This is straight out of a Tom Clancy novel: if you watch this video, you'll hear this doctor say that there are statistics showing that those receiving the vaccine will be primed to have their bodies overreact to the virus once they are exposed to it "in the wild". And to think that all our first responders, medical personnel and military personnel are getting primed for this. Like I say, this is straight out of Tom Clancy. Here's the video link: https://rumble.com/vctx45-covid-and-the-vaccine.html

While many are throwing away their shares due to various puppet masters pulling their strings, remember that nothing has changed in the drug, and that the results are ever closer to being revealed.
From today's WSJ article (just an excerpt):
Some patients with long-term symptoms reported their brain fog and cognition issues improving after treatment.
What I know about Cytodyn now: It's taken me a while to figure out this stock. There are a lot of voices on this board and the stock tends to swing around a lot. But I've finally come to see this stock as safer than any long-term bank account or mattress or even real estate. This company continues to ratchet forward one click at a time, never going backward, never losing ground. Just inching forward, slowly and unrelentingly because the product is sound. I'm never going to touch this stock again to try to catch any of the swings (of which there are many!) Instead, I'm going to gather my nickles and dimes at intervals and put them into this, regardless of the price at the moment. It's my bank account. And at the end of the day (2 or 3 years from now) it will little matter whether I got in a dollar or two cheaper, but it will matter whether I got in! That's my plan. Black Ops might call that a Big Picture. But the important thing is to do it. I'll check in again in six months. Stay thirsty my friends.
Cyto is ramping up its staff! Woohoo!
Has anyone taken a look at the Careers tab of the Cytodyn website and seen the types of jobs they're looking to fill? Very interesting!!!
Has anyone seen this? CDC just revised Covid deaths to a mere 6% of prior number!
https://fox8.com/news/coronavirus/new-cdc-report-shows-94-of-covid-19-deaths-in-us-had-underlying-medical-conditions/
Here's the complete article from Forbes:
Imagine if Covid-19 was just a bad cold. 176,000 Americans might not have died. We would not have destroyed the economy. Twenty million Americans would not have lost their jobs or shut their businesses. Debt and deficits would not be exploding - putting generations at risk. Covid-19 needs to go away but a vaccine might not be the answer to our emergency. We need an effective treatment now, one that reduces Covid-19 to a common cold. CytoDyn’s molecule, Leronlimab, does just that.
Vaccines, which are all the talk, might not be around the corner. There is still no HIV/AIDS vaccine after huge sums of money spent by the government. Now the government is spending huge sums of money again in search of a Covid vaccine. One might eventually emerge but when it does, production has to be scaled up because most people will need to take it...repeatedly. And the vaccine maker will somehow need to account for the fact that the virus mutates. That all represents a very long and complicated process that ultimately, may or may not work.
Leronlimab is a monoclonal antibody knocking on the door of an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the FDA. President Trump has scheduled a press conference today to announce a “breakthrough” therapy. It has to be Leronlimab whose owner, CytoDyn (CYDY) just presented favorable data from a double blinded placebo controlled study. It is the only drug to have done so. The drug showed efficacy and safety in a difficult population to address: mild to moderate patients. So while Gilead’s (GILD) Remdesivir (the only other drug with an EUA for Covid), remains controversial, there’s an opening for something better and Leronlimab certainly is that.
Leronlimab has the coolest sounding function: it calms the cytokine storm. As you probably know, the Covid-19 virus is not as bad for you as your body’s immune response to it. It sets off a reaction that gets out of control, especially in the lungs. The virus invades the body infecting, injuring and killing cells. This causes infection. The injured cells scream “help” by releasing cytokines. Cytokines summon chemokines which rush to fight the infection but this causes more infection in a vicious cycle. In severe Covid disease, a “cytokine storm” takes place in the lungs causing acute respiratory distress syndrome. Leronlimab calms the cytokine storm and it does so in three days. It has proven to be a life saver. If approved, it will also save the economy.

Leronlimab is an injectable - a subcutaneous shot, like insulin - which means it can be administered in an outpatient setting, without a hospital stay. In the trial it stopped mild to moderate patients from getting worse, dramatically accelerating their time to recovery. Plus, there’s an adequate supply to meet current demand. Gilead’s Remdesivir has unsavory side effects, nebulous efficacy and requires an IV and a hospital admission. Its side effects alone are enough to prevent broad use.
