Has anyone had any luck get restricted shares of this security unrestricted? Any insight on what the process is?
LOL! What price does it have to get to for that to happen..
As silly as it sounds I'd be willing to spend as much as the stock is worth just to stick it to these clowns.
I've done that. Many times. No response.
It's hard to believe that this is nothing more then a scam... They're have been hundreds of posts over the past weeks about this stock on this board.
Not one of them had mentioned anything that would make this stock value go up.
No earnings, no change in management, no news, hell NO PRODUCT!
The website is nonsense. No viable product coming anytime soon.
The fact that I can't get a call back from these crooks should tell you all you need to know about CPWY.
Good luck folks.
Ok so I had surgery and I'm just now catching up. Does this C&D help me get the restricted stock to unrestricted status?
I just want to get it unrestricted and GTFO.
Thanks for the insight. I hadn't seen this.
I did...they said their fees start at $250. Or i had to provide them the paperwork that the shares were released. I'm still just scratching the surface on what it takes but right now I've determined it aint easy... Especially when the issuer won't return your call.
I can't think of any reason they would want to keep the shares restricted. Did anyone else get restricted shares from the XLPI sham or am I the only sucker?
If the holdings were significant enough id consider it but right now the 500 bucks doesn't even seem worth it
No response yet. Guess I'll have to start Sherlock-ing...
I'm calling the two numbers they have listed on their website.
Main: 646-470-6015
Southampton: 631-353-3124
Main has a voice mail, the other just rings.
Ok. I've done that. Couple times. Nothing. Not surprising either.
Thats my only option I guess?
Or maybe the better question is how do I find out who to contact?
So CPWY or some other company?
I just tried to sell my legacy shares... Was told by TD that they are still restricted from when they got spun off from the XLPI days. I emailed the POC on website, just left a message. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get them unrestricted?
Thanks in advance.
Found it mentioned here as a weed stock pick?!

Restricted Shares?
I know this is moot at this point but has anyone dealt with Scottrade concerning these restricted shares from XLPI and Global?
I was told I need to pay 75 bucks just to get the restricted shares sent to me, and thats for each set. So 150 for XLPI and Global.
THEN they told me I had to go to the transfer agent, and then to a full broker. Is all this true?]
I think the legalese that was used was "threaten future litigation"...
"Nanosensors will take the "NANO World" buy storm...has a great business plan and product line..."
I havent been able to find a whole heck of a lot on their products, or on the company in general, if you wouldnt mind sharing some links to info...I wouldnt mind reading it.
TIA
I just emailed KS Grains contact:
Good evening,
I just read through your site, I was wondering if you would consider putting a link to the Xcelplus International product called FlexTek on your website. The site is http://www.flextek.com/.
Your site informs people which vehicles are flexfuel vehicles...however there is no mention on any product that will convert existing vehicles to use ethanol. Please give it a look. Thanks for your time.
Help me understand this...
I can understand why you would dilute your shares to a point...however if you dilute them to the point that they are near worthless, and no one is buying them how does that help you exactly?
Additionally I couldnt agree more with Indian Farmers post, that was a piss pore display last night. What a bunch-a-rookies...no structure what-so-ever. They obviously had not time to prepare, imo they really didnt even have a whole heck of a lot to say...why have a CC if you dont have anything worth saying! If I held a conferance call like that at my office, it would be my last.
There is a lot of speculation about the China deal on this board, and I must have missed that part last night...
If you didnt really follow the company and dialed in maybe you would have learned something from that call, but I didtn get much out of it at all. One thing I did sense is that William seemed to be a little fed up with investors. He said a few things like "if you guys dont like it, well I dont care" Did anyone else get that impression? I think William is stressed out...
Call me a sucker, but I really expected more from this company. Very dissapointed.
Get your $hit together Bill...
Oh and I almost forgot!
TV time, news coverage, infomercial, EPA Approval. These last 2 are on paper right now, but I have no reason to believe that it wont happen, XLPI hasnt given me one...ok, Im done now.
Here Here Three...
No one comes here to watch board members fued. PM yourselves if you want to do that, noone is reading your posts anyway, keep it on topic here.
Heres my 2 cents, and thats about all its worth. We ARE in the building stage, as for the upfront comment about the "management" concerning dilution, I think in there quarterlies they stated a range of monthly costs 100 to 200K and they stated that they were selling shares to keep the company afloat. What else do you want them to say. Read between the lines...
Additionally, I remember some talk a little while back about buy back. I think that when the company becomes "liquid" as it was put, that action would bring up the PPS. When the become fully reporting as well, up the PPS.
Remember here guys/gals, this company has done everything they said they were going to do (well maybe not everything, E200 kinda died) but most everything, and when they said they were going to do it. And most everything is comming to fruition.
