Thanks for the PM SP. I can read them but I can't return them as I am now a free agent here. GLTY in the weeks to come.
Friday we closed up 6.2%. If we can do that each day next week we will be having a pretty good return. I hope the generator slabs are being laid all over the place. Generators and all that goes with them as well as colored roofing tiles should have a better return than "spinner key chains". BTW, What happened to the header info on this site? Here is a link to the company web site as somebody removed it from the header.

I think we might need a new moderator here. That board header should have a little information posted on it.
mrcopfer, I would very much like to bring something to your attention as you keep stating that this is all new and has nothing to do with the old company and or symbol. Please take note of the emboldened script in the filing I am showing you. It is signed by Mr. Ullman. GLTY.

Thanks Matt!
What caused the lead safe death spiral in your opinion?
Back then I believe that there was a huge short position taken. The stock price was 16 bucks a share. I don't believe now that there was anywhere near enough revs to support a price like that. There were tons of PR's with huge projections and all sorts of new additions and subsidiaries. People became involved with CBQI who also had been involved with Midland Inc."MIDL" It turned out to be a scam. The CEO named Dan Fisher headed to the Bahamas with all the assets he could fit into his suite case and wallet. It's not a pretty picture. It's all in the archives here and at SI. It's a heckuva story of scams and failed projections. Is it changed now? That is something I have to see in the future. I do hope so.
Does anybody have any info as to how well we are doing with the "Spinner Key Rings"? I haven't seen any chat about those items. Hey, A product is a product.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1939327
That is true SP. BTW, Here is an older PR that can show what this company is capable of PPS if revenues reach a good level. I am curious as to what happened to all of the past revenues that B.Fisher projected.
(COMTEX) B: CBQ, Inc. Takes Steps To Investigate Cybersmear Campaign
B: CBQ, Inc. Takes Steps To Investigate Cybersmear Campaign Against The Company
HUNT VALLEY, Md., Feb 12, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CBQ, Inc. (OTCBB-CBQI) the
E-Business Infrastructure Company, announced today that it is taking steps to
address and investigate a 10-month long Internet Cybersmear campaign by certain
Internet posters to wrongfully undermine and discredit the company, its
services, and its executives.
In an open message to shareholders of CBQ, Inc. Bart S. Fisher, Chairman and CEO
of CBQ, Inc. is issuing the following statement.
"I know that many of our loyal CBQ shareholders are concerned, as I am, about
the artificially depressed stock price of CBQ, Inc. We all know that it is a lot
more exciting to see your stock price go upwards than plummet downwards. From a
high of $16.50 in January 2000, the share price of CBQ has been beaten down to a
low of 19 cents per share. Management is, of course, interested in the
explanations possible for this low stock price. While many other technology
stocks have also declined, the fall in the price of CBQ's shares seems odd, in
light of the growth of the company.
"In 1999, CBQ had gross revenues of $700,000; in 2000 it will have gross
revenues above $10 million, for a percentage growth increase of over 1,000 %.
How could it be that while CBQ grew rapidly over 2000, the market punished the
stock?
"While it might be tempting to blame other factors for CBQ's low share price
such as a generally bad NASDAQ, a depressed OTCBB market, Alan Greenspan's
Federal Reserve policies, or the stock structure of CBQ, it is clear that one
constant negative cloud purposely cast over the stock has been a Cybersmear
campaign aimed at market price manipulation.
"In February, 2000, CBQ began to undertake the acquisition of 1stinheatlh, and
began its due diligence towards closing. Management decided, based on its due
diligence, to not acquire 1stinhealth. Since the proposed acquisition of
1stinhealth by CBQ in March 2000, did not close, CBQ's stock price has been
manipulated downwards. By April, 2000, a concerted Cybersmear campaign was
launched against CBQ.
"CBQ has undertaken an investigation of the Cybersmear campaign against the
stock, and is in the process of turning over its findings to the Securities and
Exchange Commission. Clearly a malicious party intending to harm CBQ, Inc.
launched a cynical Cybersmear campaign over the last year.
