Everyone talking like the SP drop was a big conspiracy.
It was sold by a retail trader. Someone decided they didn't want to wait.
We'll find out if they made a good or bad decision in the coming weeks.
Slap that ask!
Just Slap the ask, my man.
Wrong board. Neither of your two posts relates to ILST.
ILST is a holding company and has already announced 100% acquisition of budding equity inc. a cannabis accessories company licensed to sell products from major brands and celebrities.
He certainly does.
I'm guessing we'll see more form-4s. Doesn't want to push up the SP too high. Needs to average down a lot. Lol.
So thin. Moves on air. Still people selling down here. Great time to load.
No. Just TA change.
Yeah, I only see this failing if the companies they acquire go under, but given the experience running this stock, I'm not concerned.
Who is selling 14s?
Wow. You traded OTC since 2002. Crazy. I was asking around for someone with that experience. Glad to hear your explanation is what I was assuming. These value companies will do fine once the market turns bullish, however long that takes is anyone's guess.
That is for the update BB
Long holders will be rewarded. Nothing to worry about here.
Maybe they want to load more. Just need to have patience.
The clause is in effect after the company takes control.
Right. And MMs know this, so they shorted it and buying back their short position at these levels. Solid return for them.
It's not an empty shell. Change of control happened. ILST is good to go.
Excellent.
Yeah, they need to get that sorted out ASAP.
Been slowly loading this one.
That's really...cool. ;)
I believe you. ;)
Why do you think .0023 the t@rget price?
You must be short. Lol. Good luck.
It's a nice SS. No need to RS. Low float. Just need a better market and some news.
200M is nothing. It traded over 2B in the last couple weeks.
Because he was considered an insider and became a custodian owning more than 5% of the public shares. He would have been legally obligated to list his shares in the financial reports. The fact he didn't means, if you're right, then it was his friends and family that bought it. They wouldn't have to wait until the custodianship was terminated, which is why I don't believe this is Frank selling.
If what you're saying is true, then his shares would have been listed on a form-4. They weren't. He bought NIHK shares publicly with a form-4. He follows the rules.
Look at how much volume was traded last year. Why the hell would he wait until it's bottomed to sell? Sorry, it doesn't make sense.
I'm so tired of people saying this. None of the SS updates show dilution. What shares is he dumping? The ones he bought on the open market? Well why would he dump here? He would've dumped when this thing was much higher. Your logic doesn't make sense.
Maybe their insiders are still loading. Not much selling down here, though. If true, they need to stop being so greedy and start slapping.
Yeah, it's gross. MM illegal shorting is disgusting. But nothing we can do.
Congrats to everyone that profited here.
Are people actually willing to sell down at these levels? MMs signalling they want more shares. Don't give it to them. MM short selling has destroyed too many portfolios. Force them to buy higher. they don't deserve your shares. Let them short and buy more. DO NOT SELL. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
His writing and the writing in the PR looks different. Probably not the same guy.
Tiny Mickey is ASTA CEO? Is that an ironic name like in Robinhood?
I meant the half full vs half empty perspective.
Thanks for the info.
Maybe he's loading trips. Lol.
I see.
So it looks like he disappeared, but we can't be certain. These cases can be complicated.
So what are we thinking? They want to clear up the court cases before spending time and money on their public stock?
