Everyone needs to take a chill pill. We have the product and the demand. FDA approval will come soon. This is not just an FDA play. There is a much bigger picture here. I am so tired of the newbie "in it for 1,000% gain overnight" crowd and the crazy expectations. This product works and is a rule breaker. I believe we will get approval by the end of January or so and the stock everyone is so concerned about will be trading over $2/share. We are havent even scratched the surface. The MM's control everything at this point so become a trader, sell or hold tight and stop the complaining. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Some brains are fuzzy on this board. this is old news. shorts will drag all the old crap out in hopes to turn heads but you cant do it here. we are long and strong and your childish tactics wont work.
you will be squeezed hard and soon.
The MM's bought the price down off the bell in order to get a lower price to go long as well as cover there short position. Shorts are covering this morning before the CC tomorrow. Imaging would not say "we are pleased to announce a CC" if they were going to bring fda delay news. This CC is for just what Dean said it is for, to give an update on the favorable RSNA conference. I am sure he will address the shareholder meeting postponement as well. FDA news will be announced as soon as they get it or after/before the open on the day Dean gets it, just like he said he would.
would you not agree that after years of posting between
posters, the board has developed a personality that has
allowed some checking of each other? As of late many
Yahoo type posters have come aboard and we dont want that
but I have seen many poster far worse then mine and they are
not deleted.
probably just posting late from an earlier trade or someone just got robbed.
Lebo wrong yet again. Dont waste our time with charts and
such in order to sell your agenda. Those things really dont
matter in a story like Imaging 3. This is the real deal and
it will happen regardless of charts, newsletters and pumping.
Ndforlife thanks for the informative posts. I appreciate the
positive approach. Can you tell me where you heard that IMGG was
all the buzz of RSNA? Did I miss a post on that? I have been trying to get more feedback on the conference and perception but cant get much. I too had a sick feeling today watching the downward action.
I truly believe this was all MM's shaking the trees and starting a panic walk down. This was not a selloff or the volume would be more with a faster decline. This was a managed walk down on no news.
This has happened before and will again until we hear news.
Any direction you could point me to for more RSNA news would be great. Thanks
It is my understanding the intended use statement was submitted and some questions from the FDA came back. The initial statement had many intended uses which of course would take more time and more attention from the FDA. It is my understanding that Dean made the
re submitted statement more simple by cutting the number of uses down to get this approved quicker. Once this is approved for the more straight forward uses, you then can go back and add amendments and uses which should take less time since we would then have basic approval. They probably should have down this the first time.
With the intended use statement being the only question and Dean making this more simple, coupled with the fact that the FDA usually comes back quickly if they see a problem, I am optimistic this will be approved this time around. These are my opinions.
MM's are stepping it down on low volume. Weak hands are folding.
We have seen this many times. It sucks to watch but also a great
way to add to the position. Also, we have a pretty strong short position who knows there time is ticking and that they will be wacked soon.
Thanks for the Chicago support! I think it would be great if you were to speak to some of the folks at the Toshiba and GE booths about IMGG. That would be an interesting perspective.
Thanks and I look forward to your comments.
Dean, please give us RSNA update when you can. I realize you cant say much these days due to pending approval but you can at least give us an update or post from Chicago and let us know how it is setting up, how you are received and that kind of stuff.
:)
Dean, some news might be nice around now.....
Even some RSNA discussion could be useful?????
Dean
Talk to us man. I realize we are awaiting FDA approval but how about telling us something about the upcoming RSNA conference?
Anything you can tell us about that? Do you plan on posting updates on the board from the conference? Certainly you can throw us a bone and also help keep Sykes at bay?
I believe in you man. Cant wait for it all to happen!
Kimble
Did you speak to the FDA consultant working with Imaging or another consultant? What did they say?