CytoDyn is an underdog, rarely mentioned in the press, while the government behaves like a child in a scary movie throwing billions of dollars at politically connected pharmaceutical companies. A feeding frenzy has developed as “promising” vaccines and treatments vie for attention from the government and investors. In May, Moderna (MRNA) launched a press release announcing partial, unsubstantiated results from a trial sending the stock soaring and insiders selling. Gilead has eight paid consultants on the scientific advisory committee assembled to help the government form a Covid response.
Let’s hope it happens. Leronlimab works and we need it now.
Full disclosure: I own CYDY.
If the FDA was full of honest people, would they honestly treat a pandemic in a "business as usual" manner? I mean, I can understand movie theatre employees checking ticket stubs as you enter the theatre. But if the movie theatre suddenly catches fire and people are dying and scrambling to get out, but can't because of the ticket checking at the door...would that be an honest business practice? Or would that be a lawsuit waiting to happen?
Excellent post, Latane. This is one to print and refer to in the days ahead.
Guys, I just heard that two brazillian people have died from Covid! This is unheard of! BTW, how many is a brazillian?
Covid deaths in US now at 146,000. Does this justify shutting down economy?
Here are other US death stats for comparison:
Number of deaths for leading causes of death:
Heart disease: 647,457
Cancer: 599,108
Accidents (unintentional injuries): 169,936
Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 160,201
Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 146,383
Alzheimer’s disease: 121,404
Diabetes: 83,564
Influenza and Pneumonia: 55,672
Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and nephrosis: 50,633
Intentional self-harm (suicide): 47,173
That's amazing, and almost too good to be true! Simply waiting for the FDA green light, which is just a matter of time. The pieces are moving together! Great news!!!
They have made 1.1 million vials already? For a potential 2B revenue?
Shareholders: With regard to getting word to FDA, the helping hand you seek is on the end of your arm.
Let's look at that statement: Driving drunk and not wearing a mask are exactly the same -- they can both lead to death.
Oh really?
If you don't have the virus and you don't wear a mask, how is that endangering anyone?
It's the same as driving while not drunk.
It's true that you could still get in an accident (while driving) or suddenly get the virus and pass it on. But these are the risks we take called living.
As it is, we have destroyed the GDP of this country all in the hopes of avoiding a sickness which is happening anyway.
The bottom line is that no one needs to die from Covid because of CytoDyn. So wearing a mask is not the issue. Getting this drug into production is the issue.
Instead of ripping on the PR failings of CytoDyn, why don't we as stockholders form a coalition of sorts, purchase a license to Cision and precisely target each of the editors and reporters in all of the media across the country and alert them as to what is going on with CytoDyn?
Sometimes the helping hand you seek is on the end of your own arm.
Cision is the professional PR tool used by professional PR firms. It costs about $4,000 for a one-year license. I (and probably several others on this board) could serve as writers. We could shine a spotlight on the FDA and see what it's doing with the results CytoDyn is posting. Odds are that several reporters will do something with what we send and then others will join in and news will beget news.
We must all hang together or we'll all hang separately.
Just sent this to the writer of a story in the Miami Herald:
Just read your article about all of those deaths in Florida.
It's so sad that the FDA did not try to save those people when they know about Leronlimab from CytoDyn. It's already gone through FDA trials and has been shown to have no side effects whatsoever, and helps those infected with Covid to be removed from oxygen within 24 hours of a single injection.
It does this by calming the auto-immune system and gets the immune system to target the virus...not the patient.
The results of this drug have been astounding, but strangely, the FDA has not fast-tracked this as it is doing with other drugs.
Maybe you could investigate both this drug, and the reason why the FDA is acting so slow in its regard.
Since all of those who died were not given this drug, you have to wonder why. Or at least I am left wondering. What exactly is the role of the FDA? To save lives? Or...?
And don't forget this doozy:
If you DON'T have the virus and you don't wear a mask, you're killing people.
If you DON'T have the virus and you do wear a mask, you're saving lives.
