Did we get above the 200 day moving average?
It will be interesting to see if the volume holds up. Could just be one buyer.
As recently as August
https://franknez.com/amcs-cost-to-borrow-skyrockets-to-1000/
The borrow rate for AMC is in the vicinity of 1000%. 20% borrow rate is not really frightening to shorts. News would be though.
It isn't about who has the best technology. It's about who has the most money and the best pr.
Apparently it's working
Welcome news indeed!
The company has pr'd the news also

This is a pattern. It's happened a few times recently and it's meaningless and will continue until we get breakout news.
They're saving it for a pr this morning

I have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport.
What the heck is all the car talk about?
Schwab. Never had a problem
Nope. It's like reading Nostradamus
That's a rerun of a rerun
Looks like the market is reacting positively

Something no one is talking about here. Are we in a liquidity crisis? I know nwbo is perennially short of funding and has to finance through toxic lenders but now with borrowing costs way up are they able to obtain any financing at all? Anyone with any insight on the issue that cares to address this, please do.
Some good news would be great right about now.
IIRC the motion to dismiss was supposed to be decided sometime in September. The lawsuit doesn't even matter one way or the other until that's decided.
65K shares traded already in a halted stock. Interesting
How long do you estimate those proposed stage three trials will take and would one of them be the PIP trial?
Disappointing and leaves nothing to look forward to except more promises and we know how those go. Still, I'm in it until the January combo trial with iclc concludes and hope for a pop on that news. Otherwise, best to just check out for a while.
It happens regularly here when there's no upcoming conference or a recent bit of news to discuss. Nothing better to do than growl at each other.
Taking family leave no doubt
I watched the 6 minute report and there was no mention of dcvax
So there it is. No mention of dcvax at all but a magical Chinese medicine gets a nod. Tote bags anyone?
Frying wolf is a waste of time. Wolf is a dish best served cold
My guess as to tomorrow's video is it will be the same tape they ran in March with a new voice over by the news presenter. Small stations need local content and they're not loathe to repackage old news.
Note: I hope I'm wrong but this is a likely scenario.
He actually said more than 100 died which is technically correct but still nonsense.
Cancer takes many forms and nwbo does not cure cancer. It is effective against solid tumors. If you wish to believe he's talking about nwbo then by all means do so. I believe it's something entirely different and it has nothing to do with cancer
Using that theory they could be applying to 5 or 6 or all 7 regulatory agencies at once.
Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is alerting investors about a class action lawsuit filed against Virtu Financial, Inc. and specific officers, representing all individuals and entities who purchased or acquired Virtu securities between March 1, 2019, and April 28, 2023.…

That has to be the most ludicrous justification for taking money from a toxic lender I've ever heard.
Virtu just received a sell rating. Maybe related, maybe not.
I speculate the 3 million dollars is one of the lenders exercising their option to exchange debt for stock which would move the cash to the other side of the ledger. I would welcome thoughts on this as I'm not sure if it's plausible.
Or maybe it's shares issued to a lender in lieu of repaying a loan.
I hope that's the outcome. The other option is to bankrupt the company and make the lawsuit go away.
Nwbo would prefer to settle out of court I think to obtain a substantial amount of working capital. They may not have that option though.
I believe that's what I said
