Below is what I found for the meaning of "allowed". Sounds to me like it is basically approved and only small steps left for it to be granted. Please let me know if I am missing something.
Found on this website:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glossary_of_patent_law_terms
"Allowance
A patent is "allowed" when the patent office examiners have determined that the patent application meets the necessary criteria of novelty, non-obviousness, feasibility, and usefulness. The applicants are notified of this certification, and that the patent office is ready to grant the patent once certain fees are paid and paperwork filed by the inventors or assignees. The term is used in the U.S. and some other countries. Few allowed patents are not subsequently granted."
This is huge! Looks like whatever issues that caused it to be rejected the first time have been resolved and all IGEN has to do is pay some fees/file paperwork and patent will be granted!
They always seem to file reports on time looking at the past, however they still haven't filed the 10k. Anyone know of any updates on when they plan to file?
Is IGEN what you sold all of your GRST for?
Hope it works out. Good luck
But why sell now when you know large revenues will be reported in a month? I get if you want to free up capital for some other stocks, but fully selling seems crazy to me with what we know. Either way good luck with your new stocks. Hope they run as much as GRST is about to :)
How many total do you have left to sell?
How often do they update OS on otcmarkets?
Haha no worries. I can't wait to see how this looks by year end!
Can you send me a link for vodaphone then? When I google it it automatically changes to vodafone and there are no search results for vodaphone. Pretty positive they just misspelled in form 7. Based on other replies that's what others are seeing as well. Grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter because it is huge news!
We should be seeing a new PR any day now announcing the 4 new dealerships groups recently signed!
Assuming Vodaphone as spelled in form 7 is actually Vodafone? If that's true then that means IGEN will soon be available worldwide!
No problem. Range I've seen is $350-$500 but either way it's huge revenue. I think it could generate more revenue than the inpatient beds.
Plus up to $500/day for outpatient treatment programs.
Good to see some more publicity for rxair.

What's the difference?
I fully agree. Thanks for the reply
Did you ask him about the increase in OS and when we can expect news regarding what it was for?
I've got just over half what you do at 8.4 million lol.
I keep telling myself that I have enough shares and I don't need to buy more but I keep buying. Going to be massive!
It only came out that late last year because of covid. It should be out at the latest April 15th with Q1 10q May 15th
Anyone think the increase in AS may have anything to do with them needing capital to be able to handle the volume needed with signing the largest dealership group in the US?
Bought 80k at $.0145. This is about to go next week.
Just a thought, but if they were able to bill out just over $600k in the first two months they must be making quite a bit on outpatient treatment programs also. Highly doubt they filled up a ton of beds right off the bat. Everyone keeps talking about the beds (which is a huge portion of revenue) but that is still only part of the revenue. Really excited to start seeing financial reports. I think Q1 report and forward looking projections are going to be even bigger than we think.
That's true. Could be broken up to I guess where they needed funding for acquisition and build out. Either way it should be good and stock is holding up really well during all this selling.
Maybe that's why it took longer? Covid Clear must have already hit the sales targets agreed to for them to have to fork over the extra 15% now. My only question is if the deal is done and shares issued to pay for acquisition why haven't they released a PR yet?
Each pop higher than the last. It'll go soon.
Glad I was continuing to add to my war chest at those low low prices
Your post makes zero sense to me. If this was happening and we hadn't gotten much guidance from the company I would agree with you. However, we know how many beds are full and they are having to expand to keep up with demand. Also, they billed out $600k in their first two months open. Once Q1 financials come out (if they don't give a forward guidance on 10k for Q1) the manipulation won't work anymore. In my opinion they have made it very simple to do the math for worst case revenue expecations and it's still pretty damn impressive. Do what you want but I feel it's very short sighted to bail at this point.
It just feels like we are on the verge of a big run with the sideways trading. Just waiting for that PR to come out with the massive dealership group signing.
I wouldn't expect to see the big revenue jump until the Q1 2021 report since they billed out the $600k in Nov and Dec 2020 but didn't start receiving payments until Jan 2021 from what I remember. Then Q2 report should then be another massive jump over Q1.
Tried again twice now to hit ask at .0089 to see what would happen but both filled at .0088. Small 10k share buys each time but wondering why they get filled under the ask at .0089?
Just hit the ask at .0089 and it filled at .0087.
Hit the ask like i have been doing today. Moves pretty easy when you do that.
Just bought 300k more on .009 ask. Can't see this going much lower.
Agree 100%. Looking at other OTC plays that have had big jumps after news, the biggest jump comes on the second day after more people have been able to read up.
He probably had every intention of releasing news this week but may have decided to hold off after the market started going to hell? If that is the case I am more than happy to wait until next week for news. Stock held up great this week compared to the rest of the market.
Added IGEN today
Yep. I am also
I've mentioned it on r/pennystocks. Someone asked about what penny stocks people were really excited for in 2021 and I said this one.
