I agree. The small number of retail shareholders suggested is dramatically more than can be easily ascertained. Take our family holdings as an example. My wife and I have separate holdings in the UK Crest system. We are beneficial owners of the shares but as they are held by our broker, Hargreaves Lansdown, we are unable to vote our shares. We can add to, which we have done, or reduce which we have never done. We and many others like us here in the UK and many other shareholders worldwide cannot be identified by Justmostlylies. Family members with shares held with our TA and also with Interactive in NY can probably be identified and added to the total. I go with your assessment as the most likely scenario.

You make too many assumptions. I am not 300% down. Additional purchases averaged down. Feel very comfortable with anything over $1.00. Take Black Ops long view. Will probably not sell anything for at least 2.5 years. Will review then. What happens next will depend on pps at that time. Looking further out my long term horizon extends for another 5 years. Lifetime. I am laying down as inheritance for my children and my children’s children. I truly believe this is a miraculous molecule and each time I sell in the future, the first home for the proceeds will be my tithe and then my family.

I have the same problem with HL plus additional Covid excuse, we are not doing bed and ISA's at present. It will become a problem for us if we are uplifted and they agree to hold CYDY in our ISA.

Probably of more interest to UK residents. OTC stocks are not eligible to be held in stocks and shares ISA. Big picture tax planning is do not sell until uplift to Nasdac. Then and only then sell only enough shares in tax year to use up your Capital Gains Tax allowance. In my case I plan to bed and ISA, ideally retaining sold shares in a tax free account. I look forward to the day when tax free dividends of at least 1$ per share are added to rocket accumulation in value which the taxman cannot touch. No argument there. My contention is that it is impossible to defend shelving superior science to peddle what I would term a poor snake oil equivalent with serious side effects.

An interesting suggestion, but mankind needs the most effective treatment, no matter who gains financially. However, I am biased and if there is a gain to be made, it should be the loyal CYDY shareholders who have been in for the long haul.

No objections from me for a BP buyout at a realistic price provided they do not shelve the science. It is too important to risk that eventuality.

The science does not lie. If that happens it is morally indefensible.

Long on CYDY. Invested since 2011. Added for the first time last week. Appreciate all the comments, good and bad. We all need to do our own due diligence. Have been convinced from the outset about the potential. I first invested direct from the company in 2011. I added several times and then sat, patiently waiting and feeling sicker with each dilution and what I saw as the incompetence of the Board and in particular NP. Inactive for years, I added last week at .79. Excited to see current developments and believe all dilutions will pale when the market fully grasps the potential. Currently in Holland visiting grandchildren. Will be back in Northern Ireland on Wed. This post is to encourage all who have kept the faith despite many setbacks along the way. I truly believe we will real the rewards of our steadfastness. I carried out my own DD initially and continue to do so through contacts stateside. I am convinced the exciting ride is about to begin. Best wishes and in particular to those who will benefit most from the science. I can only speak personally, but for me that overrides all profit considerations.
