As does yours
News still hasn't hit Schwab...
A little on the positive side of the pivot but I think this is a very accurate take. Three primary challenges ahead: volume production and then repeated volume production and then ensure there is no genetic drift over repeated volume production. That is still quite a few major milestones to hit but their recent progress in overcoming the sericulture ignorance is promising.
I'm cautiously very optmistic.
Welcome baack. I ee you found the log out and log in button.
There are over 2500 socks on OTC with a value between $5-20/share. I could care less what exchange KBLB is on as long as they become one greater than $5/share
I sold most of those shares. Sell the news, bruh
16 posts today - the anger you hold for Kraig is impressive
You posted an investor deck with the words BAM like it is some big revelation and apparently didn't even read it. You post under several usernames and you have 12k posts on KBLB basically all saying the same thing.
Whose opinion doesn't matter here?
Spider/Microsilk is completely de-emphasized in this deck despite the fact there is a spider on the front page. It doesn't even get a slide in the market opportunity portion.
It only takes a few minutes to realize they are marketing their B-silk to the beauty and personal care market.
Based on this deck, I would not consider Bolt to be a competitor to KBLB.
You and Slanger are the only ones who add emojis to your own posts. Y'all are the same person and always have been.
Also, all other emojis for Sanger are poop and vomit. So, yes, they are paying attention...
Two posters here are the same person posing under two usernames and they both have this feature in common on every post. So, that's the competency level we're dealing with here...
Slanger been here slinging this crap for so long its not even funny. I actualy think he and truth are simply the same person with slightly different takes and roles....
Almost as if this board is generated by AI. Same pumpers, same bashers, same conversation for the 5 years I have been here. A few bright spots on both sides from time to time.
He should see no bonus until meeting key milestones. For this type of startup I would expect his salary to be 2-2.5x of your 150k suggestion.
3 years ago the November price was ~.20. 2 years Ago in november the price was ~.12. Last November the price was ~.06. Today the price is ~.03.
I find it hard to believe that someone can spin anything as signifcantly reducing downward pressure in this scenario.
On a price over price percent basis this stock is in the same downward trend over the last 3 years.
For a private company it is a death spiral. Just watched a 150 million switchable glazing startup go through this. Needed more funding to stay viable and finally hit a point where no one would invest, too much time without realizing success. The company closed and someone came in and bought all assets and technology for pennies. Honestly, it’s very cool and viable technology too.
For a public company I should have simply just said what has already been stated: you have to continue to dilute with debt that takes on riskier/ increasingly more unfavorable terms as times goes on with no proven success.
Thanks, and yes, I do realize that. In my own biz I was fortunate enough to have a go to market customer. It only helps with some stable cash flow, though, and was certainly is not enough to fund development and expansion. Challenges for any new and growing business, for sure.
I am still in for the same reasons, in some ways. Ultimately, I believe the possibility for success is quite small at this point. The term moon shot was used by someone else here and that is what that small posibility equals for me.
I run start-up that makes temporary protective coatings that protect thin films (low-e) on glass. Think of it as a process (converting raw glass into something) alternative to the plastic protective films you find on new plexiglass (thin film.low-e glass uses the same things on the more advanced films). I do not know anything about medical start-ups....
I do know that you can have the best idea in the world, have everything in order to produce and still have trouble getting funding and not get market penetration.
He already defined exactly why you hold onto this stock in a response to me:
"Exactly. Only put it what you can lose. Because u probably will at this stage. That said it is an everyday-growing-longer-shot!!! There’s still a shot. Albeit small."
I run a start-up and understand how tough continued funding is. Kraig are in what I'd call the lending death sprial. I thnk it is pretty indisputable at this point and the only way for them to turn the tide is to have a signifcant source of income. The inabaility to scale and the ineptitude shown at trying to do so infers that the signifcant income is not coming.
Not a scam stock but I'd say highly unlikely to make it
I believe there are select few people arrogant and dillusional enough to scam people for this long and I really do not think this is one of those situations (opinon, no proof).
I also believe that this business is hitting the end of its runway and I think the inability to execute, particularly the period coming out of the pandemic, is the final proof anyone should really need of that.
This opportunity is gonna get solved by someone else before Kraig and my stubborn a$$ is going to hold all of my shares and watch it turn into nothing.
