Quick fact. Wholesale flower sales exist in FL thru a special relationship with OMMU. Guess who is the number one resource?

Solid numbers week after week after week. Sooner or later

Got a link? It may be referring to indebtedness outside of actual federal tax liability.
I don’t know where you got that info, but according to Trulieve’s own financial filings for the 3rd quarter 22, they paid $57,000,000 in taxes for the quarter and $162,000,000 year to date.

They are current on their 280E taxes. Most everyone else has deferred theirs. And their overall debt costs are at 6.85% which is the best of all MSOs.
Revenue covers a lot of sins as long as it’s reliable, and Tru still owns Florida. Also signed their petition for recreational cannabis in 2024. Steady as she goes.
Onward.
At Trulieve in WPB on Northlakr. It’s eleven am and it’s busier than hell
On that I completely agree. It appears that religious stupidity trumps governance. The shit show has learned nothing from the midterms. 2024 will be a bloodbath. So be it.
I’m not influencing anyone. Just elaborating on why I am buying now.
Undervalued is an understatement. Just based on sales Tru, with 180 operating dispensaries, is worth at least 1.8 billion at just ten million per. Add four million sf of grow at $200/sf and the asset math gets ridiculous when it’s entire value as a company is only 1.4 billion
I love panic selling.
Merry Christmas to all and to Trulieve a great 2023
As an old trading buddy of mine once said, when everything is going to hell, but hell
Its buying time again. Me so happy.

Look Trulieve is a long term hold. 45,000+ ounces this week. They are a machine. And at below ten bucks picked up some more Friday and a little Green Thumb too.
Billion dollar companies growing quite nicely. The rest is for those who trade stocks. I invest in companies

A pox on all their houses, but a wonderful chance to add to positions.
No matter you cannot stop progress as the MSOs continue to grow.
In addition next month is a really nice raise for us retired folks.
And remember, we are dying off at the rate of 2500+ a day in the good old USA.
Politically it doesn’t matter who holds the majority in Congress as far as Cannabis legislation is concerned. Both parties saw what happened as the millennials voted in droves this year. Piss them off and 2024 could be a bloodbath. My 30 and 28 year olds voted for the first time this election, and took their friends with them.
Us boomers will be history as a voting bloc by 2028. Fits my five year window just fine.
Agreed. In five years this will be a great buy at these prices today. My focus has always been five year segments. Bought originally below eight, sold a bunch in the 40s and diversified into several other cannabis companies which then dropped like rocks. Spent this year adding to those positions down here in the dumps with cost averaging helping a bit. Now have thousands of shares in four firms. When this all pops, and it will, I’ll be fine. My kids will be most grateful, and the IRS will once again love me.
Patience is the greatest of all virtues.
Sure beats a white supremacist and a Holocaust denier. You do pick the best friends, eh?
In this market over the year, that ain’t bad.
I feel your pain. Boy do I feel your pain.only saving grace is the $5.85/share buy three years ago. The rest of the stash was considerably higher.
Total pot portfolio is down 58% for the year so far.
Merry fucking Christmas.
Rec in PA will be huge. Expect the Senate to pass the SAFE Act by mid December.
LMAO
The kids ate it.
Here’s my take after several years of playing in the congressional sand box.
The repukes will engage in internecine warfare in the House, while the Senate Dems try to pass bills already approved by the House before Christmas.
The Fed gets the message and implements a holding pattern until after the Holidays.
Biden and Co. reassurance of Ukrainian sovereignty is a big hit with the majority of Americans.
If trump declares he is running for potus again, the repukes can kiss the next two years goodbye, and so can the rest of us.
Like Tesla’s financials. Lol
Good growth in PA was a real bright spot. MA, WV, etc. are all hidden numbers. Hopefully the SAFE act passes in the next seven weeks.
Florida price wars remind one of the carnage in CA.
But in spite of everything three hundred million in one quarter is still good news.
Who the hell are you? Certainly no understanding of how business works.
My bet is a gun nut in Mom’s basement
Earnings report a 5:30pm today
There is an old Chinese curse that translates to “May you live in interesting times”.
End of story
Great post.
Revenue will the flat at best. Price wars have an effect. I can see why Rise went with the Hail Mary try with Circle K, but Florida ain’t giving them shit. Stupid desperate decision. With just seven dispensaries in a seed to sale state, they have to be getting killed. Figure they are losing probably $450,000 a month. Easy.
Tru’s making money, but Harvest hasn’t been the revenue horse they were counting on. Even still there are profits still. MA is ?????? And PA is doing ok.
Too much corporate overhead. Might be a good time to trim a couple of ranks, Kim.
Evil Marijuana strikes again. Want to be this is GAnon bs?
My family has been in Florida since 1935. I’m very familiar with this state and it’s political ramifications. And everything north of Orlando is the Bible Belt. Have a nice day
Just be prepared to wait. Like maybe a decade
If the repukes hold Florida you can flat forget the Circle k deal. The religious simply won’t allow it.
Probably never.
The Florida Department of Health announced today they had not approved of this plan and there won’t be any MMJ dispensaries around gas stations
Stay tuned
Florida Department of Health, which is the state regulatory body for the Medical Marijuana industry, announced today that they have no approved of this Circle K deal, and stated they have no intention of allowing dispensaries at gas stations.
Stay tuned.
The tale will be in the election.
The stand alone rule involves security of the facility, controlled access, and a host of other constraints.
My bet is you won’t see a bunch of Circle Ks with dispensaries.
To change the subject, GTI just announced it will lease space from Circle K locations for Rise dispensaries. Fat chance.
In Florida dispensaries must be stand alone and not accessible to the general public. So leasing space inside a Circle K is forbidden.
Somebody over there really dropped the ball.
Hate to throw shade, but in Florida you cannot have a facility that is in space accessible to the public at large.
Good luck.
