Basicly just a developement company with very few transactions and even fewer assets. Patent Licenses are our major asset, with a few minor assets thrown in. No overhead to speak of, a couple of business trips here and there. Should be pretty simple.

I've been in this stock as long as you have if not longer. I hang on Jim's every word. I am a brass tacks kind of guy. I am just wondeing how all of these opportunities are going to play out. How does MSE go about fulfilling contracts etc. I'm sure there is a plan in place, but I'm just curious.

I will go back to lurking now.

I'm thinking the reason for purchasing MSE is Jim does not want to subcontract the larger contracts. He wants to keep it in house. It would be more profitable and quality would be more easily controlled.

Thats a lot of folks. I am wondering if a MSE engineer has to stay resident at a plant or if the facility can handle it in house? A learning process is involved and you don't want someone unfamiliar with the process overseeing it.
