What is most troubling is the lack of information from anybody associated with the company after Petar's "slight delay". I have left email and telephone messages at Marquee. These folks are playing with fire by their silence.
I am a patient person except when I feel I am being stonewalled.

Much as I admire you and your even temperment I feel compelled to remind you that nobody has the right to falsely cry fire in a crowded theatre. It makes no sense why anybody would be so negative on a stock board when they do not own nor are they interested in owning said stock. There is most likely a motive for these folks and I would bet that they are crying fire for a reason of personal profit and to the detriment and financial loss of the weaker longs.
Now on another note - please tell me how I can get ahold of that picture below your post. My Marine son would love it.
Thanks
MHS
fwiw - "slight delay" could equate to just a second vs. just a minute. How often do we mix those two up in our daily lives? In any case I and I feel most longs who know what we own and why we own it are not going anyplace.

Sand and Thin.... You got me thinking (that's a first!). In yesterdays pr wasn't there a phrase that they wanted to get it right for their shareholders? Just maybe they were not talking about us but maybe their "largest" shareholder. Just a thought.
MHS
Surprised our two ladies have not been in touch with Petar and gotten the skinny on when the audit will be out.
I still standby the fact that offical company p.r.'s don't use the names of internationally known companies as their accountants over a period of weeks when it isn't true. By now they would have been put on notice by the lawyers for PWC and KPMG and we would know about it - offically.
Lastly when it was first mentioned that the audit was going to be performed by these two I seriously doubted the timeline as these companies are through and a few weeks for the type of audit that sljb needs seemed to be to short a time. All of this is jmo and I hope that they are released shortly as I look forward to the activity to follow.

I have no idea where you got the idea that I said Sulja is a scam. I have been long this stock for quite sometime. I do question the validity of Nic and Sue.
My post to you was just answering your post where you stated that Petar could very well be in his office. However if you read Sue and Nic's post they said that when they spoke to Petar he was out of town. So back to my basic question where did they get Petar's private cell # or how did they know where to reach him in his travels?
Thats it no more no less
Goodnight
MHS
About 100 post back Brent did repost what his concerns were. He stated that these were what he spoke about and that his concerns were alleviated but he did not say what the direct answers were. I like and believe Brent but I still question this entire scenario and the Petars responses.
I will repeat something I posted before. I have never heard of a CEO of a publicly held company telling shareholders to sell his stock. Most CEO's will tell you that the best investment in the world is his company.
MHS
Lap - If you will reread Nic post earlier today (do not know # ) it said Petar was not in town, so although he may have been in an office he was not in his office. Also based upon on how long it take to get a message posted from when it is written it was highly coincidental that SueLoan and Nic could post a reply on not being one and the same person within thirty seconds of each other if they were not the same person.

Have a great Sunday

Something does not smell right ......
Although it is possible Petar did take time out on his Saturday to talk to shareholders (I do trust Brent) it just does not make sense.
Where did they get Petar's private #?, he probably was not in the office.
He supposedly concentrated his talk toward business in North America and yet most of our "hype" is based on our future in the Middle East. After all the lumber mill purchase was to supply lumber to the UAE or at least that is what we were led to believe. Now it is to drive seven Canadian companies out of business. Not the way to build a multi million dollar company and why did they not the cement contract?
What CEO tells a shareholder to sell his stock. Most of the ones I know say that their companies stock is the best place one can invest his/her money (true or not they still say it). This call made right after the web site was "upgraded", does
not sit right with me. What CEO tells an unknown caller this type of information?
Personally I hope that Sueloan is full of his/her self.
I repeat this does not smell right jmo.

