Yup. You nailed.
Loose lips sink ships.
Is it expected that new/additional information will be forthcoming before the presentation? I recall a lot of talk about embargoes.
Or if anything is heard up until the actual presentation it should be considered FUD because there would be no leaks after the lessons learned from CROI 2020 when Dr. Jonah Sacha released some information prior to the conference?
Thank you for that info.
That would be 04:30am EDT.
Would be nice to wake up on Saturday to some good news.
Well, thank you misiu143.
This is a breath of fresh air compared to the status quo.
Any word on what time it will be presented? Since 25Jun is on a Saturday, I wonder how many shares are going to cover on Friday....and if there's good news...what Monday is going to look like if no one is selling.
From what I understand, Short Interest was almost 50M shares on 31May22.
Should be interesting.....
There's probably a "drop dead date" on those shares from the 2012 Equity Incentive Plan. Without NP soaking up the millions of shares....they've probably got to dole them out before they reach their "go bad" date.
Plus...think about it...these shares are already approved from a prior S-3. They are 100% in the clear.
I'm thinking that nothing of significance was announced/presented Thursday at the conference. More waiting.....
But wait....that's basing an argument using "Post-Hoc Analysis" data ...therefore its credibility is dubious....
And relying upon these constantly lambasted "stock promoters" for authoritative references....such as:
I've not heard much about the HIV situation from CytoDyn in a while....plus their trial/safety data is tied up with the Amarex debacle...
Definitely a wait and see period....not truly investing in either right now....flipping yes...
Maybe everyone should reevaluate who's expectations they tie their hopes to....
Could be that since the Phase 2 NASH 700mg results were announced meeting their PE/SE in early Jan 2022 and a certain controversial "someone" has departed the company with new management building/rebuilding relationships...there have been "new relationships" in the works....time will tell....sort of this odd timing with mysterious share price upswing without any announced news....
....somebody knows something....
OK....please show a scientific paper that documents the failure of the original clinical trial.
FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! THE TRIAL ENDED SIX MONTHS AGO !!! THE OPEN LABEL 350MG WAS NOT PART OF THE TRIAL !!!
The trial met its PE/SE six months ago!!! Now we know that 350mg is all you need to achieve similar results of 700mg by using the open label extension.
What is so difficult to understand that this really has no bearing that the original trial using 700mg met its PE/SE!!!
It reinforces that lower dosage can still give significant treatment options for NAFLD/NASH early on....it's a freak'n Phase 2 trial. Knowing this, it can now be pushed up for a Phase 3 trial using the gold standard of biopsied samples as monotherapy or paired with a partners other treatment where leronlimab can effectively boost a partner's treatment efficacy.
Who here has seen the Statistical Analysis Plan for this trial?
Typically there is a section stating what is planned for Post-Hoc Analysis and how it will be handled. Who are we to say what is "allowed or not allowed"?
Everyone seems to forget how this whole 700/350mg was laid out....
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220105005661/en/Leronlimab-14-Week-NASH-Clinical-Trial-Met-Primary-Endpoint-PDFF-and-Secondary-Endpoint-cT1-for-Per-Protocol-Population-in-350-mg-Weekly-Dose
The trial met its PE/SE six months ago!!! Now we know that 350mg is all you need to achieve similar results of 700mg !!!
Lower dosage of medications to achieve similar results are usually the preferred dosage.
(I could draw a comparison of laxative dosages...do you want to go there ???)
FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! THE TRIAL ENDED SIX MONTHS AGO !!! THE OPEN LABEL 350MG WAS NOT PART OF THE TRIAL !!!
A fair way to look at post-hoc analysis is:
So...we effectively had a "dosage deescalation" trial ?
Now.....to achieve the same results using only half the medication?
Hallelujah. Fewer needles into my frail, little body!!
Sign me up for the Phase 3 !!!
Oooo....good catch. And I didn't detect any latent images of the Lord's Last Supper in the background with anyone holding up three fingers....
So....if I read this correctly...
YES:
- the 350mg dose is the most effective
- no significant adverse effects (grade 3 or higher)
- mild case of the squirts (the medical term my doctor uses)
- the trial's Primary and Secondary Endpoints were met for 350mg dosage
- leronlimab treatment was well tolerated
- trial results supportive of further study and trials for NASH
NO:
- significant adverse effects
- trial failures
- no NP name anywhere on trial results
Could it be that some people finally realized that NP is no longer with the company and that it's safe to go back into the water?
It's been a tough job convincing many that he's really gone and that his "legacy" is being put in the rear view mirror. The new board looks as though they are committed to running a serious pre-revenue biotech... soon to hopefully drop the "pre".
Shared from a DM on another board:
But....but...but... it's in the IBox that is only modifiable by an Admin or moderator...... Why would they want to lead us astray?
... I'm scared now....I don't know who to trust now.... Can I have my woobie now?
That is truly amazing....can Ohm20 add this to his list?
I really think you hit it on the head with the word "pathological" ....lots of that mental health variety of issues rampant in these parts for a while....
But hey...there's always hemlock to cure what ails you.....chomp it up...tastes like kale....
You mean the same CYDY board member's wife who underwent scrutiny when it was reported by Adam Feuerstein (in...what...three attempted corrections to get it right) that she sold...I mean....intended to sell $2.6M in CYDY stock?
https://www.statnews.com/2021/02/05/wife-of-cytodyns-chairman-sold-2-6-million-in-company-stock-ahead-of-covid-19-drug-study-results/
....isn't that what a Form 144 is used for? Intent to sell?
I mean...the ones she intended to sell that were purchased on the open market in 2017....four years earlier??