Don't be like me....
I have been in manufacturing for many years, including some unique processes that are essentially one of a kind. I know of no company that would ever show production equipment to a process and facility that is unique like this one.
What would someone gain from showing the competition any of the equipment they are using.
In nearly all cases know how becomes the ones thing above everything else you can protect in processes.
That would be a great partnership...
Very pleased with the improvement in PR from the last one. This new is worthy of a PR
Again, my premise was that it was a PR just to have a PR and that, imo is garbage. They dropped some items about intention that MAY come to fruition but there is nothing dinfitive here other than the fact they are woefully slow on scaling.
1. Return to normal travel. Normal travel has been open to those without VISA's since March 15. Jon Rice certainly has a multi-year VISA meaning he could travel prior to that.
2. Discussions in multiple provinces about additinal land and meeting with PL Kings to discuss scale up plans. PRing this when voice conferences and email are the primary communication tools is curious. What is the intent?
3. Sending a Senior Scientist to perform hands on training for severel key production initiatives. Again, normal travel has been open for almost 3 months.
Like I said, I have not sold a single share but this seems to be a PR that says hang in there, we know we appear incompentant but look at what our plans are
Thius PR is garbage. I am bullish on Kraig long term and I am not getting rid of a single share but come on. You PR this kind of crap when you feel like you need a PR for the sake of having a PR, not because you have anything to say.
The 200SMA hit .10 on 1/21 and is now at .0933. Will be interesting to see how that impacts price over the near term. KBLB has been below the 200SMA since last May.
Patents actually do an excellent job of being legally binding. It does not keep a company in China from trying to copy the technology but it does keep them from selling products based off of the technology into markets where the patents are granted.
When someone files a US patent they also file under the PCT and designate countries where they want to simultaneously try to protect their IP. I suspect that these patent applications would include a very broad group of countries globally given what appears to be potentially groundbreaking new tech.
China has gotten much better at IP, although there will always be concerns but it is misguided just to assume that China can copy and sell globally because they have 'always done it'. It does not work like that. Companies large enough in China to be global businesses have to adhere to global business practices or they will not be taken seriously. Contrary to that, if they chose to only sell into their home market (and not global) it is massive enough for them to do that.
This is my best case scenario. Prove we can produce and generate revenue and announce some additional channel partners for the silk this year and 10-15X is very possible.
1. I just want to see it close above .10
2. Despite the optimism, which I share, we still have a long way to go
3. The stock market is taking a huge dump today, literally nothing in my watchlist is green. /ES flirting with 4280 big time, bears trying to keep it below which could precipitate another big ole drop....
Here are two responses (in one) from a message where I asked about the same type of end of day transaction this past September (notice the eod friday sell of 1.7m had type as avg):
"You will also note that it is marked as with a Type of "avg". That shows that it most probably traded on a dark pool."
in other words, it was dilution being bought up by large entities...
personally, i think about 1 mil of todays volume is dilution...24 10k trades have taken place today...
not ALL dilution is occurring in dark pools...but they are still agreed upon trades between yorkville and whomever they are selling too...
Hope this helps
IH link for KBLB
I have been told before that the sell at the end of the day is actually KBLB selling shares. Not sure if thst is accurate or not.
Excuse the post if this has already been covered....
According to Investorhub, the high in the last six months is .12/share. The high in the last year is .239/share.
I agree and I hope like hell they figure this process out in a way that is incredibly profitable for us shareholders. Who wouldn't love to look back 5 years form now and see a SP value in the teens, twenties or more....
A little work to do to get there but within reach, certainly. Those patents are just applications at this point and tha value is debatable. That being said, companies tend to file applications when they believe they will be granted. Otherwise, they risk sharing trade secrets.
Completely agree here given what has, or hasn't, happened the last three years. The total investment is a very good sign, though, that we're close.
Many times start-ups make sure they have funding for 18-24 months. I am hopeful that we see some clarification on the additional raise and the specific capital spend it supports.
I've been around long enough to know that. However, trying to attribute that to something reported 21 days after expiration does not fit.
Didn't the R/S just expire 21 days ago?
Made an assumption, excuse that. Just sharing from my own experience.
Thanks for the time and effort to review, understand and explain the patents from your pov. Reading patents is heavy work....