They were a little irratic back when Im going to call the "soul searching" time period. E200, engine treatment, rust inhibitor etc....now they found their E85 niche, and they are going full bore with it, have the governer of MN plowing ahead for them, hyundi, lobbiests, GM, patents...its comming...its comming, either that or I have on my blinders. This is my first pink, and its my first pink for a reason...I really think it will be my last :)
Im not really sure why all the XLPI lovers are all of a sudden haters...this company has come along way, especially for a pink, we should all be thrilled, I just bought more shares...a bargin IMO.
These Quaterly Data sheets are foriegn to me...
Can someone tell me where in the sheets you get the >300K in revs?
TIA
I dont see how there is no activity on this stock after reading that quarterly report twice.
Another thing Im not solid on, how is XcelPlus getting 5 to 10Mil from Global? And then after you answer the how, then answer the why? Thanks again.
Good Morning board, I thought I'd share a little something with you all, take it for what its worth...
I have a friend of mine in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in MN that I've known since high school. XCEL+ is ALL OVER THE NEWS up there, and people are talking about it.
I just happend to throw in a "Hey I heard you guys are trying to get E85 more mainsteam up there?" Now my friend has no idea about XCEL+ (until now of course), his reply, "Yeah there has been a lot of talk on the news about a converter that will make any car after a certain year able to run on Flextek, something about pushing for EPA approval..." Sound familiar my friends? And that is word for word what he said. Word is getting out people...its only a matter of time.
MN has been pushing for E85 for some time, and from what my friend says the area he is in is very environmentally concious, the mayor is on board also, I havent seen that in the news anywhere.
E85 he said was about a dime cheaper a gallon, not gonna cut it but he was asking how much it would be to convert his 4Runner, and he didnt think that 5/600 was too much money to do it.
Thats all I have, for now. Keep the faith.
Anyone consider this?
I bought a Chevy flex fuel vehicle almost exactly a year ago before the whole ethanol hype started (and with out even realizing I bought one till tax time, lucky me). My question is this, my truck goes back and forth between ethanol and gas all by itself, no switching. There is no need to wait till the tank is almost empty, it handles any mixture 85% ethanol or less. It is my understanding that the computer in the vehicle does all the injector adjustments itself.
How is what I have different than Flextek? Additionally if I have this in my vehicle already doesnt that mean that the technology already existed? How does XLPI have the patent if this was around a year ago? Is what I have a version of Flextek? Was it purchased by GM from the company in Brazil before XLPI bought them?
Anyones insight would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Pupp,
Where did you read that there were solid rev numbers? I havent seen anything to support that. What did i miss?
"bullshit ... plain and simple, xlpi has some control over when these pr's get released ..."
I saw a repost of one of Bills statements earlier, something along the lines of "he wanted to make everyone that has 500K shares of XLPI a millionaire"
Responding to the above comment...and Im not knocking you Coon, I just thought of this myself, its not like this is the first time this was done. Did anyone ever think that maybe these PRs are being put out so that the people that are ACTUALLY looking for them, find them.
We know they read this board, we know that Pup and XLPI seem to have a good relationship, and we know they appreciate us (maybe I'm being a little gullible here) because they have kicked us back some shares for hanging around...just a thought.
Repeat,
As for your "negatives" request...I dont really see many posters questioning whether XLPI may get around to making it to the OTC. All the posts I read seem to expect that we are going to have positive revs on the next quarterly. What if we dont?
Maybe they are making an effort, I know I have seen some information to that effect, but I think that achievment would raise the base considerably. Making XLPI not "just another pink", putting some would be investors at ease. I think people would take this stock a little more seriously. Any thoughts?
Bad
I dont reply much on these boards, however I have been reading since the beginning, and hold a good (well everything is relative) number of shares. We all know you want XCELPlus to "show you the money" or the numbers in this case.
You say your not a basher, and I dont think you are, in fact I couldnt agree more with your underlying point...but the bottom line is this company HAS done in the last 6 months or so what they have said they were going to do, and that is the reason I am still in it. Accumulating on the dips.
We all want to see the numbers...please, be patient :) I've been in a year come August. Im very happy with the direction so far, and I believe there are more exciting times ahead.
Honestly, I would be happier to see them get on the OTCBB, then to see big revs, but thats just me. Keep up the good work Pup and XLPI.
Pupp,
Do you know when the next ones are due out? Or where I can find out when?
TIA
To anyone that was in on the cc:
I have not seen any posts about anything concerning revenue. Was this mentioned?
Thanks in advance.
Am I a bone head?
I called in just to see what the format was, and was asked for a conference call ID (makes sense). I DIDNT SEE ONE ANYWHERE? Am I the only one?
Ok, I got mine, they were in my Scottrade account this morning...
Anyone with a scottrate account get their shares yet? I havent seen mine.
Oh by the way, I've been in since last August...been reading the board for a while. Never had the urge to post till now. Hey all.