Welcome to the U.S. (United Stupidity)
Why is it considered a conspiracy to visit your local hospital and look at the parking lot? This is still a free country, is it not?
And if you do go to your local hospital, and I do, and someone else does, and we all say the same thing -- that the amount of cars in the lots looks normal -- then where is the conspiracy in that?
I think the problem is that no one is doing this. At least, I haven't seen any reporting this way. And if no one is doing this, I have to wonder why.
To NOT do this is probably the only conspiracy around.
The question is, who is doing the counting on all of these Covid deaths?
Yesterday there was a report that a guy got killed in a motorcycle accident. But because he had tested positive for Covid, it was ruled a Covid-related death.
So if someone has a heart attack and dies, and they had tested positive for Covid, is that a Covid death? That's how it's currently being counted.
When you add it up this way, we're seeing a combined death total of every ailment known to man, and it's all being attributed to Covid.
Sounds like cooking the books, doesn't it?
Or look at it another way: Go to your local doctor's office or hospital. Is it really as packed as they say? As investors, we're scattered all over the country. Why don't we each pay a visit to a hospital near us and see what's going on, and then report back?
Chances are, it will look like a normal parking lot at each hospital, with the normal amount of strokes, heart attacks, cancers, etc. The only difference is that now they're ALL being reported as Covid.
And just one more thing: Please, let's start reporting figures on deaths only, and not on number of infected. The tests currently are spotty at best, and only serves to whip up more hype.
And to all of you stockholders: Take off your mask and breathe the free air! You have Leronlimab! What are you so afraid of?
It is interesting to see how the various "information wars" are conducted against this stock and, in a broader context, against the free world.
The moment you say that there are obviously forces at work behind the scenes, you are labeled a conspiracy nut-job.
For example, if you look at the flu statistics for the last several decades, you can see that deaths associated with the flu ranged anywhere from 10,000 - 50,000 deaths per year in this country. So in a good year, we only had 10,000 deaths. When that doubled, there was no alarm. When that tripled, there was no alarm. Same with 40,000 deaths. Same with 50.
But now, for some reason, with the number spiking to 100,000 deaths, someone decided that that number was unacceptable, and that as a result, the entire country and indeed the entire world needs to shut down (with the exception of China, of course).
We must all be corraled like so many cattle and made to wear masks and be told what we may and may not do. We are being introduced to the communistic way of life and a communistic form of government. "We are all in this together" and if you're not part of the movement, then you are the enemy.
The reason I bring this up is because there are hundreds of trillions of dollars being invested in this new worldwide "plan" and if a little company like CytoDyne thinks that the world governments will allow it to stamp out the current (and future!) crisis, well, this is where Tom Clancy needs to step in and give us an outline of future events.
Hey folks,
Just sent this to someone at Reuters. Feel free to copy (and edit it a bit) to send to other news organizations:
Hi Brian,
Just read your organization's article (Gilead's coronavirus drug flops in first trial - FT) and this line jumped out at me: "...doctors are desperate for anything that might alter the course of the disease..."
It seems funny to me that no one in the media is interested in this: Cytodyn.
It's a company in Vancouver, WA that has created something that turns the Corona virus into just a simple flu. But you can't get it unless your doctor fills out all the emergency paperwork. And doctors can't request it unless they know about it. And no one is telling anyone about it.
Hmmm.
Sounds like a great story for a reporter to follow. Does "The Next Watergate" sound like an interesting angle? Who is trying to keep a lid on the cure, and why?
If only a news organization would spend the necessary 15 seconds to do a little Google searching on what's going on with this company, and the remarks from all the people it has saved.
Will this be Reuters?
Here's a quote from yesterday:
Dr. Bruce Patterson, CEO of the San Carlos single-cell diagnostic company IncellDx that has been working on leronlimab, said the drug is exciting because it appears to impact some of the most essential elements of the viral disease, “not just a piece of what COVID is all about.”
“This is the ideal drug to meet everybody’s needs about reopening the country,” Patterson said. “If we had something that we could say we can treat the severe (patients) and we can keep the mild-to-moderates from getting severe, then it becomes the flu. Then we’re not so scared of people getting infected.”
