I hope everyone understands that this "Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief" was drafted by the Plaintiff (hint: Not CytoDyn...they're the defendants)

While Defendants argue that CytoDyn has not filed for bankruptcy nor stated that it is insolvent, there is no denying that its solvency is rapidly changing.

Let's pick that apart:

CytoDyn has not filed for bankruptcy

CORRECT FACT: CytoDyn has not filed for bankruptcy. But it keeps being incorrectly predicted or proselytized that they are/have/will bankrupt....almost daily for a couple of years now...and it still has not even happened.

nor stated that it is insolvent

INCORRECT FACT: Plaintiff obviously hasn't read the SEC fillings...maybe the judge hasn't either because he signed off on the Motion submitted by the Plaintiffs to effectively make it an Order.

So, I hold the Plaintiff and Judge as the originators of the "Lie told in court document-"
