is dealing with William Sundel (ATNP) and Kip Eardley (ITRM)

Actually, it´s mainly because of dilution. They updated shareholders when they had a stash of paper to sell. The story of the billion dollar wood deal is a fine example of an "update." Too bad the great deal was really just having some coffee in Managua.
I´d really like to know what our President´·s position was when he worked at Siman Group. It could have been as a water boy at the retail chain´s mall location.
You reap what you sow. This Company reaps what it sews. And it has weaved a tangled web.
Where did Weiss go? I see no indication he is gone.
Where's the money Pinto?
TO ALL:
This board is for discussing BIHC. The moderator and the assistants are aware that this stock is extremely controversial. This requires that the terms of use of IHUB be enforced aggressively.
Any post containing an insinuation about the alleged identity of the poster, or why the poster is posting, or how he knows what his opinion is based on, will be deleted. Leave discussions about the people who post here off of the message. A message can be deleted because only one line contains information accusing or discussing a poster of something.
Discussions about the company and its executives are fair game.
A video production company will produce a video for money. Certainly. A demo of their dream, but I thought the product "launched." The only thing that launched was the printing press for more shares being issued.
Says who? I talked to Willie and Chris. Also Mr. Ganem likes to play ignorant as well. Tick tock for them.
Willie, the guy controlling this, is.
Who needs a demo if the product is live?
There is no demo and there is no service and there never will be.
You can´t launch a pipe dream when you spend all the money on new cars.
How about this for a summary of ATNP. "ATNP is a diluting pig."
Want proof? You´ll see in two months when the scam is over.
Amino is a real company, they make equipment. GOTV is part of an elaborate stock fraud that involves making up a story that they are going to have some proprietary network. According to the defense to a litigation, prior management purchased 6 Amino boxes. If you want to buy some Amino boxes, you can do it. They will sell them to anyone.
There is no affiliation between GOTV and ¨My damn Channel.¨ It´s just another service that they latched onto like You Tube.
He is the control person. He uses Ganem as his nominee director.
New as in not previously owned. No need to lie.
Testimony is evidence, so are recorded calls that meet the requirements of 18 USC 2510. I am not interested in whether you ¨believe¨ the facts.
The background of the control group is not relevant to current operations? That´s a subjective opinion, certainly. For some investors, it may be outdated and irrelevant. For others, it is material to know that the people running this show -- the same people who just bought a new Porsche and Mercedes -- have a criminal history.
I wasn´t able to find that text on Google. Source, please.
To even suggest Corey Ribotsky wasn´t aware of what his team was doing is a silly proposition. Mr. Ribotsky is a sophisticated con artist and his empire of fraud is about to tumble down.
I doubt the feds will do him any favors considering his use of money laundering vehicles located in international locations.
News article about control person Willie Sundel. Not only was he a drug dealer, but also a snitch.

The only IP TV that ATNP will offer is a reseller or white label service that is operated by someone else. They have no servers, no network, and no merchant account.
On the other hand $1500 will get you a turn key white label site.

One and the same! The "A" is a typo. I have clarified this in the ibox so people understand. Realize that I have spoken to Willie, and he admitted this to me. He has stated to me that because of his prison connections, he would have the plaintiff in the lawsuit against ATNP assaulted if the case was not dropped. He said that if the case was dropped, he'd make sure that the plaintiff received some cash.
Willie also stated that the shell was for sale for $300,000. It looks like they couldn't sell it so they went forward with the second pump and dump.
I also spoke with Fred Ganem. Fred stated he didn't want any trouble and the Chris Dubeau was a good kid but was messed up on drugs and had some relationship problems with Nick Jones (NJI the investor in ATNP that helped dump stock).
I have went back and verified the information and it is correct. The article citing the habeas corpus filed by William Sundel incorrectly called him "William A. Sundel." The correct name is William Henry Sundel, and he is indeed the person who was convicted of running a major marijuana ring in Rhode Island. It was a long time ago, so public references are sketchy, but do a search for "William H. Sundel" on Google and a law review article will appear that contains the correct middle name.
It is important to note that there are only 2 William Sundel's in the United States. The first one is our Willie. The second one is a young man who was born in 1980, so he couldn't have ran the marijuana ring in the late 80s.
No need to do that, I will pull the records again and verify this. Our Willie is the guy from Rhode Island who did time. I spoke with him at length, heavy Rhode Island accent, repeatedly threatened everyone who spoke bad about the company.
To clear one thing up, he's not Chris' genetic father. But he often refers to Chris as his son, something they do in their community lifestyle. Nick is the effeminate one, Chris is somewhere in between, and Willie is the one who acts manly in the ATNP organization. It is what it is. Not sure if Ganem falls into these categories, but he's the guy who holds the preferreds and thus can make the decisions. But he's the nervous type, so Willie influences him.
No value at all, just a waste of time so they can dump the new Reg D shares.
ATNP is "real" in the sense that it filed a corporate charter with the Secretary of the State of Nevada. It is not real in the sense that it has any plan to provide an IPTV service other than an affiliate service that you or I could offer.
Is she? I thought I was past, present, and future.
Do they suspend companies for committing securities fraud? For issuing deregistration forms that are patently false (ATNP has more than 300 shareholders, they illegally omitted their DTCC/CEDE shareholders). How about the CEO's admitted insider trading?
The problem is there are no profits. In fact, there will not be an operation. The only business they might have is some reseller type thing that's nothing different than their toolbar.
I have just completed an extensive docket review of all the Courts, federal and state, and could locate no suits against BIH Corporation or its CEO. I've found some old stuff.
If you have a link or some information, please share it.
Otherwise, it doesn't help the investors to spread rumors that may be unfounded.
Why will it be great? Will the SEC suspend it so more investors can't lose their money?
I'm sorry, Brian can't come to the phone right now for ADCS. He's too busy paying promoters for his friend Mike Pike.
One company is real, one isn't. Guess which one?
Donna? eom/
Mr 4X, can you advise kindly what the re: is within your message. Is that something you forgot to delete or is it some secret coding?
If the company was smart, they'd comply with conversion but give New Millenium restricted stock because they're a control group. Then there's no breach of contract, just a legal question that the company could win on.
Nice. Now I can take my stolen credit card and bail the inmates out! Go CPSZ.
For the shareholders or the company?
You're pickin on the wrong guy! I am the one who discovered that the CEO purchased two cars, with no loan, in December. I felt it was important that shareholders should know that considering the CEO's own phone conference where he said that he traded on the basis of insider information. He pointedly stated he bought the stock because he knew that the price would go up.
LEGAL:
Knowing that XXX would happen, issuing a PR and SEC 8-K, then buying the stock.
ILLEGAL: Buying the stock then issuing the PR.
DEFINITELY ILLEGAL: Buying and selling a company's stock on insider info and then directly investing the proceeds in the company as CEO did. This is a backdoor to a registration statement and is a common activity the SEC's enforcement division loves. If a company wants an investment, it must issue a registration statement or get an independent direct investor.
How does this sustain 3 cents?
