Residential septic isn't the sole target.. more like city/county municipalities and large scale sludge treatment. EPA is out of control which is good for this outfit. Not a lotto for me but a major long-term hold.

I'm thinking they did - the promissory note allowed for that, and it matured in February of 2020....so come August, they were able to execute the move to convert the note to shares.
