that things do not happen overnight. Always manage your risk. That's part of the game. So, if they continue to issue positive statements followed through with facts, this will be big. That's the point I was making.
Great news. This will do wonders this coming week.
I haven't been here for long so I cannot answer your questions. I have gotten in modestly here based on some notes written about it here and there. If Bradley wants to enjoy the couple of $$ he got out of this and not not look at the big picture, then by all means, won't hurt me a bit. However, I only invest big when I see momentum and delivery of what has been promised. Yes. I would pay higher per share but that's also fine by me.
Pleasure. I think so too. Looking forward to next week.
Patiently waiting :)
The press release mentioned that there is no reverse split, so the shares need to be cancelled and registered accordingly with the SEC
I have sent across some investor related questions to Bradley. If I ever end up receiving any response, I will post it here for everyone's visibility. I am looking to add at least an additional 30m-40m shares once we see the momentum continuing to move forward over the coming days and once I hear back on the questions asked. Will keep everyone posted.
Not entirely sure although it seems that they will since the new website they are working on is cannadevco.com and their press release carried the logo of Canna Development Company, so I assume that's where they are heading.
I would certainly be very bullish. We should surely some more movement next week due to anticipation as well.
Indeed. Def looking forward to them following through.
Nice glad to hear. Yeah this has great potential with all the upcoming planned announcements of the merger and financials etc. Seems like they are getting their stuff in order so should see an upward movement further next week. We shall see.
Not really. This has been treating everyone well.
But let me guess, $SSOK has been hurting you hasn't it
Got it. Thank you.
Sorry. Silly question here but who is cdel?
Would love to see $0.001 ahead of the weekend so that it can forge ahead on Monday with the anticipated news, etc. Not sure that it would happen though given that the volume has slowed down.
Loaded a couple of millions here at $0.0008. Looking forward to this one. Looks like they have a couple of surprises in the bag.
