Why would Vanguard or Morgan Stanley invest in a company that might go belly up?
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/nb/institutional-holdings
What does it mean when you have Large Institutional ownership in a company?
Thank You!!
How do we get this board updated so the ticker follows the Nasdaq, not Toronto Exchange for NB?
Because the end goal was to get listed on the NASDAQ as quickly as possible so they could open the shares up to US Based Institutional buyers........... Only my opinion.
Yep. That should be the direction we go. Keep the old board, update the information so we are listed on the Nasdaq...........
Welcome to the New World!! Welcome to a Nebraska, midwest, hard-working organization. Cha.....Ching.....
I will keep buying as long as the price is below $1.0 per share until it gets listed. There will always be a pop when we get listed on the NASDAQ because it will allow more investors to purchase. Most retail investors don't like to spend money on small companies that they have never heard of and definitely not from companies not listed on a US-based Market. The institutional investors will come. This company will not become the next Amazon or Tesla and be a media darling that everyone knows by name. Think about this. How did you find out about this Company? Most people stumbled upon it. I am all in..........

Physical Onsite Activity - Picture 10/13/2022
Folks, I had the opportunity to stop by the property last week and observe the work that has been completed. They have cleared the trees in the Northeast corner of the property. Below is a link to a picture of the progress. The picture is looking Southeast toward Hwy 50.

If you pull up the property on google maps you can see the trees for the west windbreak and the trees at the bottom of the draw in the northeast corner. All of them have been removed.

I call this progress a really positive sign that big things will be happening in the future. The next step is moving dirt......
EV Vehicles? Niocorp might be in the driver's seat for producing the minerals that are required for EV autos. Another reason why this bill may help Niocorp.
This article lays out the difficulties of producing EV autos, but the good news is that it requires manufacturing companies to seek out USA-friendly companies like Niocorp to produce the materials.

Just an observation. Crops haven't been planted.
I have driven by the property several times in the last month and a couple of things I have observed with the farm ground that Niocorp owns.
Some of the farmland south of the farmhouse is being farmed. Crops have been planted and are growing, but the farmland to the north hasn't been touched.
Nothing planted! Why not?
Crops have been planted every year in the past. Why not cash rent all of the land so you can still create some revenue by owning the land?
Or is it because they have plans to develop the property soon. So you don't plant the crops and then, in turn, destroy them because you going to start construction before you can harvest the crops?
All questions I have. None with answers. I took pictures of the property to document any progress that may be observed.
New Press Release from NIOCorp. Significant Advance
Worrying About Lynas And The Rare Earths Market
This is an interesting article on REEs and making sure companies are profitable. It is a good summary of Lynas and the industry in general.

Elk Creek Property Purchase - Johnson County Assessor Parcel Docs
I am not a big fan of posting information without a little hard evidence, but I think this would show a lot of hard evidence that this project is moving forward.
This is the official Elk Creek ParcelProperty purchase that was mentioned last month.
It is official, they now own the property, now they need to break ground.
Here is the document https://www.dropbox.com/s/8zhnnq1bwkrkqpo/Elk%20Creek%20Parcel%20Purchase%20Offical%20County%20Accessor%20Doc.pdf?dl=0
You can find it yourself if you go to the Johnson County Nebraska Assessor page https://johnsoncounty.ne.gov/assessor-links.html
click on Johnson County Parcel Search and type in parcel ID #490045375
Maybe this will move NIOBF along? Maybe it will also hurt us?

I am a long time lurker to this board but wanted to drop this for everyone. It is an interesting article. Read it all, but pay attention to the very last few paragraphs. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-rareearths-insight/american-quandary-how-to-secure-weapons-grade-minerals-without-china-idUSKCN2241KF
