CHDN mm probably explains the sell off on news yesterday....it was bad enough with auto on there all day selling. now we got a new one : ) argh. we need that pilot deal signed to cut through all this crap
new market monkey on this stock:
CHDN - Chardan Capital Markets LLC

this is an obscure mm...looks like they must have done some funding with them. I guess we'll be spiraling down for a while until they can come out with some blockbuster distribution news. I'll be looking to add more.
tried calling IR to find out...no answer...it would seem that they will...they post their financials anyways.
This looks like one of the most undervaluled microcaps I have seen in years...they are in a very hot business...so far, it looks like we should do extremely well with this one.
this is an amazing steal down at this level...so far the company looks great. I'm in.
nice dude. maybe we should call this stuff viagra in a can?
lol...gotcha
Where did you get that information?
what the hell...i would have preferred no news if the powers that be were going to poo all over the stock
Nice news! More progress! I love what i'm seeing so far. Go HFBV!
Its a bit of a stretch for sure...I would say only do it for a limited time.
not sure..i'm assuming he left, because it wouldn't make sense for him to promote a product to compete with pit bull. As long as he gets us those big names selling our beverages, we'll all be happy campers
Another thing HFBV should do, is on their posters, they should put the ticker symbol on there. Most people like to invest in things they can understand. They try the product, then look at the hot hfbv girls and then notice the company is publicly traded...

ya ir sucks...biggest disappointment with this company other than the gagged ta that we can't get any info from. HFBV, please get us a professional IR guy and update your website with the current shares outstading please :) Now with that being said, I have a feeling the next couple of months will be very good for HFBV's business.
lol i agree EOM
i think rosario should bring in the HOF girls into the negotiation meetings.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
nice news! lets go!
If a deal has been signed I think IFLI legally has to issue an 8k within a short time frame..not sure what it is...it could be 24-48hrs.
Notice how this article states, "...as its assets are sold to a yet-to-be-named buyer, confirmed today by several anonymous sources as the UFC ownership group Zuffa LLC."
In other words they are selling off the assets and not buying the company's shares? looks like this stock is toast. Am I wrong? I've seen penny stock companies in the past sell off their assets and then management pockets the money leaving an empty shell for the avg joe shareholder. If management owns controlling interest, there's nothing we can do about it too as far as I know...anybody know what's up here?
coiled spring ready to unleash the fury...float is getting in strong hands and when we get some great news...pow...off to the races we go.
yep the spring is loaded...skinny water went up by a magnitude of 10 when it launched...if we reproduce that, we'll see .10. If we get that pilot deal signed and some other retailers, i think its possible we get there. The company should have printed they were a publicly traded company on those posters with the hof babes ;)
Nice work brother...don't steal the poster though...clerk might pull a shotgun on you dude...after all, those are some hot babes on that poster.
nice post dude...its only a matter of time before we shoot up into the .02-.03 range and up. Just too many exciting things going on here. There aren't a whole lot of exciting stories in the otc right now, but this is one of them. go hfbv!
nice poster...love those hof gals!
something big going on here..big volume and float disappearing...does anyone know the estimated float?
looks to me like the float getting eaten up here...wheeee
He'll never get a straight answer from IR...i've tried that already. The company needs to address it so we can put the issue to rest.
Ya he only had one post on here, so its taken with a grain of salt. I saw any given sunday last night on cable and saw our man jim brown in it. You have to think a guy with connections like that can call on a few buddies to pick up a few shares here and there. The nice thing about beverage companies is the scaleable business model. Growth can happen quickly, especially from big buyers like our potential deal with pilot. Pilot alone could be worth millions. If the stock structure remains the same, I really feel in my gut that we can get past .10 Sure will be fun watching.
This is why the questions regarding dilution, financing, etc need to be addressed in a press release by the company, not by some shareholder acting like Magnum PI, although I'll give him kudos for going the extra mile. If they can address this crap in a pr it'll save a lot of grief from our side and less annoying phone calls to management.
I may be in a daze sometimes, but i'm certainly not dreaming about the after hour prints. That is one seller; end of story. If it were several sellers, you would see more than one after hour print. The broker has to average out the ticket for each client. So In regards to the after hour prints, this is factual; it is there for us all to see every single day. . How much of it they are selling through auto is a matter of conjecture. I'm not perfect trading penny stocks, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck either.
well that lasted about 30 minutes...zheesh something tells me the big sellers aren't done. You have to admit auto accounts for a significant amount of volume on the stock and then there are those after hour prints which are settlements from one seller. We just have to chew through his damn shares and off we go; and after that point no more dilution please!
lol...now if he can just stay away for good :)
Dude i'll see you on the island when we go over .10 :) I'll also invite the hfbv girls to hang out on the beach with us ;)
Look at what skny did (skinny water). Only about 105 million outstanding shares on this one though. But look at the magnitude of the gains - .05 to nearly .50 in roughly 2 months. Thats' a 10 bagger. If we get a 10 bagger with HFBV, we're looking at .10/share.

I totally agree...from what I can tell, the company is just touching the surface of its potential so far, so surely we won't go to the moon overnight. I just get nit-picky is all..thanks for bearing with me
that's very true, but most of the sell volume comes from him, so I am making the assumption that the larger shareholder (s) are the ones selling through him...shareholders that have received shares directly from the company, not ones that have bought on the open market. You are absolutley correct. I just do the best I can with the imperfect information the market presents to me. I just try and call it like I see it. I'm i'm not always right, that's for sure. I'm very pleased so far with what the company has done, but I have a tendency to nit pick on things like this lol. I get a bit obsessive-compulsive at times with penny stocks, because let's face it, these stock trades are not always a walk in the park.
The way I see it all stocks are pumps and dumps even on wall street - nasdaq and nyse stocks. Its a game of musical chairs. Lots of the mortgage stocks like indymac, freemont, novastar, etc were pump and dumps on a grand scale. The system was rigged to fleece america basically and now you and I are picking up the tab with outrageous inflation.
bottom line, auto needs to be cleared out of his supply of stock before we see some big gains here. I don't think its a big concern overall because there appears to be a lot more developments coming down the pipe. If they can close on the pilot deal alone, hopefully that would be enough juice to clear him out.