Do not want to beat this into the ground. I understand your points and although they are valid I think I would rather sulj not have a web site through mam then the one they updated today. Jfyi, I have been an investor in markets (stock (including a few pennies), & futures) for over forty years. I know the ups and downs and I know the following is going to seem ridiculous but....
If and I am only saying if sljb was a scam stock I would think they would be more meticulous with their ir post and pr releases. Usually the scammers like to have pretty facades. Therefore doing a reverse psychlogy thing I am sitting long and going into Monday I am pleased but not yet satisfied.
Best to you
MHS
Almost certainly I would. If I knew nothing else but that there was a "story" to this stock and I had received a "tip". Remember MAM is the offical IR web site for sulja. This is the site that is the face of the company to potential investors and shareholders. And though I personally hope this changes real soon sljb is still a penny stock with a "story".
jmo
stockprofit, suppose you have never eaten filet mignon but someone suggest you try it. So you go to the store and in the meat counter filet mignon is wrapped in construction paper or yesterdays newspaper are you still going to buy it or are you taking a bye. I agree the contents of what sulja has now and in the near future appears to be fantastic.
However if I was a major retail player and was doing my DD and went to the offical ir site for Sulja and saw what is on there today, I would walk away.
Content matters but if it is presented in a sophmoric manner it hurts.
Just the way I see it.
MHS
"Implicated" ? With what we have before us on the horizon would it be asking to much to have a pr firm with a handle on professionalism. Just my two cents worth but boy did I shake my head with that nonsensical "update". It also seemed to put some question into the rm of consul and sulja.
Sorry but mam web page belongs to a penny stock that is going nowhere fast. Maybe they should invest in a dictionary. Do they think about what they are writing before they post it? Their rushed wknd post has let some of air out of this wknd balloon imo.

Of course you are right if G25 is talking about US tax regs but he/she may be a citizen of a country that taxes gains on assets held. I know the UK was like that at one time and may still have that in their code.
MHS
eff, good reply but taking your post one step further....
If the short position in sljb is as large as it has been presented and if and that is a big IF shareholders who are long set a high exit point and I mean HIGH. Then it is possible that we can really force those MM's who have naked shorted the stock into a full panic buying at ridiculous levels. This would also put those who are short real shares into the same pickle.
In effect the principle of ethic's (selling something that isn't) may just as easily send us skyward even more so than real fundamentals. Would you agree?
All of this is of course hypothetical and jmo
MHS
joelotto answer plus question
Awake and if I understand your question then the dividend paid on a stock that was shorted goes to the legitimate owner. The one who went short will probably be seeing a stock he/she thought was going south go away from his as dividends give the price paid an automatic yield. The higher it goes the deeper in the red the shorter is and therefore buys back which hopefully pushes the sp higher.
Hope that answers your question. Now one from me.....
If MM's sell naked shares and a dividend is issued how does the clearing house know that a dividend should be paid to this non existent stock as it has never been registered. In reality if you go long on a stock that was sold by MM's without existing and you do not pay attention you may never realize a dividend was paid as there is no record of that stock as it is not real. Sounds convoluted but I would appreciate any corrections.
MHS
eff, sorry but do not understand your post. I agree that we will have retracements but I for one am hopeful that Petar message and the audit will make the 10 - 15 cent range a strong base that we hopefully will never see again. Suggesting that one hold part of their investment money that they want to use on sljb at this point (.15) I feel/hope is not wise.
Obviously if one entered in the sub penny range we have had a terrific run but if all plays out this area should within twelve months look just as good as sub penny. An fyi I am in with a terrific profit today but expect much more with my exit point substantially highers at least with the expectations and dd I have now.
Best to you
MHS
Two big events planned for next week which in my opinion will dictate the near to mid term movement of our sp.
#1. Petar's message on Monday. What he says may not move the sp immediately but when it is coupled with the
#2 signed off audit will surely make a statement which I see being reflected in sp movement.
A side note: It has been my experience that the MM's on the OTC are greater in number and dollars then BB MM's and can be even more ruthless. I will pray for a rapid move from that exchange onto one of the three larger exchanges (N or A or N) sooner rather than later.
I know I should not put the cart before the horse as we need to see the pinkies in our rear view mirror first.
Great Weekend All

