All to true
Heavy buying in the last hour gave a nice boost to an otherwise strong down day.
Insiders?
Interesting 10Q
I feel like Kim is learning it ain’t easy being green.
Otherwise we are still a work in progress with solid revenue streams, a broad base of product outlets, and an extensive portfolio of products

A long term holders dream come true. In the threes. Unreal.
Actually FMV should be about fifteen dollars a share. We need profits and help from a sorry ass Congress
Early hundreds. Or so….
If Tru takes another ten percent down, I’m going to be in with it hard. Too much hard production assets properly utilized

Trulieve’s stock is getting very interesting. Maybe time to nibble or just plain chomp
Nice pop today. Can we go over $1.25 by December?
Bucking a market that really wants to go down a bit, if the Feds can move the needle just ten degrees, every Cannabis company is going to double at the tier twos and at least 50% tier one MSOs. By Christmas. Trust me.
The cards don’t lie.
AGREED
When you are selling 40,000+ ounces of flower each week and your closest competitor can barely sell 10,000 ounces and you have five times their SKUs - you be the 800 pound gorilla.
Tru owns this market. If they ever get free reign and federal legalization in the South it’s a slam dunk.
Green thumb is getting hammered. Just pennies off it’s low and crappy volume. No wonder I can’t stand most politicians. For them it’s only two goals- staying in office and keeping their hands in the cash drawers
Not bad. Finally bit the bullet and wrote down $400-million in Goodwill charges. Cash on hand down a bit, no added debt per se, margins still at 50%, retail sales strong, no stock dilution and plans to add a significant number of new dispensaries
Decent

I don’t really care about the charts. If Trulieve’s stock drops below four bucks a share, it’s a buy signal.
Return you now to your favorites.

In the meantime I’ll just continue to buy Trulieve’s stock at these ridiculous prices.
Believe me many of us share Cabo’s sentiments. But we’ve been here a long time. My family bought in 1935 and have been here ever since. This shit happens every two decades. This is not the land of intelligence and intellect.
Nice weather though
Btw, Trulieve did 46,600 ounces and 130,000 grams of oil. Both near the top of their range over the past two years. Last week was great too.
Dispensary traffic is good. They sell four times as much as their closest competitor
What’s not to like?

Could have another fifty cents down before a real bottom. Moving 925,000 shares Friday, but mostly small retail. Going to make a nice purchase next week. Just pack it away and enjoy being in the game.
As of today Trulieve has a market value of $718-million. They own approximately 184 dispensaries. They have a 43% market share in the largest controlled market in America - Florida.
They have a significant market share in PA and WV and are adequate in AZ.
At just four million a dispensary they are worth $736-million. In business that’s ridiculous
Nothing hot about CA and MA. Three underperforming dispensaries in MA and CA is a disaster for everyone except craft producers.
It’s a good move
Our healthcare where I live is now almost entirely Cleveland Clinic. It is the worst healthcare organization on the planet
Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about
First of all Jim (btw I like your posts), Trulieve’s total debt is 646-million. That’s it. That’s all of it. But if they could get $650-million for those “assets”. I’d give it up.
Concentrate on the east coast. End of story
If you carefully read Kim Rivers quarter one 23 comments on Seeking Alpha, the one thing that jumps out at you is absolutely no comments on the Harvest acquisition. Nada.
It’s all about the east coast. Everything is east of the Mississippi.
Hubris sucks.
Quite truthfully I wouldn’t mind if $100- million came off our top line if it resulted in $40-million free cash flow and profitability.
Couple that with CA and the duplication of Harvest assets in FL and underperforming locations may be a big reason for the negatives in financial measurement.
I think, from some experience as I have good friends in AZ, that the problem in AZ is chronic underperformance of their assets there. My friends say there are too many dispensaries in the major population centers and the outliers are in the wrong places because the secondary market doesn’t want pot shops in their neighborhoods.
A firm recipe for underperformance.
I’m thinking more like selling off most of Harvest
Florida numbers are great. Unfortunately the rest of Tru isn’t that hot. Maybe get rid of all the west coast crap and focus on the Deep South instead
That could be a winner.
Actually it was quite good. The price wars in Florida are basically cut throat right now with many competitors slashing prices to $100 an ounce.
If you can survive in this environment you got it.
Doesn’t matter. Time is our friend. Trulieve is doing just fine, and at these prices the stock is a steal.
First of all 30% THC is not super high levels. In reality it’s extremely hard to grow, and successfully process, cannabis at that level. The number of negative variables is enormous.
cannabis loses a great deal of potency under heat. So smoking high level THC usually limits the “high” relatively quickly. It’s more a marketing tool for the average consumer who knows very little about the herb itself, and therefore focuses on THC percentage as something positive.
It’s the terps, folks. That’s the real ticket.
Just look at asset values. Jushi has 37 dispensaries up and running. Each dispensary has a nominal value of five to eight million based on actual sales over the past six months.
Right now Jushi has a market cap of just over $100-million.
Undervalued? You betcha
162 million in the oils, etc., 52,000+ in flower. Both one week Florida record sales numbers. A machine

Patience will be rewarded. In the meantime gently add to your position.

My 4.96s are looking much better today
Buying below six. Thank you
Very nice numbers, but pricing has cratered. At the low end it’s now less than $100 an ounce for ground, and not much higher for bud with lower THC.
It’s going to be a blood bath for the less fortunate in Florida
Trulieve is a machine in Florida. Always bet on market share that demonstrates longevity.
