Ack! I just checked out the online store and the prices are outrageous. The stuff looks cool and is clearly well-made but gads, too expensive.
I haven't been following this stock for some time now. Bad news about the reverse split. It's sad, really. This is what all these penny stocks do -- they sucker you in and then reverse split you out of existence. As for getting listed on the NASDAQ, I don't really see that happening. Fist of all Geovax doesn't have a product on the market so why would they go through the expense of listing when they have nothing on the market? And let's be honest, there is no way the inflated stock price is going to hold after the reverse split. It never does. The price will drop like a stone and investors will be stuck with worthless shares.
Well, Sandy has been a busy little scam artist, hasn't he!
Who told you this and how do they know?
I'm just curious since I read these kinds of statements all the time on iHub message boards and they tend to be bogus.
Plus, I just looked at your post history and you posted the exact same message on two other boards: GNBT & INSV. It sounds a little suspicious to me.
But, hey, if you want to share some real DD then, please, feal free to do so.
Yes, Kihomac happens to deal with government organizations (as many companies do) but there is absolutely no indication of Kihomac dealing with Cyberkey. There is no 'relationship' between the non-existent company, Kikomac, and the company Kihomac. The entire matter is a non-issue. Jim Plant pleaded guilty to all charges. He scammed everyone and now he is paying for it. Case closed. Your entire argument seems to be based more on a rather unhealthy dose of anti-government sentiment than it does on any real facts that anything JP ever said about his fictitious contract was true.
It would be an indication of a complete lack of 'independent thought' for someone to think that website has any significance at all to the CyberKey scam.
My Scottrade account shows a symbol of (TPCD) with a price of 0.00. I have one share for each of my uwki shares.
So how do we sell these shares or are they just dead shares in our accounts?
Holy conspiracy theories, Batman!
Regardless of what some may say about the SEC:
- An arrest has been made in this case
- The sentencing has been postponed not canceled
- Plant has in no way been exonerated
- Plant pleaded guilty to the charges (enough said)
These are undisputed facts everything else is just wishful thinking.
Does anyone know when exactly the phase 2a human trial is to begin?
I think what knowles meant when he said the deleted posts offered no significant contribution was that they didn't support a specific agenda therefore they were deemed to be of no significance. This board was never a place where a free exchange of information was allowed. You either supported the pump or your opinion (or facts) wasn't tolerated.
Hi everyone. I don't own any ZAGG stock yet but I did buy their invisisheild for my Zune 80 and it is just a wonderful product. Seems to be a great company too.
Some new/recent PRs on the company's website: http://www.geovax.com/newsroom/corporate_news.php
I totally agree. It's the best anyone could hope for from this POS at this point.
Well, there is absolutely no evidence that it has anything whatsoever to do with JP getting a 'slap on the wrist' for his crimes against us shareholders. Besides, considering how outrageously diluted this stock is, 688,100 volume is really no big deal. At the current stock price of .0001 that is only $68.81 in trading activity - no big deal.
... get things rolling again?
The only thing he ever had rolling was a scam. I certainly hope he doesn't do that again!
LOL. That explains the current stock price. What a joke.
Excellent news - not only for this stock but for humankind everywhere!
They should pitch the uWink "Card-Less" Loyalty Program to casinos. I have a loyalty card for every casino I have ever been to and it is a pain in the butt keeping track of them.
Just an idea.
Glad I got out of this a long time ago. It just keeps getting worse and worse (while the dinos get richer and richer).
I think it was a reference to his usual vague pumping but that is all I can think of. You were right nothing webprod ever posts (assuming you can make sense out of it) ever happens.
Do you know the information that is needed to fill out the form (case #; where to mail it to; etc.)? Or do we wait until we get our VIN and PIN numbers in the mail?
All of that information should be put in the iBox so it is readily available to all.
Thanks!
I think you are very much correct. I've always allowed for the possibility that others could be involved but never believed that Plant was duped. After reading your link and seeing the lengths that Plant went to to try to cover his tracks, it is pretty clear that he was the primary perpetrator of this scam.
LoanStew,
Well put! I don't understand how someone could think JP could possibly be innocent just because other people might be involved. That's just nuts. Other people's involvement has nothing to do with Plant's situation. He is guilty and is pleading guilty today. End of story for him. Will others be charged? Maybe. Has Plant definitely been charged? YES. It's really not that complicated.
