I only became a shareholder in March, and likely would've missed boat had the approval for HIV come sooner.
My first thought during the call when they mentioned the FDA encouraged the change to 700mg, was why didn't they submit for 350mg, get approval (since they had met the endpoint) and then worry about the higher dose later? Considering we have no revenue streams that seems like the wiser option.
I am still very pleased with the expected outcome and being able to help so many in the near future. We can't help those lost already - as frustrating as it is to know we could have - we can can help sooooooo many "soon".
He said 5 multinational distributors as well as companies in those 5 countries. Unless it was a language thing (which he has done on occasion) it implies @SmileyRiley is closer to the truth. Based on what I heard.
Hi Chuckles
Any particular MOA articles you would recommend on monoclonals?
I lucked into CYDY and Leronlimab, have broken all my rules on diversification but like the science I read about and what I hear from Drs outside the company.
I've become more and more intrigued with what monoclonals may be able to do in the big picture of helping people.
For CYDY I think the opportunities are almost too many to believe but I've told many friends and family about the company. I have a big picture outlook similar to BlackOps, but the challenges of overcoming the BP barriers of entry are daunting so I also get cynical about being able to get there smoothly.
The science and trial results are our potential "fast pass" badges to beat rush hour though. Bring on the trial results and lets roll! Long CYDY!!
GLTA
Thanks!

Yes. Earlier this morning I received a notice for each of the accounts I manage (regular, IRA, Custodials).
(Thoughts BlackOps and others?) The Atlanta Journal article a few days back referenced a study of using COVID on "survivors" to see potential benefit of LERON on resolving issues/improving the immune system after the fact (see below). That stuck with me! It surprised me as I hadn't heard of that, but if the article is accurate and Dr Reisman isn't just anecdotal, then this opens a whole new large market to add to Black Ops BIG PICTURE.
"Reisman knew about a post-COVID trial for survivors of mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms. Riley enrolled in the clinical trial for leronlimab, a drug that was originally developed to treat HIV, but is showing promise in the coronavirus fight. He had four injections in his stomach over two weeks. Riley said he immediately felt better. He returned to a faster pace, his blood pressure returned to normal and the other symptoms – the anxiety, the insomnia — faded. It’s possible he was given a placebo or perhaps it was time that helped him heal, but Riley is confident that it was the leronlimab."

WSJ ARTICLE - group of scientists pushing Trump identify Monoclonal antibody drugs as most promising treatment
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/the-secret-group-of-scientists-and-billionaires-pushing-trump-on-a-covid-19-plan/ar-BB13h12G?ocid=spartanntp
If posted already apologies. VERY interesting article … particularly for this group as it relates to the mention of the groups focus on Monoclonal
A major concern of the scientists was the FDA. The scientists had in their research identified monoclonal antibody drugs that latch onto virus cells as the most promising treatment.
I don't imagine CYDY was on their radar to begin with given who these people are but maybe it is now (or will be soon) considering what Vyrologix does.
Thank for your DD confirming that at the END OF FEBRUARY Cytodyn had stockpiled $15m of raw materials to produce the PRE-SALES quantities of Vyrologix (aka Leronlimab).
Guess you answered your question about "Where's the 40k vials?" you started asking about in April?
Appreciate your help on this investigative matter.
Thanks Black-Ops. I found your post interesting the first time around as well. Appreciate the continued contributions and perspective.
As JL/BP said (paraphrasing and I cannot recall which exactly) over the next couple weeks most of these drugs will fall off, the cloud will clear and people will see Leronlimab still standing as the best option.
I imagine it can be difficult to get people to try LERO in a trial when other drugs are getting HUGE HEADLINES as saving people. "I want xxx" I can hear them saying as they don't know the science better.
Trial updates (presuming they remain positive) will further enhance LERO and start the MOMO building "downhill" speed.
Just need to remain patient and let the science do its thing.
Thanks BL for the extra DD. Valuable extra context. MUCH more incentive to blow this up! :)
If the SP stays perfectly flat as of today's close (2.62) they are worth $32,301.98 on May 31st. Not really a big signing bonus for a board appointment.
That shrinks to <$30k if the price falls to execution value (2.25).
If however, he drives the company forward positively and the SP achieves the values this board speaks about ($10, $20 or $50 SP) then he is starting to earn a good signing bonus and we all benefit.
I think its a good incentive - nice "retainer" - with a good backend kicker potential!

lets hope they did the enterprise call and its still full!

I believe that once a clinical trial starts there are some limitations on what exactly you can say about results mid-stream. Maybe one of the medical professionals on here, like misiu, can confirm or rebuke that.
If no restrictions I look forward to seeing some results tomorrow as we are ~7 days from the initiation of the trials. 0, 3, & 7 days from trial starts, %s off ventilators already etc.
Study data on larger scale supporting the CBS story with a person's first hand account. That would be wonderful!
The skepticism makes sense though in spite of PRs and stories. The treatment efficacy and results using CCR5 seem almost too good to be true. BUT the larger the feedback from multiple sources and studies the more the concerns will fade.
All things pointing up right now … hope that continues; for the health (& financial implications).
As stated previously … my position is long based on the DDs I've done to date.
I re-tweeted the link and sent emails to Rush, Tucker Carlson & Sean Hannity at Fox, as well as the 2 nearest CBS local stations to me (Sacramento & Reno).
Hope it gets picked up.There are lots of other treatments showing success as well but none with the low side effects or the or apparent consistency of success (even with a small sample size). Hope it gets the right people's attention.
More so thanks for all the originals investors to give the support that got Leronlimab here.
All the BLA submission concerns should be eased by this statement in the Quarterly Report. There are substantial options (financial) incentives that only get activated when the BLA is filed. It's a 10yr contract sure but further extended filing delays could kill the value of the "eventual" execution. Total 3.25M shares (~$10M at ~$3 SP) is a pretty strong incentive.
Hoping Leronlimab is everything it appears to be and Cytodyn gets the large scale traction that would warrant.
Disclosure: I'm a new investor. 12k at ~2.75. & 1k in each of my twins' custodial accts.
[i]"On December 19, 2019, the Company issued stock options covering 7,300,000 shares of its common stock to directors, executives, and a consultant, of which 7,100,000 were granted under the 2012 Plan and 200,000 were granted outside of the 2012 Plan. The stock option awards have a per share exercise price of $0.63. Stock options covering 6,050,000 shares vested immediately upon issuance and 1,250,000 shares will vest upon filing of the BLA associated with HIV-combination therapy. In addition, the president and chief executive officer received a warrant awarded outside of the 2012 Plan covering 2,000,000 shares with an exercise price of $0.63 per share, which vests upon the Company’s filing of the BLA.
