Superb analysis.
Here's looking for a steady climb!
With more companies acquiring licenses, GTI will have competition to be sure. Hoping they will continue to shine. And be set apart.
I still've not received word from GTI regarding worker grievances, however I shall patiently wait before follow-up.
Perhaps a great way to stand apart. If worker grievances were to be resolved amicably, happy workers surely will drive positive sales. Loyalty to brand. Etcera.
The retail workers recently began a Facebook page, if interested in keeping abreast.

Excellent! A family member works in the Florida cannabis industry. Trulieve has a great reputation there for excellence in service and products.
Agreed. Sigh. Fingers crossed there is a rebound in the horizon.
My pleasure. It was a leap of faith to contact workers. In agreement with you on this matter. Looking forward to tomorrow's earnings release, Q1.
I've submitted correspondence to GTI regarding worker complaints and have yet to receive word. However with the Canaccord conference yesterday and the earnings call tomorrow, things may be a bit delayed. Understandably.
However. When discussing Mr. Grossman's assertions regarding respect, team member atmosphere, and worker satisfaction, retail workers informed that they are not polled. Crain's Chicago Business and MG Retailer limit inquiry or polling to office workers at GTI's central office, Chicago Illinois. It appears GTI compensates office workers rather differently than retail workers.
I agree, happy workers are vital. Their safety and happiness also indirectly catapult sales. Reduction in stress during covid19 is of utmost importance. The inclusion of SAFE Banking Act in forthcoming relief bill will most surely increase safety.
I look forward to GTI's report on these matters.
Yes!!
For anyone interested--
Trulieve's presentation at Canaccord Genuity's 4th Annual Cannabis Virtual Conference is available at https://wsw.com/webcast/canaccord39/tcnnf. A replay will be further accessible on Trulieve's website in the near future.
Finger's crossed for positive forecast.
Yes!
Many thanks. Looking forward to reports from Canaccord Genuity's 4th Annual Global Cannabis Virtual Conference held today.
I contacted GTI via email correspondence. They graciously responded and shared a similar response to your inquiry.
Being an avid researcher, I contacted workers via their petition on change.org.
Workers responded yesterday via telephone. I had many questions in my quest for clarity-surrounding safety, respect, treatment by management and GTI executives.
Workers graciously shared recorded video of their Question and Answer meeting coordinated via telephone on Friday, April 24th. On the line are CEO Ben Kovler, Market President Brendan Blume, District Manager Derrick Levy. I downloaded and listened to the full 30 minute recording. In my humble opinion, it appears to confirm worker's experience as expressed in the petition. If anyone has interest in listening to this recording, I am sure workers will oblige.
I took liberty to share Mr. Grossman's assertions regarding respect, team member atmosphere, and worker satisfaction. The workers replied by stating the green door website is not an accurate measurement of retail worker satisfaction. Nor the awards for best workplace. It appears GTI rewards workers in the central office located downtown Chicago much differently sadly. These are the workers publicly polled.
I will reach out to GTI further for clarification.
Is this isolated, contained to the 3C location? Workers confided otherwise. Rise retail locations in Joliet, Mundelein, et al., appear similar. Upon listening to the recorded Question and Answer meeting, wherein workers from other retail stores also spoke, I conclude the worker's assertions and complaints to have merit.
I encourage shareholders to dig deeper. After connecting further with GTI, updates will be forthcoming.
Connecting with workers via their petition comment section is rather easy--

Fingers-crossed. With delivery only I believe you are correct.
Absolutely! A very profitable future in the horizon
Fantastic analysis. DCH1 employees are organising for respect and dignity. Good on them!
Excellent analysis. Eyes on the horizon for next quarter reports.
Same. I've invested much and hope to continue. Kuddos to your forward action. I commend you. Happy upon hearing senior executives are responsive.
Reading employee updates raises questions I am afraid :(

Anxious for this to be resolved with satisfaction.
Might Mr. Grossman be available further for a call?
Bad for business when instability in front of house. Plenty of stocks purchased and optimistic for sure. Employee satisfaction upticks sales and shareholder satisfaction.
Yes, enthusiastic for next report!
Great analysis. Have sales improved this month with delivery?
Agreed! Much potential in this sector. Decriminalize now. It's the best way to reach potential in our hemisphere.
Yes, my group and I look forward to the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 23rd. Questions will be made regarding this petition and their union election.
