This is what up-listing looks like: https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/crge
Harry, you have it right on. Just spend some time following the links on the Charges website and you will be convinced. If this is a pump and dump, it's very sophisticated.
If you have trouble using the link below, try this one. https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4808926
Hello!!! knock - knock
Picktool you beat me to it..............
Back in January 2021 Charge announced a partnership with Niki Power “the largest power-sharing system in Europe” with investment and exclusive rights to North America. “Naki Power operates in five countries with 1,500 active power stations where consumers can rent portable chargers.” Read full PR https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4588555.
A recent update to their website https://www.charge.us/powerbank reveals that Charge Enterprises is working on executing part of their plan. The recent hiring of Mark LaNeve https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-laneve-7b57b251 as CBO who has a strong background in marketing, MHO, is just one more piece to what is turning into a very exciting puzzle.
Finally, some respect. This should be a ten-dollar stock. Andrew Fox and his team are busting there a** for some attention. Hopefully, it's finally paying off. Go-get-em!!!
Range-bound?
I said it before and I'll say it again, EOY and 4th quarter financials then pop!!! OR you know the noise a bomb makes just before it hits the ground? IMHO
Need 4th quarter and 2020 financials.
Need 4th quarter and 2020 financials!
We need 4th quarter numbers! IMHO
Does anyone know what this means? https://sec.report/Document/0001654954-21-001617/

Happy to moderate
Caviar Emptor - been doing some research on some of the reported acquisitions of Transworld Holdings Inc (notice the name change). First it was FedEx routes? Don’t know what happened to these acquisitions (more than one).
Next it’s “Charge”. Charge seems to be a scooter rental/support company. They have an app (for what it’s worth) for that. App only shows two locations for this global co. One location is in Atlanta Ga. Google street view actually shows one of their charging stations and scooters. The second location is in L.A. street view only shows a building. No scooters no Charging station. Charges global HQ appears to be an apartment building? Charge in MHOP is a startup.
Then “PTGi-ICS". It is a telecommunications co. established in 2016(?) and has lost money in 3 out of the last 4 years.
Transworld is generating a lot of spin, but I question the substance. In any event, I’m holding. Been in this stock since 2010. Already written it off.
GOIGD Symbol Will Change to TRWO on November 2 - https://www.accesswire.com/609262/GoIP-Inc-Name-Changed-to-TransWorld-Holdings-Inc
FYI, recently they had a shareholder vote and board meeting. I can't imagine that they did not approve the reverse split and name change.
It all comes down to a matter of belief. Are the Ike S. days over in favor of Kenneth Orr. And is K. Orr a bird of a different color and will Korr Investments create value for the rebranded Co.
The rhetoric sound good, but it's all in the execution.
Hold, hold, hold. According to OTC Markets Goip has 929 shareholders, all showing great discipline. Goip/Transworld either takes off or goes to zero. IMHO
Need clarity! Sutton still owns 2/3 of the common stock(as of latest filings), and he is retired(?). Hmmmmmm
SEC filing and name change IS the game changer. End of ten plus years of smoke and mirrors. GOIP/Transworld Holdings/Transworld Enterprises/???? becomes a legitimate co. IMHO
Or better yet read this: https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4354866
Can you believe that at one time Goip(GOIG) was a $100 stock? 2007. Ahhhh the good old days.
Just in case you missed this: https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4340901
Need SEC filing. Last one done end of 2018. Retail investors locked out. Maybe a 2nd quarter report by Korr? Name change? Reverse split?
I think the tipping point will be the name change. KORR seems legit, and Kenneth Orr has been quoted in US News and World Reports, EconoTimes, and Fortune. Mr. Orr has a long and distinguished resume.
I think the name change to Trans World Enterprises will be the game changer. Time will tell. We have seen many thrown together websites (TWE) before. If it does not happen in the next 30 days, it is probably not going to happen.
Looks like Mr. Sutton just hooked up with James Bond. Thus may be interesting?
Wow, quiet board. Stock volume way down. Everyone is waiting for the other shoe to drop. Either Apex acquires Goip, or Apex walks away. Day or night. Exciting times, but we have been here before!
Apex has had adequate time and opportunity to deny any such deal exists. No denial has been forthcoming. Apex is a real company with real products. Buying goip provides them with a short cut into the private market. No IPO and the expenses associated with IPO's. The only question I have is, how are they going to treat their common stockholders?
We'll see. We have all been disappointed by I.H.S. in the past. I'm holding firm no buying or selling until it's real. It should be noted that Apex has not filed a contradiction to the AP story. So there is that.
So for what it’s worth, Apex is a real company with real products that can be found in California's cannabis dispensary business. Scott Benson, Apex’s current CEO, appears to be a real person. Has a Linkedin page.
Apex is listed as a private company in California. Maybe Apex wants to go public and a fast way of doing that is to buy Goip. No need for an expensive IPO. There are smarter investors on this board than me. What do you think? Here is the article.
It does to me!
Something smell fishie to you?
Two announcements concerning Apex Extractions LLC. They are going to acquire (goip) and be acquired. Read the second half of the story here
