You, I, or anyone else could be on the ASYI bid with an order for 10's or even 100's of millions of shares and not have it show in the quote. It doesn't have to be an AON (all or none) order either. Even with the latest regulations, your broker's order flow MM doesn't have to show your quote if requested by you (if you have an obliging broker). That is why a diluting MM can sit there with a 5,000 share quote and fill 10's of millions without moving.
So here you may see the bid get attacked with massive amounts of shares, but the drop in the number of shares on the bid's quote may be significantly less.
They make rule changes which help in transparency, but then they always seem to put loopholes in them. The rules are published if one looks, but they may be hard to find.
There was a glitch in our system causing a slight delay of around 20 minutes. We apologize if the delay in receiving ASYI shares earlier today was an inconvenience to anyone!

High speed trading and/or algorithmic trading is not going on in the sub-penny market. Stocks like ASYI are not even on the remotest radar for those types of traders.
What we do have here is penny stock speculators buying for a chance at a one tic flip, and those loading for the moon-shot, however grim the odds may be with this one. With so few hitting the .0002 ask, I'd say even most ASYI enthusiasts are not very bullish anymore!
GLTA
trade wisely .....
The money you get for your ASYI stock is determined by the open market. I haven't heard anything about this company BUYING your stock. Therefore, the cash for your stock would be coming from those that are buying the stock you sell. It has nothing to do with how much (if any) money the company has.
Hope your dreams come true here, but I'm not betting on it.
GLTY
Well, if those shares are attached to "Kool", then they would be dumping them. Were that true, and I was long, I wouldn't consider that a good thing.
trade wisely .....

Next scheduled ASYI stock dump is in approximately 45 minutes. We ask that those wishing to participate have their accounts ready to receive.
Thank you!
thanks, and good luck to COHO players
WOW!
Can't even comment on this one ....
BBDA looks like the big mid summer mover. Big cash infusion spells coppertown.
Congrats to all the players here ....
You may be on to something there!
Never a good sign when the stickies are months old, lol.
Company buy back. That way they can announce they have been buying back "millions" of shares.
How much lower ya think they want to take it?
Maybe next bounce around .001 or so.
GLTA
The ASYI bounce is now from the bid to the ask .... aka the spread!
Maybe 3 runs and done for the year. They don't just keep bouncing and bouncing. Too many leery traders equates to fewer and fewer buyers, as about all now concede there is massive dilution here.
No one can paddle up Niagara falls!!! But for those that like the challenge ....
best of luck to you ...
No dreaming here, lol. I don't care one way or the other. They pulled the plug on the last expected merger after vast amounts of dilution (based on $$'s traded). About the same scenario is playing out on this latest merger candidate that appeared in the filings. I would expect a similar ending.
Likely a new merger candidate already lined up, which should appear in a filing sometime after a R/S. But that may be a while down the road. Don't want to over fish the waters!
That's my call on this one. I could be wrong. Everyone should trade based on their own due diligence.
Now, back to my summer recess from trading!
Actually, the HOOPLA (aka interest), if measured by posts on ihub, has been dwindling over the last couple of weeks. Trading $$ volume has also been receding.
Someone told me last Friday's trading down to the .0001's was manipulation. What I saw when I looked at the tape is no trading for over an hour in the morning when the stock was .0002/.0003, then the weak bid of .0002 was taken out on only about 23 million shares. Saw an 83 million share dump on the .0001 bid hit the tape later, as the stock remained at .0001/.0002 the rest of the day.
I'm expecting the .0001's to be taken out this week or next, leaving the stock with no bid.
Won't be surprised to see a R/S sometime in the next several weeks of maybe 300-1 or so. No PR about a R/S will likely be forthcoming (it's not necessary to do as some are stating), there will only be a notice on the otcbb daily list on the afternoon of the prior trading day before the R/S. I'm expecting the R/S to be touted as "proof" of the merger.
all imo ...
Trade wisely ....
Hope ASYI runs for those in this. I don't see a chance unless the printing press is turned off. But just about anything can happen with these sub-penny pinks.
When I read your post, most of what you mention clearly shouts dilution. But I understand those with a position try to paint things in a positive light. Personally, I've always found it more financially rewarding to accept reality.
Here's some snippets of your post in blue, along with my explanation in bold.
The increase in AS - for dilution
the rapid descent in PPS - from dilution
massive volume - caused by dilution
obvious manipulation - NO, just dilution
the crazy bid dumps - even more obvious dilution!
the MM signals - there's your shenanigans! (by retail)
all of this adds up to something huge in the making - yes, big $$$ for the company, to pay their accrued salaries

SAGD looks like only the beginning today. Next week could be huge.
GLTA
Possible! But I may wager on what date the 'D' is appended to the ASYI ticker.
I have a daily two post limit on this board.
GLTA
ASYI - see this post for clarification.

PS .... It is usually the the most obvious scenario playing out with these stocks. Everything here points to massive dilution, including what the company has stated in their filings. Not sure why that simple truth isn't enough to convince so many?
Likely your .0002 bid will be filled today. Depending on the time entered, my experience is daily only orders often fill first (if entered well before the market opens).
Just Monday morning hope by some. (maybe from the hope and change crowd!)
ASYI will undoubtedly print many .0001's this week.
just my opinion ....
Best of luck to all traders
Stock price always tells the true story ....
Those with shares to sell will always want to put a real good spin on things ....
Nice post, nice (old) email. No surprise.
O/S likely now closer to 2 billion. Personally, I don't see why they won't R/S this at some point soon.
TWWI - nice movement today!
DIMI $1.11
ASYI - Looking for a potential move up. How high is anyone's guess.
Trade Wisely ....
Well, I got mine at 12:34, lol. You need a new email program!
Should of said two days, lol.
ACE didn't screw anyone. It is always each individual traders choice to buy or not to buy. Someone giving me a tip is always appreciated. How I act upon that info is up to me. One quick glace at the chart told the story here. Maybe more to come?
I do not own this stock at this time.
GLTA
Nice!