I really like the trading yesterday. Lots of buyers lined up
and fewer sellers. People can smell it. I was not aware
that you could actually short this stock but I came to find
out you can and there are many who are. They have enough
power to push the price around a bit so I hope Dean continues to
put information out even prior to the FDA news to keep them at bay. It would only take updates on interest from companies or feedback on the convention to strike fear in the shorts and prevent them from pushing the weak stockholders out.
I love that Dean fired back at Sykes. His people are still short and waiting to dump again.
Hey Dean, how about an update on what Doctors, Hospitals, and the Majors are thinking going into FDA approval and Chicago?
Longtime original stockholder here to say what a shame it is to no longer be able to log on and read comments and insights by knowledgeable people who do DD and have a long term vision of the company. I usually keep my thoughts to myself but I have got to say that the penny stock day trader "i got here yesterday and am gonna get rich" folk are a royal pain in the a#ss. To watch in pain as these guys come on here and start the talk that we all went through 3 years ago is outright painful. I realize everyone comes on at different times and hears of the company in different ways but what a water down of a once smart board.
This company will no doubt hit a home run soon and no complaints there but I really enjoyed the reading here for quite a while before the riff raft came in like a giant cyst in my as#s and ruined it. Day trader butt#holes. you cant short the stock and trying to drive it lower????? Are you kidding me? .50cents a share and you want it lower??? It will be $2bucks 30 days from now. There, I got it our of my system. Sorry all.
Dean
I have noticed the increase in promotion and appreciate it. I
would imagine the software side of this proposition can take all the time you are willing to throw at it. I believe this attention is the tip of the iceberg once we get FDA approval.
I wanted to get you take on the rather large number of shares outstanding plus potential additional shares on the market that may come and how you view that as a company CEO with regards to
share price for shareholders? That is not meant as a dig at all but I keep reading comments and some concerns from shareholders and wondered what you thoughts were.
Congrats Dean on your companies award. It is great news and
great to have the Dominion offically recognized by a medical
organization. Interesting that they didnt mention anything
about the lower doses of radiation verses other CT scans. This in itself could have been enough to win such an award. Dean, in your
opinion, is it possible the Dominion wins other awards and is it
"up" or submitted for other awards? Also, what are you up to these days with the company as you wait for FDA approval since so much rides on this?
Again if must feel great to have a solid organization validate your efforts! Congrats!!!!!
Thanks so much for the response Dean. I in no way want to give the impression I dont believe in you or your company. When I see so many different products claiming to do the same thing it makes my head spin. I appreciate your assurance. It is amazing to me though that a Hugh company like Phillips is so proud of a pushing a machine that seems to do so much less then the Dominion. These are multi billion $ companies and they are all cant do what your Dominion does. That is pretty amazing. They seems so far behind that it is a wonder they continue developing and dont just buy your company and go from there. If you know about them from the shows then they know about you. If I were GE or Phillips, I would make sure the Dominion didnt fall into the competetors hands. By the way Dean, you emphasized cath and real time procedures which doesnt sound like the bulk of what one would do with a machine as far as CT scans. Does being so strong in that area still keep this up with a real replacement tech for CT in general. Also, I am hearing things about your tech being used in other applications such as video gaming. How would this apply and how is it different then what is out their and if this is true would it not be as big a business as the medical arena?
Thanks Dean as usual!
Dean
How is this machine different from the Dominion? How are they similar? You say the Dominion is 100 to 1000 times less radiation so that is one thing seeing that this Phillips machine is up to 80% less radiation. Cost might be another in that a very large company is creating. Are more and more companies getting closer to what you have with the Dominion. Why should this article not worry me? I totally believe in the company but with the time FDA approval is taking, some of the big boys are pushing ahead in the space. I would imagine Phillip's machine is not real time as you say yours is the only one in the world.
Also, this machine has been out and used for a while so I would imagine you have known about it for some time.
Your thoughts Dean?
Thanks
Dean or Mike
I have not heard anyone talk about potential uses of this device
with the dental community. What are the potential applications in this space. Anyone?