"Let no stockholder, market maker, or interested parties doubt the will of
management to defend the integrity of trading in shares of CBQ through
appropriate legal proceedings. The Internet is a powerful new tool that can be
used by malicious parties; however, the law of defamation is keeping pace with
the Internet, and many companies are starting to fight back against malicious
posters on the Internet.
"Apart from Cybersmear and defamation made by the same malicious party,
management is concerned about possible violations of other SEC rules and
regulations.
"CBQ will sue the malefactors of market price manipulation in appropriate
judicial forums, and see to it that the SEC and the National Association of
Securities Dealers stops the Cybersmear campaign against CBQ.
"We will not be a passive punching bag any longer.
"Management has an obligation to protect its shareholders, and we will do so.
That is our solemn pledge. We will keep our shareholders posted as events
develop."

To that I agree. How high should the market cap be just on projections? This company is associating itself with good products but how competitive will they actually be. There was a time when this company was going to be a computer importer from China also. Never came to fruition. If anybody is interested I will be happy to post those failed PR's. Many many promises with no results. I do hope it's different now but I won't believe it until the numbers are in print with the SEC as filings.
Trilateral Commission? LOLOL
Gee mrcopfer, It seems that Howard Ullman mentioned that Bart Fisher was very much still a part of this issue a couple of PR's back. I will stick with the opinion that I stated in post #11601. CHDT is a new symbol of the same old company with the same old hype it appears to me. I am still in it and hoping though. You believe whatever you want and I will believe whatever I want. Thank goodness we are on an open forum where we can all have and share our opinions no matter how they differ. It is just a shame how there are so many personal attacks and innuendo's being posted here. BTW, I can repost a link to that PR if you have forgotten about it.
I think the non cmkxers love them just as much. Nothing like an interesting read that is a little different from the usual brouhaha.
Now that was an interesting read.
mrcopfer, Here is what Your beloved Bart Fisher was releasing to the media just 6 years ago. Many including myself were investing on this hype. Fisher failed his investors miserably. This is why I say caution is needed and blindly pouring any more than one can afford to lose in here is not a good idea. If you would like a little more of My DD I would be glad to share it. I just hope that what is being projected now is truer than what was being said in the past. They all hide behind disclaimers at the end of the PR's. GLTY

Thanks Susie!
I have another question for You. Is there any way to stop receiving PM's. I just got an attack message from a board moderator and I can't return anything as I am a free agent. Thank You.
Shares Outstanding (aka Total Outstanding)
The total number of shares of a corporation's stock (equity) that have been issued and are in the hands of the public.
http://management.itmanagersjournal.com/management/04/04/23/0819223.shtml?tid=103&tid=85
Float
The number of a company's total shares outstanding that are in the hands of the public. The term "float" gives a sense of the number of shares available for trading. Companies are referred to as having a "small float" (small percentage of shares outstanding being in the hands of the public) or a "large float" (large percentage).
http://management.itmanagersjournal.com/management/04/04/23/0819223.shtml?tid=103&tid=85
I have only done it on one BB stock. For me it isn't worth it as it can tie up the shares and make trading them take a little longer. I don't believe this stock is being shorted any more than normal MM manipulation. I think that part of the last big sell was in part from what transpired from the last court action and then profit taking from people who had huge gains. the value of this moved up over 600% in a short time. It was inevitable to have a correction.
I have a life and I stand by my opinion of private threads. I will move on when I have no more interest in this stock which is not likely to be soon as I have had interest in it for over six years. Also, The more certain people try to infer that I or anybody else has low self esteem or any other derogatory statements that are intended to be attacks on anybodies integrity the more I will point out my view of the company and anything that has to do with it. You might consider reading the TOU here. I have and I will report messages that are in violation of the I-Hub TOU.
Yes, It comes from the broker who bought the shares for you. The last one I got cost me a flat fee of 15 bucks from Ameritrade.
