Julie Prag Vianale responded to my e-mail. She stated Sulja's lawyers informed the Vianale law firm that neither the Company(Sulja) nor the individuals named in the suit had insurance coverage to fund a judgement or pay a settlement. The case was dismissed without prejudice meaning it can be brought up again within certain criteria.

livingonpennies' i talked to "sam" in IR at sulja at this no., 519 796 0046. it took him a couple weeks to return my call. he also stated that the next merger would have to wait until the pps reached a certain level but he did not know what that no. needed to be.

if this info is already out i apologize. i talked to "sam" in the ir dept. at sulja on 7/26. he said red sea group will eventually handle all, investor relations for the new company, home and abroad, but he could not say when that would happen.
