Thanks for your thoughts RFB. It is very frustrating that management does not appear to care about its shareholders, and seems to only be looking out for themselves.
Thanks Jay
Hi cj. I'm curious what happened to the shareholders that held shares BEFORE that bankruptcy you are referencing. My experience has always been that once a company declares bankruptcy, the current shareholders lose everything.
I wasn't asking RFB about the shenanigans that preceded the uplist, nor the uplist itself. He HAS opined on both those points. I am curious about his thoughts as to why such a dismal performance after Castellum settled in on the NYSE. It's a different ball game now. What say you, RFB? You seem to be the one most familiar with this company now.
Hey RFB, I'd be interested in your thoughts as to why such a dismal start on the NYSE.
On Oct 4th Castellum predicted the uplist "is expected to commence on or about October 7, 2022." I wonder what the hold-up is?
Anyone have any knowledge about how long these uplistings can be expected to take, more or less?
Thank you!
Link?...........
I voted NO on the 2022 Annual Meeting Vote. I recommend you do the same.
RFB, I'm scratching my head at your post. You begin by saying you are going to hold your shares for a long time. But you end by saying you believe those shares will become almost worthless. What am I missing? Why would you hold shares you think will become worthless?
I agree with you picasel. I learn a lot from listening to all the different points of view, and if it weren't for cowtown jay's posts, I might not hear nearly as much from Don and the others when they opine on jay's thoughts. I'm not much of a hand-wringer, and I learned long ago to never invest more than I can afford to lose......in anything.
I appreciate all the thought-out posts on this board!
I do believe the word is getting out. When I posted a different link to that video a few days back, it required a password, and the Twitterati were all over it. Apparently the video was taken off that site the next day. Someone then posted it to Youtube. But it was seen by quite a few before it got to Youtube.........
Thanks cj. Been lurking here for a while. Haven't had much to add, but I thought this video was worth mentioning.
I don't think I've seen this video mentioned on this board yet. It's a great discussion between Dale, Durrant, Mayo Clinic doc etc. At 30 mins Cameron essentially asks “why haven’t we gotten an EUA yet?”.

Interesting. Thanks.
RFB, what is this "awareness" you keep referring to? Serious question.
I agree with RMacchio. Regis, please help the rest of us understand what you are seeing.
Hey captharmony, could you elaborate at all on your cheery posts? I notice they are usually one or two sentences that paint a rosy picture, but contain no real details. RFB states his thoughts very clearly, but I'd like to hear why you think differently. I'm curious WHY you think the stock is gonna rise in the near future...???
Then there is this: FDA authorizes first AI-powered armband for COVID-19 screening.

Seems pretty obvious that there is some kind of news, not made public yet, driving the trades. Somebody knows something that we don't know........I sure can't find anything.
Up 26% on 7X volume. Something is shaking, but I don't see any news....???
Thanks for that. However it plays out I'm in for the long haul......
Interesting tweet from Biopub maven Helen Ong today:
Gee, that's great. They now want the public to give them tips and keep them informed as to what is happening and their industry. Seriously?
It's never good when "Important Updates" from a CEO are full of misspellings, wrong tense, and basically read like they were written by a third-grader.
Here is what I posted on this board back in January: "But as a shareholder since 2017, I have tried to contact the "new" company several times, in several ways. No replies whatsoever…They do not respond to shareholders. If they keep this up, we may all ride the stock to zero."
Hmmm, seems to be aging rather well....
OK, I give. What are you talking about? Serious Question.
One possibility is that former CEO Ekobo may be selling shares. I believe he still owned around 40% of the company when Fuller took over. He said he had some pretty serious health problems, and may need the income. Just a guess.
Refreshing to see someone who isn't afraid to admit an error! Respect.
Where are you getting "Another 52 week high"? Looks to me like it was trading around 15% higher only 4 months ago. What am I missing here?
RFB are you really out of ONOV? I missed where you indicated you were going to the sidelines. I"m just surprised, if true, since you have been such a cheerleader for quite a while.
I voted against their proposal to increase capitalization up to 800,000,000 shares. It at least lets them know not everyone is happy with their shenanigans.
Regis, I'm curious if you have a price target you are shooting for? I got in last year, and don't plan on selling any time soon.
Looks like they were successful in their manipulation. Almost.200,000 shares traded in the .05 & .06's. today Got any idea why? I can't figure it......
In case anyone doesn't know, the new website is up: castellumus.com
garymatt, you have probably heard the saying "A rising tide raises all boats". The reverse is also true. Today the NASDAQ fell 3.7% and OVOV fell 10.8%. No one has a crystal ball, and no one knows where the price of any stock will be in a day, or a week, or a year. It's all speculation. If you are convinced, after doing your own research, that ONOV is a good bet for the future, then buy in. You can always dollar-cost-average if you are worried about price fluctuations (assuming you are trading commission-free.) And never ever, not ever, buy any stock with money you cannot afford to lose.
I’d like a website which shows current information. And I’d like shareholders to actually be able to contact THEIR company. Your list is good, but about half of your own examples refer to the “old” company and coffee-rust. I don’t blindly follow folks I don’t know, and I’m not the only shareholder with concerns.
Here is my concern. I understand what Mr. Fuller says he is doing. But as a shareholder since 2017, I have tried to contact the "new" company several times, in several ways. No replies whatsoever.
Here is what Mr. Fuller said last August after getting the Yield Sign removed:
“We are pleased to take this next step to provide investors with more information about our Company to help them better analyze the value and potential of our company,” said Mark Fuller, President, and CEO of BioNovelus .
https://www.bioportfolio.com/news/article/4060821/BioNovelus-Announces-Removal-of-Yield-Sign.html
Well, I have received NO information from them whatsoever. They have not updated the old website. They do not respond to shareholders. If they keep this up, we may all ride the stock to zero.
Thank you for posting that. Much more helpful than a simple "wow" which does not give any information.