Where are these shares coming from? Who would sell before the release of the audit? Imo if one has held long and things may just beginning to pop I would think any long would at least wait for the first of many anticpated good news (fingers crossed) reports before selling into that news.
Considering our low reported float and the excitement building I just have to wonder if these shares "really exist". Could the MM's be stupid enough to be "printing shares" in their back room in hopes that news next week will make them whole?
jmo
MHS
Sand a call from you would most likely be informative and valuable to the board. However it is not your call I am worried about. It is the hundreds of others that may be placed to verify that what you state as fact is fact. I remember one poster a few weeks ago stating that just because PW might be doing our audit does not necessarily mean that everything is up and up. Some when handed a pony keep digging in the pile.

Wave, trading in a publicly held stock traded in the USA under SEC regulations requires imo you follow the rules of the land. When in Rome......
As far as what do they have to lose..... any business (read Nevada assets) in the USA for one.
Anyway why go to the trouble of buying out the company in a convoluted way dealing with the nice folks in the MM family. Why not just make a deal for controling interest a year ago with Consul and Sulja family?
This will play out one way or the other in the public spotlight and I for one want to brag someday that I was there.
jmo
MHS
Didn't they loan the company 25 million? If they did they would have to know the financial status of the company. In my opinion that would constitute having insider information.
MHS
kruy, facts are a bit off. PTSC issued two "special" dividends not quarterly dividends which totaled 6 cents per share. They have stated that there "may" be more to come but did not guarantee that.
I only mentioned stock dividend as a way to reimburse the "insiders" of sljb as it was stated that they would return any cash dividend to the company. As mentioned in my post that would create a tax liability to the co. and to those generous shareholders. I was just looking for some input on that idea.
Patriot is a different stock with a different story but thanks for the reply in any case.
MHS
If an insider has agreed to rtn a dividend to the treasury then would they not have to be compensated in some manner. Imo they would still be liable for taxes on that dividend as would the company for receiving a gift. I know that the company has stated that there would be no further dilution of shares however a perfect way for a company to get around this "returned" dividend would be to issue stock instead of cash to the benevolent shareholders.
Just a thought
MHS
Sorry for the grammer and sentence structure. This has been a long day and it is late.
What I am saying is that a market cap of $5 billion dollars seems a very long way off.
Thanks for understanding
MHS
Numbers count and although I am excited at the prospects for sljb I am a bit taken back by the overly exhuberant future share prices thrown out by some posters. I would appreciate it if someone could tell
justify a $10 sp when that would equate to a market
of $5 billion dollars and does not include the 300
million share set aside for the Consul. merger.
I am not trying to be negative just realistic although
I would not cringe from still owning most of my shares
if the sp hit $10 or being a bit more unrealistic $20 p/s.
JMO and would appreciate anybody pointing out how not
so far off these numbers seem to be.
MHS
S.H.O.G. thanks for sharing your a credit to your gender.

No offense but least we forget this is a penny stock message board. For posters who say there are only a few serious shareholders like himself, because they post they are in with some 2.5 m shares is not fooling anyone who can do basic math.
For all those who got into sljb at sub penny a million shares at .005 set you back a grand total of $5,000.00. Not exactly a major investment in my book. So acting holier than thou by these folks is a charade or maybe $5K is a big deal to them and that I can respect.
However until (and I am long, not sub penny but not that far away from it) we can move to a higher trading value where sophistication in trading and investing will come in play then we will have a board where investors will post thousands of post a day. Think it through folks with a volume of 10 million shares at these levels we are only talking about $800,000.00 changing hands. A market cap. which is a pittance for a company with the potential I think sljb has.
I am hopeful that the mgmt Now in place will move us to a higher plain of sophistication regarding what we are told and when we are told it. I do not think this is a scam story however some of the posters on this board are what concern me. If you can't afford to lose the few thousand or so that you have invested in this stock I suggest you think about getting out now. If you stay I suggest getting a life beyond this board. As my son's would say chill and as I would say know what you own and know why you own it and then pick an exit point and let it ride.
Thank you all for allowing me to vent.
