If their vindicated it doesn’t go Grey, trading simply resumes and the FDA puts out a No Further Action Required statement.
My heart skipped a beat, here’s the link.

Nice.. do you have a link to that article?
This article seems to have most of the info.
It talks of both No Border and Sandy Steele.
https://www.law360.com/technology/articles/1260897/sec-halts-trading-for-2-penny-stocks-over-covid-19-claims
It may be that Joe’s interests in making n95 masks with his Sandy Steels clothing company and the Covid19 imported test from Liming for NoBorder might have simply set off some internal alarms. Kind of makes sense when you think about it. The only two companies he’s involved with both have made Covid19 business u-turns.
Vindication is around the corner... I feel it!
https://www.wsj.com/articles/sec-suspends-trading-in-two-stocks-over-coronavirus-claims-11586203494
“ The SEC suspended trading in Sandy Steele over concerns about emails from unknown stock promoters to investors claiming that the company “has the ability to produce protective masks that are in high demand due to the COVID-19 crisis.” Sandy Steele, which is incorporated in Minnesota, says on its website that it makes heated clothing for outdoor enthusiasts. The company didn’t respond to a request for comment.“
If they can comeback to Pinx and not Gray earlier then the 20th of April... this will be a good sign.
Plus the company is still operating so they will have news and PR’s to release.
I believe some of his personal tweets as a CEO might have gotten unwanted exposure and could have warranted the investigation.
Sigh... spread your propaganda elsewhere, next you’ll be telling us it 5G! LOL
Most could have foreseen that the outbreak in China was going global, yet the American president calmly said, there is very little risk to the USA. Blame the president for his little to no action at a crucial time and your fellow citizens for laughing at the virus saying it was a hoax. There are countless videos online of NYC citizens partying and threading cops who tell them to disperse, pastors holding 1000+ services, Florida just started their lockdown last Friday, how naive is that! These actions have cause the massive accelerate spread in the USA.
Hard times always creates hate, racism and bigotry. We’re already seeing a racist movement against asians in the USA. This is not a time to hate.. its a time to stand together with love.
They dont dump share, they have a RegA to buy medical equipment with and make the company move forward.
No dilution here.
According to the PR, they are been distributed.
“ the company has also delivered thousands of N-95 masks to several end users around the county, allowing them to continue their life-saving work, as safely as possible. ”
Struggling??? News came out 5min before close and stock jumped, Monday is going to be fun!
Nahhh... I think it will hold.
As much as I’ll hate seeing it... we’ve seen it before and it will happen again.
Save yourself a headache and pull out now, buy back when this stabilizes near a penny.
Their probably busy relabeling all the asian packaging with the proper USA labels and figuring out distribution.
Give them time, its a full planes worth of equipment and medical supplies.
I’m long... but this mini pump wont hold... see in in penny land where I’ll load more.
LOL... yes the CEO is intentionally destroying his company, his reputation and those of congressmen for 2c more a share. Your sir need to try a new avenue.
Fake news? How is it fake news when you have congress in Arizona publicly stating they’ve worked with and helped No Borders get clearance for an emergency plane filled with cargo and helped out quick quick customs clearance.
Give them a chance to inventory and most probably re-label each test/device for resale in accordance to FDA regulations.
With the company offering 0.03’s I doubt we will drop below.
Because we can’t talk about possibilities media can only mention certainties.
I believe the media can only talk about confirmed products and since these are not yet available for purchase and/or emergency fda yet to be approved... they just won’t.
Kind of like Abbott, they only spoke of them when all was approved and ready to go.
NBDR, home tests with no need to mail back anything to a lab.
Abbott on site test administered by doctor/nurse, machine needed to analyse.
These are two horses riding a different race. Both have their space, one arriving before the other bares no consequence.
Here’s THE list I put together of all relevant contact in the US and Canadien Government, Feel free to add more!

There is no dilution on this stock... sometimes the RegA is utilized but its not dilution.
That list has names of other tickers on it that have applied for the emergency auth and have not received it yet or have simply stated their working on a test and it seems promising.
.
I would have expected to see Arrayit on this list if they had.
I think its dead since their not on the list...
https://www.bioworld.com/COVID19diagnostics
Two other known tickers are, they should be at this point.
Arrayit is NOT on the list but many others are...
https://www.bioworld.com/COVID19diagnostics
Link works and is a great indication that this is indeed real.
Actually, 983K Followers, the day will come when he tweets, “At home Covid-19 test available for purchase...” and we go viral.
https://www.twitter.com/RealKevinNash
Always take profits on the way up, best earn some cash from these bumps. I flipped my stack at 0.078 and bought back in at 0.03
With FDA approval this will sky rockets!
Abbott is NOT an at home test, it needs a Sample Collection Kit, a Doctor and a 7Lbs platform to run the tests.
https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/27/us/15-minute-coronavirus-test/index.html
No Borders / Medidents Serology test can be performed in 15min at home without any doctor.
Both these test are necessary and as far as I know NBDR is one of the few if not the only one offering an at home test that has a track record being used in Hong Kong.
Just waiting for that PR!
Go JOE!
Its called, stock all sold... need another shipment.
This is huge.. and the press their getting for donating and driving masks to the kids hospital.. that GOLD!
Retweets by supermodels and a thousands others.
Monday is going to be nice!
Abbott is a 5 minute test and i dont theirs is serology at home tests.
There is a need for many and all tests, our time will come.
I believe so, from the last PR.
“ MediDent Supplies has already purchased thousands of units of this test and has expedited Air Freight delivery of these tests to the USA in order to be fully ready to distribute them nationwide the moment the Company’s EUA is processed by the FDA. No Borders is actively engaged with the FDA, FEMA, Congressman Paul Gosar’s and Congressman Kevin McCarthy’s offices and is proud to have direct support from these and many other government members in its efforts to move quickly, deploy nationally and help Americans combat the COVID-19 epidemic.”
... The Moment the Comany’s EUA is processed bu the FDS....
I would figure when it does we should see it somewhere on the official EUA list.
Tho who knows how the government is handling this, not easy times.
What I do know is this seems to be one of the few at home serology tests available, ready for resale and have a track record been used in Hong Kong.
Easy .12s we last hit .09 on the possibility of it happening and it only stalled due to a misunderstood PR.
Thats power of a small float.
According to this guy (see link) their main facility is making 12,000 Gallons a day, soon to double on April 1st and 4000 through a 3rd party, where he works.
Thats a decent chunk of change.

I keep reloading that Gov EUA list every hour... lol!
For those who dont have it.

Wouldn’t want to be without shares over the weekend!
If you check twitter (NBDR FLOAT) some did the math .. it sits between 29 and 43 Million
Still VERY low.
Actually its lower on the IBox but I remember reading somewhere it was 29mil.

Holding .03s with pending FDA approval on 15min at home serology tests currently being used in Hong Kong, and a Tweet from a congressman saying he helped them facilitate a shipment of these exact goods (and more) via air delivery.
They only have a 29 million float, this thing can rip when time comes.
Risk vs Reward is worth the jump.
