Only wishful thinking

APRU 1 for 1,500 Reverse Split 9/14/2011
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=67102684
LOL - I have 7 restricted shares now - wasn't there was 1/1500 reverse split in 2011?
Just bought some ECOB shares on impulse - I hope I don't regret it.
For those of us still holding shares of RSHN and APRU, those of us who are actual INVESTORS of Bob's companies (aka bagholders) - how are we profited if the SEC shuts Bob down?
I really don't care about justice - I just want to someone to buy my millions of Rushnet Shares and I want the restrictions lifted off of my APRU shares so I can sell those too.
So I say, keep those PRs coming, keep pumping, keep doing whatever you have to do, Bob, to help me sell my shares. I've got my sell orders in.
Not defending Apple Rush Inc. - just trying to bring a shred of objectivity to this board. Apple Rush Inc. is down something like 8,000% since it first started trading (math may be wrong on that, but it has obviously plummeted) - there is no debating that. But the latest round of PRs have almost doubled the pps from the time the first one came on 9/8.
Sounded like you were trying to say that the recent round of PRs hadn't effected the pps.
Didn't the 1st of last 12 PRs (the one about aluminum cans) come out on 9/8? So why don't you start your PPS comparison there?
9/8/09 $0.0011 - 11/3/09 $0.002 = PPS up almost 100%
I'm just saying...
A curious message posted on the Yahoo HTRE message board today:
"Wow! Huge celebrity deal to be announced shortly. This changes everything and most def requires celebrating in Miami!4:08 PM Aug 3rd from Twittelator"
Tampa property sold to highest bidder for $525,000
By SARAH HOYE | The Tampa Tribune
Published: July 21, 2009
Today was selling time for the building that housed the Hip Hop Soda Shop, Bull Ring sports bar and Hops Restaurant. Owners wanted bids to open at $2 million for the 10,000 square-foot restaurant, equipment and the land its sits on at 1241 E. Fowler Ave. About 10 registered bidders took turns at scoring the property. The highest bid was $525,000 by Jayanti Patel, of Tampa, who wanted to tear down the restaurant to build a hotel. The bid was later rejected by property owner Alexander Reid Land Development, LLC., of New Jersey. They leased the property to the Hip Hop Soda Shop.
Patel, who owns a number of Sunoco gas stations around Tampa, bid on the property once before. "I tried to buy this back in 2004," he said. "I'd be getting it for the same price." The property became available when the owners evicted the Soda Shop when the $16,000 monthly rent went unpaid, said auctioneer Peter Spatz of North American Auctioneers, Inc. who is handling the sale.
Although the offer was not accepted, by the afternoon Spatz said he was working with two restaurateurs interested in the property. A deal should be reached by the end of the week, he said. "The economy isn't good," Spatz said, "but I have a motivated seller."
The shop featured a restaurant, bar, video gaming room and recording studio. Today, wires hang from the ceilings and naked walls that were once covered with flat screens. No memorabilia was sold. A grand opening fit for MTV was held in December 2007 for the Hip Hop Soda Shop and featured appearances by beat boxer Doug E. Fresh, Andre Harrell, former president of Motown Records and founder of Uptown Records, and a host of rappers and artists including Busta Rhymes and Dipset hip-hop collective.
Jamar McNeil and Brian Peters conceived the idea for a restaurant for hip-hop culture and video gaming. The formula of healthy food, hip-hop music, gaming, and a community-conscious approach caught the attention of Benjamin Chavis, former head of the NAACP, who served as chief executive of H3 Enterprises. In February 2009, the company reported a successful Super Bowl week in Tampa. "The Hip Hop Soda Shop had a great week both financially and within the realm of national branding. The amount of people that attended our numerous events was well into the tens of thousands," Peters said in a statement.
In May, H3 Enterprises, the publicly traded parent company of HipHopSodaShop, announced the closing of the Tampa franchise on its Web site "due to factors including regional business and real estate issues."