Knowles,
You keep making statements like "hide, watch and learn" like you actually have a clue. What is interesting is that you have been dead wrong on just about everything you have posted here. From your late-night phone converstations with Plant; reporting for him how great and wonderful things are in CyberkeyLand to your rediculous claims that Plant is innocent and will proclaim and fight for his innocence until the end. The guy is guilty and he is pleading guilty today. He's doing it for his own self-serving interests - to reduce his punishment. None of the other bologne you put out has any thing to do this. Why do you keep bring up Hank? So he is in jail; so he pleaded guilty -- BIG DEAL. That has nothing whatsoever to do with Jimbo. Jim is guilty and will announce it to the world today. As far as Jim's guilt, it doesn't matter who else was involve or if anyone else was involved. He did it and he will get his just reward - sadly possibly reduced because he finally woke up and realized that the game was over and now it's time to try to reduce his sentence with a plea bargain.
If others were involved, I hope they are brougth to justice and share the same cell with Jimbo. But if there are others charged for this fraud, it doesn't make Jimbo any less guilty. So please stop with the nonsense!
Most likely it was a lie since there never was any other verification on it such as a news story or a military announcement. Usually, stuff like that would create a lot of press - the primary reason a company would do something like that in the first place. Just add that PR to the pile of other PRs that turned out to be false. At this point there is no way to distinguish truth from fiction with this company unless it can be verified by an outside (non-company) source.
I wasn't sure what it meant because I haven't had any problems buying uwki via the web in the past. Your explaination makes sense. My order did go through and all is well.
FYI: I use scottrade and they have restricted purchasing UWKI via the internet. I had to call my local branch to put in my order. The guy I spoke to couldn't / wouldn't give me the reason why. He just said it could be due to unusually high volumn, news from the company or other things.
I wonder what the issue is?
"Forget Lesko." ???????????????
Isn't that exactly what the Dinos want us to do? Yes, lets forget all about the false claims and promises and all the money we've lost. Let's forget all about the scam and that bogus Proxy vote.
I don't understand why anyone would continue to have faith in a company that has done what DMTN has done to its investors. Why should we think that a company that has to resort to such a scam has any intention of being a legitimate concern in thier business sector? I guess I just don't understand why we should forget anything they have done. And I certainly don't understand why anyone should think this company has a future.
Yep... it all adds up to a scam. Just because they haven't been delisted means NOTHING. Alot of crappy penny stocks have gotten away with way more than this before the SEC stepped in and did something. The evidence is in the press releases and that farce of a proxy vote. I mean, come on, after all this time we can't even confirm that Lesko exists. I mean, really, this is the age of the internet. Every company has a website these days - especially companies that represent other companies in buyouts. Lesko doesn't exist except in the fragmented minds of the Dinos and a few desperate posters on this message board. It's time to wake up and smell the coffee. The Dinos scammed us.
Oh, I guess I'm supposed to say "this is all just my opinion".
LOL!!!!
Somebody should have told that to the Dinos before they started issuing all of those press releases last year.
It was a classic bait-and-switch.
Why does everything have to be such a secret with this stock? Why can't you say who the buyers where you met? Did they make you sign a nondisclosure agreement? Geeze! Again someone making vague, unsubstantiated claims; using terms like 'Big Dogs' but conveniently, you can't give any details.
Nice,
A little on the fluffy side but nice to hear something.
Thanks for posting that.
Hey Kil,
Your coments on the financials are some of the best DD I've seen on this board in a long time. Unfortunately, it is negative but, hey, it is hard to come up with anything positive about the financials or this company for that matter. Don't let the sensors get too you. Sensorship has happened on every scam stock I've ever seen. In an absolute absense of support and information from the company certain people have to take it upon themselves to try to make everything look rosey when it is not. I just hope newbies are not being deceived into buying into this.
How about this...
uWink opens a restaurant in Vegas. People can go to Vegas to play slot machines (which has nothing to do with uWink). Then when they get hungry they can go to uWink and get something to eat.
Yes, I try not to worry too much about these things but the sell off and resulting dilution seems to be a bit much the last few days. The problem with penny stocks is that, in reality, company fundamentals are way less important that what is going on behind the scenes with promotions and things that the company is doing to raise money. Most investors don't (and can't) have a clue when to buy or sell one of these stocks because of what is really happening that we can't see to manipulate the price. The entire system seems to be designed to line the pockets of the promoters and their supporters at the expense of the average stockholder.
I like PCLI but I hope it doesn't get sucked into a death spiral before it has a chance to succeed as a legitimate company.
GLTA
Unfortunately, 200% higher from where it is right now still means around a 50% loss for many people.
I can't argue with the questions you are asking. I wish we had the answers.
I think there is/has been some movement on the California locations but it would be nice to know to what extent and when the projected openings are.
So, in the mean time, we wait.
FYI...
DMTN listed as one of the stocks pumped (uh, I mean promoted) by promostockpicks.com.