How things going Dean?
If it is "not stock specific" then it is the industry in general. If it is the industry then it is CT scans. The only studies people care about and that you could do that would have shocking results would be radiation level studies. I think you are doing radiation level testing and you are finding this to be he case. It is not stock specific but stock moving news for IMGG.
Just my thoughts..
What are you talking about? You have news on IMGG but cant share it or you are doing research and will share once validated?
Radiation studies?
I saw that. I suppose when big money is at stake even the FDA
can be bought. I cant see that standing in the way of approval of a machine that is made of totally "out of the box" material that the FDA itself has already approved. Dean has said over and over that he expects approve soon and he is the person speaking with them on an on going basis. I think the question is, do we get approval before the Red Chip conference or after. After is the most likely choice but it sure would light a fire at the conference to have a press release out before the conference that says FDA Approval!
When the Red Chip crowd hears this story well have another
missing ingredient, Volume and Demand. The story is sweet
and the sky is the limit but we need to get the story out that's all. I think we are in the .30's on the news of FDA approval. I do realize the company has big plans on marketing and PR once approval since it doesnt carry as much weight without it and packs a big punch with it. It is not too late for so many people to make an enormous amount of money here. Congrats to those who heard the story early enough to be in at this point!
My point is not that it is new, I realize it has been out, my point is that it is odd that this has not made it's way onto any of the major newswire services especially in light of the recent
talk about radiation and CT scans. This is a not a fluff piece but one that if issued correctly should make solid news everywhere. Very odd. In due time I imagine.
Very nice volume today. I agree with the resistance at .17 or .1750. It is nice to see accumulation over 500k shares.
This a great release but I can't find it on the major wires. I only found it because I subscribe to Google Alert and it sends me all news on my stocks. This is one of the big angles to play on this company, lower radiation. The PR person at Imaging really needs to get this release out on the real wire services and I think they would snap it up in a minute. Drudge report would make it a headline!

My prediction is $80/share after 3 splits....Oh wait a minute, that was my IMGG fantasy dream the other night. Boy do you wake in a sweat after that one!
I am very secure with where we are right now and have full confidence in Dean and the Tech we have here. The upside is enormous and the downside isnt so bad either.
Agreed on all GJ. Imaging3 has many other applications. I have read everything from mil, security to autopsys. I so agree that
once we get approval and the product is "validated" it now
has to be dealt with. These big boys could have come in a just bought it out a lot cheaper but they dont always work that way. My buddy says that IMGG for his company would be like picking up a tab for lunch. I told him they would pay much more down the road when we have approval and are up and selling and shipping. They dont care. A Siemans will watch until approval and see some manufactured and maybe even until you place these in several hospitals and then walk in a buy it out. The price might be 10 times what they could have bought it for at last years trade show but they dont care. Having the company a little further down the road helps justify the purchase.
Many of these companies dont even develop but rather buy all the companies for their growth. I think that is where we come in. GJ, have you or anyone you know here, done a rough guess at what Imaging3 would be worth if bought out now? Very premature but I havent and it would be interesting. The sky is the limit on this company and we have a CEO who is very smart and gets it. I cant wait to watch this play out!
GJ
I can't help but be bullish. This company makes a product
1/3 the price of a CT with up to 1000% less radiation, is REAL
time (no other machine is true real time) is 3D, has every patent variation tied up and trades at .15 . What am I missing here?
I also have a close friend who attended both this years and last years Chicago trade show (with a competitor) and he
said for 2 years now their were more employes from GE, Phillips, Siemans, Stryker and Medtronics in the Imaging 3 booth than in
any other of the above mentioned booths times 3. He said they were drooling. I had him speak with some of these reps this year and every one he spoke to said they were well aware of Imaging3 and were anxiously awaiting FDA approval. They all know they dont have machines anything like this and it is my feeling that one of these companies will make a move to buy or work a big deal with Imaging and capture a whole section of market. Heck, it would be worth it for any one of those companies to buy it to keep it away from the others. The much lower dose of radiation is perhaps the single most important thing as we move forward. Cheaper, better tech, much less radiation equals a winner! This stock should be at least $1 right now and I think that it will be soon and much higher over this next year as the story and news gets out.
