WTF???
Pink Limited Information
Warning! Limited Information
OTC Markets Group has confirmed that this company has limited disclosure or financial information publicly available, but meets a minimum requirement for public quoting under Rule 15c2-11. The Pink Limited Information tier may include companies that are delinquent in their filing obligations with the SEC, a foreign exchange or regulator, or under the Pink Disclosure Guidelines, as well as non-U.S. companies listed on a foreign exchange that does not require English disclosure and do not certify their compliance with SEC Rule 12g3-2(b).
I just noticed the transfer agent update. When did they do that?
China’s Xi calls for ‘peaceful’ reunification with Taiwan https://apnews.com/article/xi-jinping-taipei-beijing-taiwan-china-61f510599558249f9afa839052c4000a
I think I'm going to buy 6 more shares now too!
New rules will affect your ability to buy and sell “Pink No Information” securities, including at E*TRADE
On September 28, 2021, new requirements take effect that will impact the market for—and value of—certain “over-the-counter (OTC) securities” you currently hold or have held in the past. The new rules apply to “Pink No Information” OTC securities of companies that fail to publicly report and keep current financial and other company information and will restrict the ability of U.S. brokers, like E*TRADE from making these products generally available.
Some background on the new requirements
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently adopted amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11 governing the submission and publication of OTC quotations. These amendments will prohibit broker-dealers from submitting or publicly disseminating bid/ask quotations for OTC securities of issuers that do not meet enhanced information filing requirements.
Securities of issuers that make the required information publicly available by the deadline in the rule should not be affected.
What these changes mean for you
Starting September 28, 2021, you will no longer be able to buy or sell “Pink No Information” OTC securities through E*TRADE. Other restrictions related to the purchase of these securities may apply sooner. Please keep in mind that the upcoming changes will negatively affect the value of any “Pink No Information” OTC securities you hold now or in the future.
TDRX is losing everything they gained in the split. Silence and no strategy leads nowhere.
We own an empty shell that's about to go to a stop sign.
As slow as they've been at updating TRDX in the past, I could see this going to a stop sign....again.
Looks like they had to repost the quarterly report because it wasn't in the correct date format. Now we're back to yield from lack of posting a verified TA. With that record, how can the head Boo Sac in charge handle putting assets into this shell?
Maybe they Reverse Spit the TA out of the picture. Hopefully, they find a new one with a bigger and faster calculator.
Why is the Verified Transfer Agent getting hung up?
We should be seeing the quarterly report for the 3rd quarter within the next week.
I don't think we'll hear anything until the 3rd quarter report comes out next month.
I've been holding some shares for 10 years. Then I bought more a year ago. So I need 1.57 to break even. I'll ride it out to the end.
Anyone seen this article about China and Taiwan? https://nypost.com/2020/10/19/china-reportedly-increases-military-in-preparation-for-invasion-of-taiwan/
I do.
Etrade just whacked my account for a $38 mandatory reorganization fee.
My Etrade account shows the original number of shares with a value of $0
Yea. What's up with those 1 share trades???
I've been holding this for 10 years. I'm not going to sell now.
So, if Jan Stahl was CEO of TRDX back in 2010 like the article says, why is he still a stock owner today after the company failed and it has new owners?

Hopefully, they put a real company into this so it won't be a shell any longer.
Until TRDX makes an official announcement, I'm calling it a hoax even though someone posted the RS in NVOS.
Questions:
Why would a company with an empty shell with zero income want to do a reverse split?
Why would they think a split would increase PPS on a zero income shell?
Could they already have an income entity in place and not announce the split until they do the quarterly report?
"pin drop" I heard it...
I'm still holding 100% of my shares.
Ouch! I didn't try to hit a home run on this one. If all that's been said happens then I'll be out $5,000. I've been in this since 2011 so nothing surprises me with TRDX. Wonder what's up with Jan Stahl and his 166 million shares?
Somebody pulled the plug out of the bathtub drain. But... time to scoop up more bargain shares. TRDX is not dead. Something (good?) is going on within the company.
Where is everyone?
Your post looks fine to me.
I'm still laughing about that too.
The US Will Help a Taiwan Firm Build a Chip Plant in Arizona

There was no negative news in the new filing. Filings are up to date. I see it as progressing nicely, albeit slowly. Announcing the 5g play is great. Like someone said the other day, a major announcement about merging entities could come at any time. Patience is the name of the game.
If we want to play the guessing game, then we could start speculating on what 5g companies could possibly be merged into the holding company. Any ideas?
What are Statutory Financial Statements?
Statutory financial statements are your company’s official financial statements that are submitted to the regulatory authorities, across jurisdictions.
Statutory financial statements are the annual, quarterly, or bi-annual consolidated financial statements of your company. These statements provide information on the income, expenses, balance sheets, budgets, and are reviewed by a statutory auditor. The preparation and requirements of these statements vary across jurisdictions and industries.
These statements cover:
Income Statement: Includes revenue from operations, business expenses, profit or loss, income tax and earnings per share
Balance Sheet: Includes details of your company’s assets, liabilities and shareholder equity
Notes to Financial Statements: Accounting policies as well as the assumptions and methods of calculating key figures in the financial statements
Report of the Statutory Auditor: An audit verification document by a statutory auditor
Jan Stahl: If you look back through the old Filings and Disclosures, you'll find where Jan Stahl comes into the picture. Jan Stahl is a Dentist. He had a line of emergency dental kits that he sold. Somehow TDRX was involved... maybe TRDX traded 130 million shares of stock for dental kits? Who knows.
This explains why TDRX had a medical, dental, and biotech description.
