So you have inside information?
Ive read the PR. It tells me nothing much.
Ill make you all a deal.
You tell me who you think the canadian miner is. It doesnt have to be TRUE just your speculation.
You give me that and i will go away. Or ill help you spread the good word. Fair enough?
Why not attempt to change thier view. Your post may turn away potential buyers.
Im just looking for answers. If the right ones are provided then i may buy back in.
Isnt that what you want? More shareholders?
Give me a chance to see your side. Show me why i should buy.
Isnt that fair?
Any speculation as to who this buyer is?
Someone has to have an idea
Canadian miner is rather vauge
Ive always wondered why aurus hasnt went looking for a private placement from another miner.
With 5 million oz proven. This should be a great chance for a junior to grab a stake in production.
You know the usual. company x agrees to pay ? over the next ? years and expend ? in exploration in return for x% in the project.
At a time when large dicoveries are few and far between.
Ok fair enough.
Would you not agree. The company is helping spread deceptions and doubts?
Are they going to sell or mine?
I truley feel the buyout was an attempt to raise the share price in order to dilute.
This is just my opinion and should be viewed as such
I guess wallstreet sees that.
Its a real shame. For if this company actually has what it says, then this has to be the worst mgmt of all times.
If they would just put out a plan and stick to it. I guess thats a bit of a stretch
If they are serious about selling. Which I thought they were.
Then why issue the bond and give shareholders a distorted view of the company.
One day they say they are selling. Then a few weeks later they are planning on mining.
I think mgmt has cast a shadow over the company by not being sure of what its doing.
And here is an interesting question. If they are using the assets of Krong for this bond? Can they use it as an asset to the company. Or is it off their balance sheet until it is satisfied.
If one wishes to deduct a serious book value for AURC. Where would this fall.
Im thinking you would deduct 10 million from current assets.
In all fairness they have a great idea. However they need the production/Hard assets. Krong in general is not hard assets.
The hard thing to understand here is 10 million dollars is no where near enough to start operations.
Just do some research and see how much equipment costs.
If they are going to do actual HARD ROCK mining they are going to need another 90 plus million easy.
Better yet. Why offer a 10 million dollar bond?
But why would the company leave out the most important parts of the transaction. Further more they allways seem to do this.
Now is it just poor mgmt or do they not want you to know?
Backed by the assets of krong is a big red flag.
Im sure what they ment to say was backed by common shares in aurus.
Think about it. So if they default. Then you are entitled to a predetermined chunk of Krong land?
I believe mid feb
Yes the place stinks. I used to read it regularly. But never found any usefull info. Just a bunch of junk most unrelated to the stock your reading about.
So right there tells alot about this guy
Talk to you in the am
Have you seen the one filling at the sec website? Its an offer to sell securitys. New this year. But if you want the details you have to send in a request.
The company filed it as a paper document. Not for web display
He came from raging bull. Raging bull hasnt even changed the symbol yet.
Mick i think we may need to take this jerk out back and beat him with some good ole hickory
Wait. Did i hear that guy right.LOL im rollin here.
Did he say PWDR is worth no more than 3-4 million dollars in market cap???????Oh the funny things you read.
That one takes the cake. I think this guy is worthy of ignore.
Oh and BTW read raging bull. No thanks
Will do. It may not be till spring though. But when im there im check it out
I travel to and around the ellicotsville Ny area a few times a year.
The next time im at the casino i think ill go poking around.
I apologize. I mean no harm. Ive been through this before in other companies. I wish you all the best.
A better question is. How many shares is that bond convertable into?
5.5% divy yeild to wait it out.
Its looking better by the day. Who could pass that up
I might think it a trick. Dont look at the man behind the curtain. 100 million and his resignation. Ya something stinks there.
Its looking that way now isnt it.james
Run shorty run.
But long term we will prove to be genius.
If that squeeze is coming,it cant be far off now.
I dont think you could pick a better future performer.
If you dont mind waiting. This is the one. IMO
You guys are lucky. I was the fool who bought the IPO.
I thought we would have a large run. Well didnt happen.
That was ok because i still saw a good long term investment here anyways.
And it has an attractive yeild at the current price.
A dividend is always nice.
Makes the wait easier.
Anyone notice the CMF on this over the past 6 months?
I agree. But there is not alot of willing sellers down here.
Starting to move.
No im not. Ill just wait and see. No big deal there are a hundred more out there that do file.
Shame though if the company is all it says it is. To not show investors its real by filing.
Oh well ill stick with PWDR and UCPI for now. GLTYA
Thats why i want to see an sec filling before i touch it.
Not until they start filling(then it all depends). From the latest filling at pink sheets it looks interesting.
Now those are not great numbers but if they are for real then this company has the making of something great.
And another great site for learning terms and drilling operations and such.