This is more like it in the volume department. With Dean
talking to Red Chip, and FDA approval, we should be ready for that boost we have been waiting for.
Thanks for the confidence boost Chevy. I really believe in
this company. I guess I was tired of hearing from the people I got to buy this stock and posted out of some frustration. I suppose we will all know soon enough I hope.
Have a good one!
This is good news and I welcome any way to get the word out. I cant help thinking that Imaging should be getting out a bit more information. I realize the company is up to something thus the quiet period but I sure would like to hear something positive at this point. A number of the people I have gotten into this stock are thinking of dumping due to little news and a low stock price. I am hopeful that FDA approval goes a long way to help move the stock but to be honest I am not sure it will dramatically. Like many small companies, we suffer from a lack of volume which relates to the relativly few people who know about us.
Dean, throw us a bone buddy. I continue to support IMGG and
am confident their product is superior to any competition. I only wish more people were aware of it.
I have been a shareholder since the beginning in the private.
I know IMGG. I know things take time and I beleive in what
this company could be. With that said my comments in the previous post were a combination of letting off steam and a frustration over the speed in which things are or arent happening as well as the way information (not paid PR crap) has not been
let out in a way as to help keep the share price up. As to your
comment that all major goals have been reached except one is somewhat true but again, my comments are not that they havent been reached but that they have taken so much time to reach or be announced that many real supporters of this company have dumped shares and depressed the price in doing so. A good example would be the the Prototype finish date being way, way off to the point
people think something is wrong. I have gotten many people into this company, many of whom believe in it but are tired of no information and a slowly dropping stock price. Like I said, if this hits in the long run and people stay the course then good them and me. But, if things continue to be this slow and the stock price stays in the 9 penny range with so many shares outstanding, even with success it will be very hard to get the price to any level to do most people any good. I realize the FDA takes whatever time they need and you cant hurry that pace but it took way too much time to get to this point. The machines use all out of the box parts and the tech has been working for a very long time.
A President of a company still has a responsibility to the shareholder and the stock price so dont fool yourself.
Dean is an honest, good guy and he needs to release information to the public (not just this obscure board) where people can stay informed and not let 4 months go by with no word.
I believe in this tech but it comes down to execution every time. Even if the FDA gives it's blessing, the company still needs to execute and that is going to take loads of money they dont have right now. I really hope they do it.
Dean
What the heck is going on here? This is sick. Many here have
been so supportive for so long but nothing really positive or public has happened in so long the stock price continues to dive with nothing to keep it up. It is so hard to get a stock back up once it has dropped to such levels. .7cents??? This is unexeceptable to say the least. Stocks go up and down but the drop here with no real news or developments to stablize the stock price is again unexceptable. Please let us know what you think is going on and please give us a reason to beleive. Things are taking so much more time than you have said. We seem to be just sitting and watching the price drop a few cents over each month until we are now at .7cents???? Come on. Step up at take some responsibility here.
Congrats Dean. I really appreciate you commiting to a date.
As you know, I and many others have high hopes for your company. This is a positive step in that direction. Again, good job.

Dean
I realize you "do not comment" on the prototype progress but give us something. It is really past the date you first mentioned as completion and the stock price continues to slip. I want reassurance that everything is moving along and good at headquarters.
Thanks
Spunk
Dean would love a reply eom
Mike/Dean
Would love any updates you may have. Anything going on? A few posts back you had said you were waiting on several key parts for the Dominion?? Also, what about your regular C-Arm business, does that all get "upgraded" with the new 3D software and it that part of the business better suited to excel with it?
Thanks
