is dealing with William Sundel (ATNP) and Kip Eardley (ITRM)

I sent an email to them asking about it. I will advise of any response.
If they resolved the suit, they need to announce it or have it dismissed as soon as possible as it could destroy any momo going forward.
When you default in a court case, it necessarily means you don't even have a few thousand dollars to deal with the problem. The suit alleges that they didn't perform on anything they promised.
You also don't put real estate into a shell with a judgment since the judgment creditor could take it.
A big problem unless they resolve it.
I bet over the last two months, the tooth fairy came and paid the overdraft. Or perhaps it was the billion dollars in wood.
It's against the shell, which at the time was Guardian Angel Group Inc. Changing the name or putting in new officers doesn't rid itself of the judgment.
Judgments carry over, this could be Pizza Hut, if they don't deal with the judgment, they could end up in receivership and the creditor would get the shell.
Looks like the company is in a serious financial crisis and that it can't perform on contracts it obligated itself to.
The lawsuit was served at 16718 Frampton Court Spring, TX 77379.
I have some concerns about this company. A public records search in Florida reveals that the company defaulted in a lawsuit, which implies they can't even afford an attorney.
The case is Mobile Media v. John Jarvis, Claude Eldridge, and Guardian Angel Group, Inc.
The suit alleges fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, etc.
Got my orders to sell in starting at .0499 and going up to .0999, stacked in between so as not to spoil any run.
How will Xynergy do anything with $200 in one bank account and negative $200 in the other?
It's right on the financials, people, try reading them.
Pop goes the weasel?
You cannot be tried in absentia in the United States unless you are there for day one of the trial. In other words, if you pick a jury and disappear, the Court moves forward. If you don't pick a jury, you're good to go!
You're thinking this is a scam? "Thinking?" This particular stock was known to be a scam prior to their last silent period.
Normally when you invent something, you get a patent on it.
Yes it's very interesting, but with a $1,200 budget, it's not going to come to fruition. By the way, they're late on their SEC filings. Nobody care about that?
All this due diligence has been out there since before this second round of pumps. It's a voice mail, just a voice mail, will always be just a voice mail. Think Trac-Fone people.
Sure! Just run before conviction not after, cases are hard to prove after a lot of time.
If you saw it, what did it consist of? Why haven't they filed for a patent on it?
It's probably true. They're trying to convince a judge they've got credibility while they issue PRs that are laughable. Attorney probably said to shut up.
A secure tunnel/proxy is like a condom, they chose not to wear one.
Delays only hurt the defendants' case. Every time the defendants seek an extension, they give the government more time to put their case together. If they demanded a speedy trial, government would have 70 days to put their case together and it'd be a sloppy case.
Remember, the Government has a 9X% conviction rate depending on the district -- but they include guilty pleas in the number and forget to mention that.
Good luck, I hope it does wonders for you.
They did tell you their name. FINRA gives them the new symbol only one day before they tell you.
The lawsuit is small, but the fact they can't afford an attorney is huge.
He's on the prowl.
Kistler and Carnes need money for lawyers to fight off the SEC charges so they are revving the engines. Last time they got volume they were dumping at .00005.
That's very amusing, but what they don't have is any form of license for content.
Perhaps they should make an offer for the timber deal instead of talking about it.
The point I was making is there are different varieties of wood. You can't make a deal for $3.00 a board foot. Is that for Pine? Cedar? Dried cactus?
Actually, the rumor going around is that Keith Maydak took Corey Ribotsky's name several years ago in an identity fraud case and build a great hedge fund -- great until people found out they lied about the amount of assets in the fund.
Court cases are public record. One can easily see that they aren't resolved.
That's very humorous, but the lawsuit has not been resolved, it's still pending. There are no requirements to resolve lawsuits prior to a split. It's a shame how hokey people become when attempting to sell stock in a worthless company.
Lots and lots of scams out there. Indeed, how do you price board feet when different kinds of woods bring in different prices.
Unfortunately that's yet another scam, but one where you invest directly rather than indirectly.
I am confused as to why they don't have or didn't apply for a patent for their fine invention-- that's the best way of protecting it, no?
As far as the wood, my concern is that they called it a billion dollar deal repeatedly in their press release. Why do that if there's an ounce of legitimacy in their blood? They could have called it a million dollar deal, or said it was worth several million, but they apparently enjoy being blatantly scammy.
So as you can see, Xynergy's billion dollar deal is fantasy.
Background
In Nicaragua, there are approximately 8.8 million of hectares of forest, representing 73%1 of the country’s surface. The
country’s Northern Atlantic Autonomous Region (RAAN) is the largest block of tropical forest in Central America and
is a key source of high value timber for local and international markets. However, Nicaragua’s annual wood exports are
only US$15M(2), representing 1.75% of Nicaragua’s total exports. A 95% of these sales are unprocessed wood, indicating
a feeble commercialization of value-added wood products. Additionally, private sector investment is limited and SMEs
have difficulty accessing legal and certified raw material which undermines the wood value chain potentia

So much volume we can't even keep up.
The problem with Xynergy is that they are in the business of selling shares. There is no device that works. They pay promoters over $50,000 in stock to pump their PRs and then they dump. So it spikes then comes down, they don't care.
There is not a billion dollars worth of wood in Nicaragua, Nicaragua exports only $15 million in wood per year.
Nobody bought this company because they thought it was legit, they bought on momo and stayed for the split. Soon those people will be bag holders. I am surprised it sustained this long.
No, it's Willy, convicted marijuana dealer, dealing with this stock.