Whoa...good point...but....but...but.....think for a moment.....
Leronlimab combined with Viagra....Something that would take care of the inflammation without affecting the swelling....
...would this qualify for a "stimulus" check or a PPP loan that would be forgiven? For instance....here's a random example...
https://projects.propublica.org/coronavirus/bailouts/loans/robertson-tire-company-inc-9529257000
No way!!! I want to see full screen posts of their W-2 and W-4 forms stating such.
And then we'll post their 1040's...and then...how about a Bureau of Priznorz screen shot. That would be awesome....Then...then...we'll post it in the IBox !!!
LAFFINGZ!!!!
Interesting dilemma....to "BK" or not to "BK"...that is the question.
....and does anyone ever read the "IBox" anyway? Bueller? Bueller ?
Fun Fact:
Did everyone realize that tick saliva inhibits the chemotactic function of MIP-1alpha and selectively impairs chemotaxis of immature dendritic cells by down-regulating cell-surface CCR5 ?
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18023445/
Tick saliva may be a competitor to leronlimab...if it weren't for all those tick borne diseases that we're pretty sure for which leronlimab can resolve associated inflammation - it's on Ohm20's list. But I suspect that down-regulating CCR5 is a less than optimal method of eliminating the signalling of RANTES.
So....asking for a friend here.....
If a Chapter 11 bankruptcy is filed and the debtor never receives an acceptance of the Plan of Reorganization or progresses to discharge its debt via the Chapter 11 plan.....nor receives a Final Decree.....and the Bankruptcy Court dismisses the case......is it truly considered a successful "bankruptcy" case?
My friend is dying to know and I know there are more knowledgeable people out there that are willing to chime in.....TIA !!!
Whoa...did I miss an announcement for a CC ??
Is that the reason for the runup? That's what it's always been in the past...Hmm....
Yes !!! Cheapie prices in the mid $0.20's.....now I'm trickling out my sales in the high $0.40's. Many thanks for the advice. I got 2X !!!
Just darn those short term capital gains....sort of wish it had hovered in the $0.20s to stretch it over a year hold....
Ah....positive reinforcement works wonders in my book.....
Judging from the stats from fintel.io (https://fintel.io/ss/us/cydy) ...there is a building suspicion of a short attack coming....
Short Interest sharply building to the highest it's been...I believe ever....
Then there's the Short Sale Volume...
Gonna be some fast action soon.
(FYI....Please don't use stop losses....)
Who knows.... Leronlimab might even be able to help treat DI. Which could present as early signs of Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

Wow....I knew something was nagging in the back of my mind....
"Cytodyn of New Mexico, Inc".... has a CIK of 0001002305
and an IRS EIN of 85-0422000
"CytoDyn Inc." has a CIK of 0001175680
and an IRS EIN of 75-3056237
Dang...wouldn't you know it....they're two different business entities.
Honest mistake conflating the two. It's understandable.
For those that do reach out, doing so will be of your own accord and volition. Each individual is responsible for their own actions. When contacting someone, everyone should properly identify ones self by their full legal name, domicile, and government ID number. Clearly state your concerns in a concise and clear method as to conserve everyone's time and resources.
But, if anyone is looking for a reason to do something just because I mentioned it....just don't do it.
"Private information"......hmnmmmm?
Litigant's legal representation contact's information pulled right from a public court document...not what I, or legal terminology, would call "private information".....
And someone may want to contact the kind Judge and let them know their "private information" is publicly accessible on the Internet right here:
https://www.wawd.uscourts.gov/judges/settle-chambers
Great book again to use for reference:
https://thelawdictionary.org/public-record/
....everyone should get one....makes one look smart....
It was never said "WAS NOT filed".
The legal term "filed": v. to deposit with the clerk of the court a written complaint or petition which is the opening step in a lawsuit and subsequent documents, including an answer, demurrer, motions, petitions and orders.
Once a case has been FILED, it progresses through it's lifecycle depending on it's classification (civil/criminal/etc), then it is closed/dismissed/etc. Typically that's the end of the case and the filing is considered ended.
It's not a definitive verb of a filing having ever happened - it's a term describing an active case that is still in progress.
Might want to pick up a copy....it's really helpful in understanding the basics:
https://thelawdictionary.org/
Maybe someone can clue the Plaintiffs in on how much they lie in court documents. Oh, and someone needs to point that out to the Judge to perform their research correctly. I'm sure Judge Settle would sincerely appreciate that this correction be pointed about his major faux pas in telling lies in court.
I hope everyone understands that this "Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief" was drafted by the Plaintiff (hint: Not CytoDyn...they're the defendants)
Evil Rabbit,
I'm thinking it's in here:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35574694/
Anyone want to pitch in some pennies to buy it for $91?
Maybe I can scribble something out with a red marker for an IOU to the site.....
One just has to look hard enough. It's all out there on people's social media for the world to see - without needing to "friend" them. Lot's of information can be assimilated from multiple sources, compared, and evaluated.
Just like how there's been quite a bit of research into TME (Tumor Micro-Environments) that can be assessed for CCR5 and how CCR5 antagonists have proven effective at reducing the tumor's ability to thrive and the natural immune system can then actually kill cancerous cells. Put that together with research about leronlimab's ability to functionally block CCR5 but not trigger its signaling. A little research can go a long way when it's free for the taking on the interwebs....even the dark interwebs.
When posting that picture it was an attempt at dark humor about conducting a purge of epic proportions (think of Stalin's "Great Purge") to erase NP's legacy. Seems that no one can be happy in life if someone brings up NP's name which triggers them.
Not sure if the [sarcasm] [/sarcasm] tags work on this site.