I saw this posted on the Yahoo board today:
Re: volume up for last few days 14-May-09 10:30 am There is another business that has not yet gone public, run by Jordan E. @ H3 Enterprises, called H3 Entertainment. Its registered in Florida.
Not entirely correct according the State of Florida website, but it is a little bit mysterious. Chutjian's name doesn't appear anywhere in H3 Entertainment.
I don't know - my gut tells me all is not is not well in H3 land (I'm guessing there is no more money, Jordan has moved on, there is no SodaShop TV, no interest in franchises, etc.) but I be would pleasantly surprised if there was some kind of announcment about H3 Entertainment. The good news is, my gut is usually wrong, so you never know. Lets go H3Inc - back to .01!
Jordan is part of a new company, "Appetizer Mobile"... http://appetizermobile.com/
He is listed first as part of the "Executive Management and Development Team."
The last sentence of his bio says, "Mr. Edelson also served as Chief Technology Officer of H3 Enterprises Inc, the first publically traded Hip-Hop company."
Sounds like he is maybe no longer CTO for H3 Inc., but no official word from the company.
...and the good news is:
1) Apple Rush is still alive as a company
2) Somewhere, somebody is buying the product
While I have mostly accepted the fact that RSHN has been a failed investment of my money, I am at least happy to read some kind of a PR and know that something is happening.
Apple Rush made with Stevia. This is what I want, or at least a PR saying they are exploring the possibilities.
Crap...I just noticed that my sell orders have expired also.
I wish it was me...I like to fill about 10 sell orders for a million shares.
So who won the lottery and had one of their sell orders filled? I know it wasn't me.
I hesitate to post the following information - its like throwing meat to rabid dogs, but for some reason I feel obligated. I asked someone at Apple Rush about a month ago why the local health food store I was getting Ginseng Rush from could no longer get the product, and they told me that GR, GR XXX, and RC are temporarily not being bottled. They would like to resume production of them sometime in the future, but for now they are no longer available. The Rush sparkling juices are still being distributed and are selling well in Canada and some parts of the US, but not doing so well on the West Coast. E-water didn't come up in our conversation. I originally called Garden and was directed to call Apple Rush. The person who answered the phone at AR was the one who relayed this info to me. The guy at Garden did at least confirm that they are alive and well.
A pretty good blog review of the Soda Shop - nice pictures...

"Hip Hop 4 Habitat Aligns with Hip Hop Soda Shop to Build New Homes"

DJ Ekin - one of the hosts for SodaShopTV?
Gee - I wonder why? Seems like you should have gotten the hint by now that those questions will not be answered in a public forum.
Personally I would like to see more fans of Hip Hop posting in the forums - I would feel more warm and fuzzy about HHSS if there was regular community discussing stuff unrelated to stock prices and outstanding shares.
Perhaps the TV program is coming soon?

OK - here's a street view. Looks like there is space available.
Sat image of Garden Bev. from Google Earth. I don't know the date of the image, nor can I account for what the actual buidling shown in the image is - I just plugged in the address for Garden Beverages. In any case, the building shown looks like it has 3 smaller trucks and two larger trucks in the parking lot. I feel safer now that I know that Extenze still has some healthy distribution channels.

And now for something completely different...
Here is a random person who liked Apple Rush.
http://laurenfutrell.blogspot.com/2008/10/new-thing-214-apple-bubbly.html
Just checked out h3gameline.com - looks like it is up and running with people playing and spending their pennies. Woo Hoo!
Perhaps an accurate metaphor for Corr and company, but in the real world that statement could not be farther from the truth.
This is an interesting take on Ben's removal as CEO:
http://www.prohiphop.com/2008/07/ben-chavis-out.html
If you read between the lines, it sounds like he has somewhat of a reputation for a lot of hype with little substance.
My bad...duh!
Duh...But it was his name that was associated with the company. He was all over the news talking about his new venture. That is what drives the price up in a stock like this...serious buzz.
Are you implying that he is going to work for the HH Grub Spot?
It was Warren Sapp that took the price to .78 (IMO).
Madden Tourney at the Miami HHSS?

That sums it up pretty well for me.
Why do people play slot machines or do any other kind of gambling? We have delusions of huge returns.
RSHN was a gamble for me - all or nothing. Unfortunately I got nothing.
You could have saved yourself some time in that last post with a simple "I told you so." Then again, I know how much you love reading your own writing.
Congratulations, you were right about RSHN. However, that is not saying much since you could probably pick any of these pink sheet penny stocks at random, predict that the CEO is a crook and the stock will be worhless, and you would right 80% of the time.
Like I said, my online brokerage says they are now worth ZERO. THis morning i just put in a sell of 999999 shares at a limit of 0.0001, good until canceled. Somehow I don't think that is ever getting filled.
Also, my impression was that the APRU shares would be tradeable after certain period...approx 1 year from issue? Not like that really matters either because those are/will be practically worthless as well.