Hi Rook! I do believe that another board has been started in another forum. Like the issue needs another board LOL. I looked at it and it appears to be what is known as a "PRIVATE" board. From what I have read here about it, It is for pumpers and cheerleaders only. The owners dictate what can be said and who can read it. It's basically a dictatorship. They can have it. Maybe the moderators or owners whichever is the case have nicknames like, Fidel and Adolph ETC. I saw this take place on RB a long time ago. A hard case basher started a private board to get away from the cheerleaders. It didn't work. Only a few people posted to it and it went dormant. The average joe does not like being told what they can talk about in a free society as ours is. There is a TOU for I-hub and even some moderators violated it by attacking and calling other members names like, Parasites, bashers and other garbage. They deserve a nice little private nook to humor themselves with. GLTA.
You may have to ask your broker that for an absolute answer JJ.
It is my understanding that any shares held in street name can be manipulated. I think the only way to protect from your shares being borrowed is to have them in certificate form. This is only my opinion from what I have read about the subject.
It's pretty hard for a short term chart to look good when the stock has just had a better than 50% correction. I have seen this all too many times. Somebody has made huge profit. Cheerleaders cut and run and the board gets quiet. Occasionally the SEC has gotten involved by investigating for scalping. I am not saying that has happened with CHDT but it certainly could have. My theory is to trust nobody when big bucks are changing hands by people who are only known by anonymous aliases.
It would be very hypocritical for him to post a link to another forum here as I had a post removed for sharing a link to the SI CBQI thread for review purposes. Judging from the last PR dealing with a court action things that had to do with the old symbol still have very much to do with CHDT. All investors should do their own DD and not be forced to rely on a few who want full control of dialog on any message board. I also do not believe that anything said on this board had anything to do with the recent correction in PPS. I bought shares of this on 1/31/06 for .032. I watched a 618% increase in value. No stock no matter how good can sustain an increase of that magnitude without a substantial sell off for profit. I am still here and I am not a "basher". If anybody thinks I may not know what I am talking about go to the SEXI thread here or at SI or punch that symbol into any search engine. There are good lessons to be learned from people who are well experienced in BB stocks.
You seem to be disenchanted with Matt's TOU. Are going to ask to be removed as an assistant moderator? I think that job requires a person who is fair and equitable. These are open boards, Usually. GLTY in CHDT.
Good luck there Stevie. I am also a member of that forum. See you there LOL.
I am very happy to see that action. I was heavily invested in CBQI during that period of time. Getting those people out of play can only be good going forward. That may even explain the sell off of shares during the last couple of days.
At this point it is coming back to green. Maybe we have seen the new bottom.
.095 and back to red.
Nighty nite.
This is typical MM manipulation. They have a habit of saving low trades and then printing them at the end of the session to look like downside. It's nothing new. They are also known to just paint the tape with whatever they want us to believe. The bloody day here is almost over anyway.
I hear that Rook. PPS is up and down like a yo yo here. We now need real results. I don't think projections are going to get the job done. Howie says this, Joe says that, Jack says something else and who is on first and idunno is on second. It's a case of baffled science. LOL. GLTY & A.
Oh yeah, And me too.
HMMMMMmmm, 40.8 mil traded already today. last, .11. You go there Howie! Bring on the tiles, Bring on the power, Bring on the gas for the power and sell lotsa key fobs. LOL
I don't think anybody can answer that for you. You need to be responsible for your own decisions.
There is one thing I do know about these stocks. One can gain an unlimited percentage going up but one can only lose 100% on the down side. LOL
I don't think it's a joke skaka. I have been with this company since 99 and there have been a lot of let downs but it now looks as if CHDT has some good direction. Please don't take that as a pump. It is just my personal observation.
I ask myself that same question. However, I do believe it will come back to previous highs and maybe more. Now it will just take some time as the MOMO players are gone looking for another quick buck. Looks like selling on news is still happening.
LOL, The jail house board is more read than this.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/most_read.asp
But then what can we longs expect when message after message is deleted or used for name calling by two who don't like a difference of opinion from their own. I believe it will get taken care of here. These are open stock discussion boards meant for all who wish to chat about the stock for which it is dedicated to. GLTA
It looks like mid September before any delivery of these tiles. I hope they get lots of orders. Looks like a bit of selling on news is happening. GLTA
