MUCH better music than previous meetings.
Where is Cyrus' FORM 4? Maybe he filled out a W-2. He wouldn't sign his name on the 10K for free, right?
Will the "chart" continue to play out as the indicators suggest?
What news will be released prior to the vote to increase the possibility of a "yes" vote to authorize more shares?
Will they take a significant amount and pay Samsung?
Will their salaries be modified to one of reaching "milestones" if ya want a reward?
Nothing really new here as far as "on going concern", "still not making profits", etc.
Where is the 8K that states Cyrus is no longer with Cytodyn? I still see him. www.cytodyn.com.
UNLESS they have violated another law. ROFL
I would think Cyrus was well informed before he accepted the position and discussed any issue he saw before accepting. AND this may be why we are seeing "quiet" vs. weekly updates, reporting the errors in the previous filings, and delay in the filing of the 10K. IF he did not know what was going on with the books, etc. when he was interviewed, well.......he should have.
The recent 8K gives us insight into what to expect in the 10K. So, when it is filed, it is "old news", so to speak.
I'm interested what has been going on we do not know to gain insight into their direction moving forward and what has been solved and left behind.
Did the previous lawsuits ever find a "lead" plaintiff? LAUGHING!!!!!
What was the verdict in those previous "lawsuits?"
Did the lawyers make some money? How about the lead plaintiff(s)
LAUGHING, AGAIN!!!!
I think the SEC already knows this since their site shows the 8k, right? And as shown in previous posts by folks on the pro and con side, SEC is slow to the show anyway. Do you think the SEC did not become aware way back when they started the "investigation"? We've been told how "thorough" they are and I"m glad to see their influence in this matter. AND this usually ends up with a fine and everyone carries on. Though the fine is paid by the company, any individual charges that might be filed, are just that....the individuals responsibility.
It's a reflection on the "past" management of the financial department and the auditors. Looks like people are in place now to keep things like this from happening in the future. Time will tell.
Maybe so, but I have seen the same critique of the company violating reporting standards that the SEC will "file charges", "suspend trading", "shut down the office," etc. for a couple years and nothing has been filed. Are they saving all of them up and will file or do those things next week? A month form now? Or never?
I'm not married to the company, as I've posted many times over the last couple of years. I follow the progress of Leronlimab. And which ever company can move it forward, I will follow them.
And maybe your question is covered by:
Better question for Ms. Urbach.
And yet the SEC (who knows all) did not shut them down? Why? Doesn't mean it is not possible, but I've heard this for years that the SEC was going to "stop trading", close the office, etc. The SEC has KNOWN yet they did not do anything EXCEPT it was announce an investigation had commenced (no specific details on what they were investigating).
I wonder if the changes we have seen this year are not a result of the SEC giving direction (not direct instructions necessarily). Is this the reason for the departures of some and bringing in "new officers", especially this new CEO?
Time will tell.
Looks to me like things are making sense: SEC "investigation", changes in CEO and BOD, Officers, request for increase in A/S. Getting the placed cleaned up so there are less(?) issues moving forward. I would think potential financiers or partners have looked at the books and pointed out issues they have (as well as the SEC) so we have had changes in the management. Bad news in the 8K? Yes but also good in that we can see work has been going on to "clean up" the errors of the past that were "hidden" but now come to light. And the issues appear to be more "management" related than the actual potential of the product. Management will be and has been held accountable.
I'm not worried about the SEC. I think they helped to this point since entering the picture. I expect PPS to be volatile but only because it has been since I've been here AND it is still a pre-revenue biotech. But I do see the company doing what the SEC has found needs to be changed and is being changed (CEO, BOD, Officers, timely reporting, etc.)
"Hello, skeleton in the closet! It's nice to finally meet you."
Correct me if I'm wrong, so what you are saying is since 2018 she has accumulated from "691,208" to "782,408" as of 7/31/2022? She hasn't been selling as some report? But accumulating?
Since I was informed the reason the volume was so "high" was because of "washing" to make volume appear higher than it was on the "buy side", is today's drop really "washing" on the "sell side" to make it look like there is more "sell volume" than there actually is? Does it work both ways?
Did ya notice how many shares his WIFE still holds in the Form 4?
Need "screen shots."
They can't hire. Have you not heard they are bankrupt, starting bankruptcy, ran out of money, have no stock to sell as shelf/S3's are not approved to use as an incentive, etc?
And it STILL holds this PPS....Makes ya wonder.
Could be "warrants" as they may show "short" when exercised. Don't know how many warrants were issued lately in total. IMO.
Mesa Verde is cool!!!
Interesting. So the shelf shares/S-3 were approved? I'm kind of getting confused about the back and forth on that issue.....
They do not have to admit they were "wrong" just that NOW there is evidence to support leronlimab's use.
I confirmed for myself and that is the only one that needs the "convincing" since I am the one who makes the decisions, in my book. I don't care what others say. Her text to me is golden.
I'm getting there. LOL
I was just trying to understand this statement as it appears they are now identifying these social media posts as "possible" attempts at garnering support.
Interesting thing about Dr. BP's tweets. First, denial by 13 group that he was "pumping" or specifically "soliciting" which is against SEC rules/regs. BUT in this filing, they are including the tweets to "solicit" is my understanding. I could be wrong.
They do not own more than 10% of shares so do not have to file 16 is my understanding. I don't have more than 10% so I do not have to file section 16. LOL But I'm also not an insider so does not apply to me.
Did you check the Stuttgart PPS this morning? How is the volume?
Placebo effect can work for other treatments but does not seem to have effected some who get standard of care (hey I feel great after that pill/injection). "Hey, I took (name your big pharma drug) and I feel great." I don't hear anyone saying "Placebo effect!!!" But if someone feels better after taking leronsaline, it HAS to be placebo effect? Double standard? Glad to hear of the improvement whether placebo or an "effective leronlimab."
Just saw that. I wonder what they did anyway? Not being negative, just wondering what do the other board members do that have not been heard from?
How's that Stuttgart PPS this morning? Seemed to matter yesterday..... BWAHAHAA.(It doesn't matter, IMO).
Is Stuttgart covering?
"Confirmed". Also "confirmed" it is NOT $1.10 at any point in USD.
What is the volume? LOL
