Nope, it's not you. I like the upcoming catalysts here, but they really need to get rid of that Twitter bot.
Yeah, it's interesting how both tickers have more or less mirrored each other's SP as of late. Thank you and best of luck!
Definitely a possibility. Last September I heard some rumors about Katz taking over as CEO of another company. That actually came to fruition March 3rd. Legal counsel for that company is located in Houston, which is where meetings wrapped up last week according to Virexit's Twitter account. I don't want to feed the rumor mill, but what may have just transpired in those meetings last week might be alot bigger than people realize. I hold a position in that ticker as well, so this next week is going to prove to be an interesting one.
Rock solid post! No doubt in my mind that is exactly what was going on.
My assessment is based upon previous synergy plays I have been a part of. If custodianship is not granted, most people will exit same day. There is obviously risk here, but if things fall into place and pans out like other synergy plays I have been in, then the risk is well worth the reward for me.
Delaware courts seemingly move at a snails pace compared to other jurisdictions so there is definitely that. If you do happen to get filled, this ticker generally holds it's 1st level of support pretty well once it finds it.

I have also been here since last summer. Alot of water under the bridge since then and everything that James has either hinted at or outright said would happen has happened up to this point. I have said it before that I believe the end game here is a listing on the Nasdaq. Each year, roughly 75 companies are uplisted to Nasdaq, or about 0.005 percent of those who try. If any management team out there can get it done, it will be this one. Once all of the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place, including whatever Patrick Netter has planned with his marketing strategy, I think we will all be a part of a company that is truly a unicorn in the OTC.
All of this is just my opinion. Best of luck to everyone!
There are usually three phases with regard to these plays. Phase 1..Synergy announces their intent...share price pops. Phase 2..they obtain custodianship..share price pops again. Phase 3..new company gains control once custodianship is discharged to them...share price pops again. I don't see this play being any different if Ben gets what he is after. Time will tell.
Nice! I ran out of dry powder from my shopping spree this week or I would have scooped up a few of those 18's before they became history.
Without a doubt. Even some of the most solid tickers in the OTC were absolutely crushed these last couple of weeks. The big boards took a beating as well. I used the opportunity to accumulate shares.
With the knee jerk reaction of people exiting positions en mass because of SEC suspensions, MM's seized the opportunity to manipulate the entire market these last couple of weeks. Not a coincidence that at the beginning of the day several of my positions began to pickup steam and by the end of the day I was green in every ticker I own. Glad they decided to let the market run a bit today. We should see a continuation of this Monday.
Snagged a milly at .002.
I tripled my position here today. Never thought I'd see teens with ticker again. Bear markets don't last forever. We will rebound nicely here at some point.
This entire situation with these SEC suspensions has been blown out of proportion, just like everything else in the OTC. Custodianship plays, just by the nature of what they are, are risky. The last Synergy play I was in was S**C. That stock hovered around 0028 before custodianship was announced. Went on a 3 day run up to a nickel. So basically, from last August until beginning of December, the stock went from sub penny and established 3 support levels of .01, .04, and .06 on custodianship news. Alot of synergy plays follow this type of pattern because Ben seeks out reputable companies that are ready to go public with solid financials. Synergy's entire business model is dependent upon finding tickers just like SNRY and taking custodianship of them. The biggest risk with this play is that custodianship will not be granted, not the SEC halting or suspending it. There isn't any large scale social media pumping of this stock which is what is attracting the SEC in the first place. To each their own, but no way I sell here. We are so close. I bet we get news no later than the end of next week. Then boom!
GLTA.
Pretty solid day indeed, and on relatively low volume which surprised me considering what has happened since Friday. Wait until we pop 100-150 million or more.
Application for OTCQB is a very significant development. If granted, it will demonstrate a level of reliability that will blast open doors of opportunity for alot of new investors.
Think venture capital....

Yep, I agree. Great assessment. I definitely understand most people won't take the time to learn the fundamentals, how the game is played, and are thus doomed for failure. Just watching how people sell their shares during a run provides insight as to what we are up against. I very rarely post. So if my occasional posts help one or two people out, then it was worth it.
Best of luck to everyone!
You're welcome! There are definitely some great articles on that site.
I thought so too. The article is directed more towards the big boards but it certainly has relevance for our OTC plays.
It's not just manipulation that brought us down these last couple of days, and Structengr had some solid insights as to why we have seen a bit of a retrace as of late. But this stock is also being shorted at an above average percentile. This data is from a couple of days ago.
Short Volume 26,375,469
Market Volume 44,202,489
Short Volume Ratio 60%
Once we see some PR's and the plan James and his team have in place begin to unfold, the volume here will spike and these prices will become a distant memory.
Found this on another board. We definitely see more green than red days here but this might provide some insights for some of you that have doubts about this company.

I have been here lurking since last summer. I have seen alot of pumpers and bashers come and go since then. For those of us that know what a true gem we have here, none of the peripheral noise matters. Big picture here is an all star management team that will take this company to an eventual Nasdaq listing. That's the endgame. It'll take awhile to get there but the longs here will be handsomely rewarded for their patience.

This is just the beginning. Alot of pokers in the fire with this ticker. Pink current, ticker change, updated filings. Everytime they follow through with any of these announcements they have made we will gather steam. Exciting times ahead!
Solid day here! This thing really wants to run. I was watching Lvl 2 right before close. 11's were super thin and 12's were starting to print. With this kind of volume this momentum should continue.
Great day here! Will churn a bit back and forth as those who bought in the low trips take profits. If this kind of volume continues, with the low float we will likely be out of trips sometime next week. Gltu.
Holding 1st support level at 0004 nicely. 2nd and 3rd resistance levels at 0006. Once we pass that next stop should be out of trips.
Primed for the next leg up
