I am no accountant but their 10-Q shows Total Operating Expenses for the first three quarters of 2020 at $5.4M .. Maybe round up and call it $10M for the year. The CEO mentioned a 2021 operating budget of +$38M on last week’s call. Things are set to scale massively. This is stealing at $5

paying an expense price for visibility. This will creep back to $5+ and recover fully with news. Hopefully they ripped the bandaid off and will finally get attention from analysts and institutions. It’s a long term play for sure. Their expansion is evident.

Any guesses on the revenue number?

I’m hopeful for a surprising solution sales number over $2M.

Service maybe accounts for $1.5M, and another $5M of hard product sales.

Very interested to see if they’re actually selling robots and what the international figures equate too. This is my very conservative estimation but wouldn’t be shocked if they come in 1.5x this.

Regardless.. the business is well financed with close to $10M cash, minimal debt and recurring revenue.

I think we’re still so under the radar that this thing really flys as long as revenue breaks $10M. I’ve ran some rough numbers and think they should be pulling at least $2M from solution sales and $2M from training alone. Who knows how busy they’ve really been with with manufacturers up and running. Who knows if they’ve sold robots!

Pfizer’s vaccine is being developed in their new Chesterfield, MO location. Tomi has 20 ceiling mounted disinfection units in the facility in 4 different clean rooms. How’s that for a stamp of approval for the Gold Standard of disinfection.

Pfizer news comes from a trial of 94 in which half of them got a placebo. “Even if all goes well it will be will into 2021 before more Americans can get a vaccine, experts say.”

Same here. We’ll climb back as the panic settles and things level off this afternoon. Got to assume we’ll take a 3%-6% hit based on the sell off. Still not worth it to me to sell and miss being in the game if and when news drops.

That was my first impression as well. I’ve also listened to the last few conference calls and cringed at moments due to his style.

In reality, this company isn’t dependent on the sales-ability of a “key man” CEO. The product seems to sell itself and their small team can manage to sell at scale both domestic and internationally by just managing supply and fulfillment.

Part of me wants to believe that folks will fall for the “mad scientist” / “absent minded professor”-esque Dr. Halden Shane... in a world of Elon Musk and other eccentric CEOs. Another part of me thinks we need a sharp-talking suit that can shout from the rooftops.

Regardless, Shane’s been able to take this from DARPA to NADSAQ and is slowly and methodically growing the business. I can’t knock him for his appearance and delivery when the company is moving in the right direction.

He simply understands the science angle over the marketing. So use some of their cash and hire a marketing team, advertising agency and sales pros!

Earnings is less than 20 trading sessions away. Major news could be any minute from the FDA.

I’m not getting caught in the short trap here...they want shares for the climb north.

Big picture is still the same.

Proves to me now under the radar this remains. Anyone that’s familiar with the story, the financials, the future growth potential is a believer. I’ll take every day that goes by flat from here until a big news event or an impressive earnings report. More opportunities to average in low. Long game here. I want as much as I can get at these prices.

Rough math time: if the PR today stated “dozens of new customers” let’s hold them to the minimum of 24 new clients sourced through the new Commercial Division.

On the State of MA public reporting website, the Essex Sheriff Dpt. shows a check written to Tomi for about $30k.

Assume that is your typical “new customer” set up with a spraying device and some solution.

24 new clients at this same rate should pull roughly an additional $720k of revenue for the newly formed Commercial Division, mostly reportable for Q3.

(Of course they will all become “razor blade” customers and continue to generate further solution sales)

So, very roughly, and I’d say conservatively, the Commercial Division seems to have done another .7-1M in revenue since inception.

How are my numbers?

Lost some quick-hitter profit takers toward the end of the day when the overall market turned south and held still held $10 well. Should make for cleaner trading as we move north from here.

Looks like a copy machine on wheels lol. That’s likely SteraBot. Tomi has been quiet about this but I’m confident they’re completing all the necessary testing before releasing this to the market. Yet another item that we can expect impactful news about in due time. Backpack too.
