Rockleo please keep posting your medical views. I find them helpful.
Thank you Dr Jerry!
Venture Cap - not the market — AF
Scooter, concerning manufacturing of Leronlimab, it is my understanding that the product is frozen. Being frozen gives it a couple of years shelf life. Once unfrozen it has six months shelf life.
Maybe someone else can confirm this.
Good post Blane. Also, don’t forget that two years ago NP also had to pull the company from the brink of bankruptcy when the previous Administration ran it into ground.
Why post rumors??
Excellent post Scooter
Thanks Scooter!
This is a post that should be repeated several times a day , everyday. Short, to the point, and very true.
PersianLeo. Good post as usual. I like your thinking.
BioInvestor4 - I think you have found the real reason the stock is down. Who would buy stock where the venom drips from the posts of some “longs”. All those posts do is build up the shorts game. Same general comments time after time. The so called “longs” call for NP to shut up - they need to heed their own advice.
PersianLeo- We need more like you on this board. Thanks for your posts.
Bob bro — great post good information. A lot more than I had.
BioInvestor4 Here is your answer:
System for Award Management (SAM) A SAM registration is required for any entity to bid on and get paid for federal contracts or to receive federal funds. These include for-profit businesses, nonprofits, government contractors, government subcontractors, state governments, and local municipalities.
Great Post!!!
PersianLeo I am sure your father would be very proud of you. Having lost my father to cancer, I can relate what you are going through. My prayers are with you.
Well said. I like the sense you bring to this board.
Great find tradinplaces! Thanks for sharing.
To Grip It and Others: I do care when I feel that some posters on this board continually aid the enemies of us and the company either inadvertently or intentionally. For you to understand where I am coming from, I would like to respond to your comments to me item by item along with giving you a little of my background. I retired from a global company with over 90,000 employees. I know how different individuals regard timelines, how process delays can occur, and how government bureaucrats can drive you nuts.
1. You see, because of Nader’s ramblings on this subject it became the focal point of several hit pieces that helped set up on of the most impressive short attacks ever!! We went from $10.01 to $4.65 in about five minutes! So yes, I CARE!
His selling of stock has been covered completely on this board, but it was not a reason our stock went from $10.00 to $4.65. The reason our stock dropped was due to illegal trades. Also covered in detail on this board.
2. I also care that he makes promises that can’t be kept time and time again, I care that he don’t have a BLA submission for HIV and still don’t have any word on the meeting for the “Refusal to File”
The BLA was submitted and the reason for the Refusal to File has been covered. Not unusual for it to happen.
3. and still don’t have any word on the meeting for the “Refusal to File.
Have you thought that the work on the virus program may have been to higher priority? Or the hold up is with the government?
4. I CARE that he said he would have the data “in a few days” and didn’t deliver!
Nader did not give a specific date for the release of the data. For a lot of folks that I have dealt with would not consider the “few days” time frame up yet.
5. These are the things that make life easier for the Citron’s and AF’s is the world easier. These are things that erode shareholder value.
Not remembering that this is a small company battling big competitors and government regs, allows people to be so negative and thus aid the likes of Citron and AF. It is hard to be patient.
WHO CARES!!! “ fact is that he sold it and only a portion was paid to Samsung.” He paid Samsung with his own shares. You can do what you want with your shares and he can do what he wants with his. Such sour grapes that you seem to be bringing up time after time.
Excellent comment Ironman !
Dadbrotheroftwins - it seems you confusing two different items. The first point that the the six weeks is normally the time for a company work up the analysis to send to u]FDA for approval. They are trying to get it done in a few days. The second point is the time to get FDA review. (which has been shortened due to the Pandemic.)
Pacman3. This has been throughly covered - Please check past posts for details. Authorized does not equal issued. Will not affect SP as you think.
Great post that everyone should read. Good Info for new comers and great reminders for old timers.
Excellent point MunchMeat42 !!
I thought there was an executive order covering companies working on the COVID-19 virus. The order allowed prosecution of people manipulating those stock prices. Of course my memory is not as good as it used to be. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
Not worried about the results. These people were in very bad shape. It looked to me like they were past help.

I got an email for Schwab. I voted for the additional stock, hopefully that will help keep us independent. No to a takeover or buy out.
$30 by end of July 2020
You might want to keep the $100 sell limit on for now. It only takes a few seconds to cancel it. I renewed mine.
