Exactly these are rumors, but advantages because it’s bringing the spotlight to AUPH and Voclosporin which has been flying under the radar with Covid/Delta.
you don’t want to pay our company’s worth, we”ll talk to other suitors, or even go it f’in alone”.
Sure Zep , my prior post cut and pasted here:

Jess and all longs, let’s talk about what MAY have happened the past few days:
Bristol checks out AUPH, kicks the tires and looks at some PG presentations. They start talking, AUPH puts a hold on all PR’s, BMY pushes today earnings call to Friday.
BMYputs in a low offer around 48 bucks a share BO. AUPH declines based on a low offer only 9 months into VOC sales. They part ways both calling each others bluff…….PG pours a tall glass of Canadian Whisky and says “F them, they’ll be back, they always come back”. BMY pushes their earnings results BACK to today and AUPH suddenly pushes out 2 PR’s and a tweet. The message is “If you don’t want to pay our company’s
And we turned down a $44.50;BO
Jess, looks like my scenario is coming to fruition….Giovanni and Peter texting each other right now
Good point Jess, AUPH’s valuation has nothing to do with past sales, it’s all about future potential. Last year AUPH had sales around $3,000, now with VOC, we’re approaching 10 million and probably much more after Q3 results……and this is all with a small/new sales force, covid/delta breakouts and a 10 month old drug. A big Pharma sales force could make VOC sales explode.
I like this Jess, I’m going with a 65-73 BO.

This coming from Newbie, ha!,
Right on Zep and you guys may recall AUPH shit down this rumor right out of the gate
I’ve always thought it would be Glasko
Pete does love after hours announcements
Mich, if we were in a bar right now I’d raise a glass, that’s exactly what I meant!
Nobody ever got sued over pleading the 5th Rum, but look at it this way…the last BO rumor from Benzinga got thwarted right out of the gate, so I’d say silence is a really positive sign here
Amen Jess, the process has been slow, but it’s tough battling big Pharma for elbow room at the bar.I’ll take a S stirred and an AUPH shaken.
This article is SPOT ON Watson
That was BM, he’s never right.
Agreed on both counts Saud
The BO price could be anywhere between 40-70, depends on how Bristol reads the Aurora data, and Q3 sales -I’m sure they are already privy to it- and how tough PG is in negotiations. I truly think AUPH could hold out for a 70 BO.I forgot your BO target Jess, where are you?
Ha, you sound like JerryLundergard in Fargo!
It’s happening
I 2nd that!
Q3 results in about 2weeks, then full report in December, hold on to your a$$!
We’ll know in about 2-3 weeks Zep, it’s going to be good news!
I’m going in at 65-70 BO
NEwbie, remember, always know your stock before pulling the buy trigger , that way you won’t wet yourself every time the price fluctuates. I’ll give you some comfy love though. When Q3 results are released, the PT will hit 25, and that will be the new floor.
Showing consistent growth will bring investors and BO opportunities…..I’d be shocked if we don’t see a BO by end of Q2 2022.
Q3 earnings will bring us to 25
I don’t think he’s talking about that stock Sonic.
Which one, just give me the first letter
AUPH is a slam dunk though, I have zero issues with AUPH and I’m still pretty sure it will at least double or triple from here and the risk is out of the equation in my opinion.
You and I have both been Ji fans for a long time. I replied with 3-5 additional picks, they stayed on the board for a while, then got deleted. All you have is Ji, nothing else?
Nice Zep, keep in mind, THAT is the reason for the low price point….once they get listed in the Nasdaq, all of that changes. What other stocks are you on the Ihub board?
Jess, you there buddy?
Neutered gave you away, ha!
You a dog owner Jess?
Exactly Saud, and in $20 increments.
True that Jess, AUPH and MDRNF are the only two headed north today.
No Cerv, we danced around 15 for a while, now we’re dancing around 20, that’s a good thing, the floor is up another 5 bucks, we won’t drop from here.Q3 ends in a couple of weeks, then the floor will be 25.
20 is the new 15, expect it he PT to jump around until we get some news.
Exactly brother Jess!
Right on History, AUPH AND IMMU have very similar situations, from single product , size of the company market cap etc. For those of you who missed the call yesterday, I’ve never heard Greanleaf so confident and on his game, no hemming, hawing or um’ing. Also, the pipeline looks extremely promising,
Good presentation today
