Wow! Amazing one man can do all of that, be the only employee/ CEO of 3 other companies and still have time for this one. Question; has he made you any money?
Since you want in on the conversation; can you answer any of the question I asked?
You couldn’t answer 1 question. You got this, good luck to you.
It’s only been 4,5 years??? Lol. Good luck, you’ve got this!
It “might” be….
I see you’re still more motivated to being a smart ass that to take any advice I give. Tell me then; what is FORWD’s business model?
Listen, you can be a smart ass all you want. The fact is you can’t answer the question, you know it, I know it, and everyone reading this knows it. Your only invested because you got hooked by dreams of another GS pump n dump. The fact is nobody will ever merge with this company. Forget responding to me, ask yourself this; if I have a company worth anything and I merge, what will I get in return? The fact that GS can’t get a filing approved means nobody can get their shares registered, if I can’t get them registered, what do I get for merging my company into FORW?
Your answering so all can see….
Here is a shell for sale; https://dealstream.com/d/financial/public-shells/ownzrn
It’s $350,000. If I had a company that made say $1m in revenue, why would I “merge” with a company and give away equity if I could just buy a PUBCO? “Son”, I have merged and flipped more companies that you’ll ever know. I just follow and warn people about GS. You can believe me or not. It’s not my money.
I know, it’s a tough question to answer. Fine, what is the “post” enterprise value?
It’s not a start up. It’s a frickin* shell with zero business model.
Lol, I’m asking now! Because there is no post. What is the enterprise value now? It’s a very simple question.
Yes, updated January 22, 2023. That was before they tried to speak to a new customer base. They did. The problem is their old customer base didn’t like that approach and turned the #1 beer in the world into a less than top ten. Call it Trumple or whatever. Bud Light drinkers did not like the company’s approach. There is no doubt it was a good beer as they were #1….. were.
Well you my friend zero knowledge of even the basics of how this whole thing works. I’ll prove it; point where there is any enterprise value in this company. Any? Show me where there is ANY value above $400k for a shell.
Yes, this is exactly what “pensions” are looking for…… a company(s) that can’t even make a filing in how many years?
This an investment board. It’s not hate, it’s pointing out that Bud Execs let a Harvard grad steer the biggest beer brand in the world in a direction that zero of their customer base occupies. Now their customers have spoken. Now do execs respond to their negligence? They fire American workers. It’s not hate, it’s pointing out how stupid Bud execs are and how committed to the “cause” they are.
Yes, the workers you talked about the other day; DeSantis is threatening to sue Bud because their negligent executive leadership caused workers to now be laid off. Read up before you start with you pro-happiness thing. This whole thing, and all damage will come down to executives trying to increase the bottom line by trying something they knew nothing about. It didn’t work, they abandoned the trans influencer, and now are trying to distance themselves from the whole trans base and all be friends again to their customer base. If you really cared about the workers, you’d be happy DeSantis is suing.
Dang, execs are jumping ship and throwing the remainders under the bus…..

Maybe if other channels would report it, I would post it. It’s just like CNN reporting on stories FOX doesn’t.
Bud doing everything possible to unwind and distance themselves from the “wokeness”.

Looks like it’s been move to August 2nd.
Ironic the Sharp is always in the right place at the right time on these pump n dumps. He truly is the “OTC WIZ” (just can’t figure out how to make a dang filing though)
Earnings to be released today.
In other Bud Light News;

That’s a very good way of looking at this.
Answer me this; are you an “ influencer”???
This is an investment board. You make zero comments about the stock in general, in only about emotions. Question; are you an influencer or are you a real investor? It’s a simple question.
Earnings (or lack there of) come out July 27.
Look out for BUD's next earnings release expected on July 27, 2023. For the next earning release, we expect the company to report earnings of $0.68 per share, reflecting a year-over-year decrease of 9.33%.
You are correct; this whole mess can only be blamed on Bud Light executives. Regardless if people agree with “being shoved down our throats”. Regardless of your or my beliefs, BL did not do their homework. They went in a direction that obviously was not in line with their core customer. They gave power to a marketing person that had no business being in that role, and no business being able to make that call. The result is thousands of workers losing their jobs. (A cousin is a brewmaster in Ohio for Budweiser, not BL and said they laid off 20% already). Sadly, this will not go away. What it has done is force companies to really look at their customers. Target and Disney are other examples…..
DeSantis and Floridas Pension Fund Manager are now looking into legal action against InBev. “ AB InBev “breached legal duties owed to its shareholders”.

I think where you’re wrong is people don’t spend ANY time thinking about the .3%. That is Bud is in this predicament. On the other hand, Bud was guilty of only thinking about that .3% (I don’t know the true number), of those only a few ever drink beer and not their core customer.

I’m surprised this POS isn’t trip’s yet.
George would f**k up a wet dream!
What do I not understand? The stock is down $10, $20 billion, a permanently scared brand where their (former) client base is embarrassed to be seen with it (WSJ, Forbes 6/23). I’m just not sure what “you told me” or what I “don’t understand” or “now Bud is inclusive” as you just make random comments and don’t ever respond to questions. But on the other hand, it’s that one-sided mentality that got Bud in this cluster in the first place.
BUD’s 2nd quarter earnings come out next Thursday the 27th. It will be interesting to see just how strong and determined the redneck culture is. Something tells me this will last longer than the Goya Boycott of ‘21, or the Papa John’s boycott of 2018. But the 2012 Chick-fil-A had the most potential but ironically was a redneck favorite and the dang restaurants ran out of food because their demand was so high. Point in case; now that corporations are trying the “woke” on for size, Americans (not in the 1%) are gaveling it and saying “boycott”? Here, hold my beer….
Question; are you saying Bud was selective in who they sold to, and not equal to all?
This is where Bud Light is now; nothing but a reference for a “cowardly insult”. https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/farmers-insurance-flees-florida-impacting-100000-policyholders-bud-light-insurance-official?dicbo=v2-9agSXeW
There are a few on here that are emotionally invested in the cause, not the stock. The drop in price for the last few months is emotional; wait til earnings come out. Then the blood bath will begin.
Unfortunately you, nor anybody else can answer the question. The reason is the answer is nothing. So why would anybody even talk to Sharp?
What can FORW offer a company who’s wanting to merge? What does that company get for giving FORW their company?
