That's OK Lucy, I don't mind replying. So, If these so called lovely numbers do come out while we are still young how high should the market cap be for two county's worth of generator sales and a boat load of roofing tiles that may not even be produced yet? The last time I looked at the CPS web site there was no address and or Phone number for the Naples area. I still hope that nobody is investing more than they can afford to lose as this is still a BB stock Company. And that's the way it is. Reality. Sad, But true. GLTA, We will need it with this one, LOL
Is there something that some people here can't understand about plain written english?

Another missed filing date? This is not good. I hope nobody has invested more than they can afford to lose here.
Do whatever your little heart desires son. It's your money and your responsibility.
Just a matter of opinion Lucy. Some wish to cheer lead and pump into a dismal situation and others like myself believe in reality. That is the real shame.
If and when I sell then you will know it hank as I won't be posting here anymore. In the meantime I will make my opinions and thoughts known as I wish. GLTU. CHDT down 4.55%.
UHHHHHH OHHHHHHHHhhhhhh. Another down day I see. No news yet? This can't be good. "DEJA VU" all over again. The company pumps it's own stock and the CEO sells shares into that pump and then UMMMMMMM, Should we say, Disappears. It is now 20 day's of silence. GLTA as it's gonna be needed.
it costs money to operate. I showed You a way to easily collect an extra 90 bucks a year and you don't even answer me.
That's cool. Hey, You can always send your local hound hotel a little donation. They need to eat too LOL. OK, I think I better save my last post just in case somebody flames me for some reason. (O)(O)
Yup, I hear that. I'm trying to get cleaned up as I have had to take a close look at some things twice now in the last two years. If I wake up with all of my faculties on Wednesday afternoon all those furry little buddies of mine will have to wait another 65 years for me to get to them LOL.
You got that right. People like Huttoe, Melcher, Two Fisher's, Dan and Bart, Urbie and a whole host of others can sure screw up a persons way of thinking. BTW, I apologize for some of the nasty things I have said while posting with my original alias.
At 65 years young I have had quite a few pets go to the rainbow bridge to wait for me. Each one has been just as hard as the last. Now I have to stop thinking about this as I am running out of Kleenex. Have a great weekend All!
Hey, It took me 91/2 years to get paid back from SEXI. There was no other alternative than to be patient.
I think that is just great Puppy. It doesn't matter what it costs as long as we all give them a good and loving home. It cost me $2500.00 to fence the back yard for the hounds. They can't be trusted loose and we can't put them on a chain. At their second stride they are going 40MPH or faster. They just came into my office looking for their after dinner cookie. These dogs are real clowns.
I guess it doesn't matter what kind of animal one has as long as it makes them feel good. Winnie was a white German shepherd and she was old when we rescued her so we knew that our time was limited with her but nobody else wanted her. We started with one hound that had just left the track after a very successful career and then we were asked to take another old one that was losing her happy home. How do ya say no to a lovely little greyhound. They run and play together very well.
So sorry Janice. Losing a loved pet is very traumatic. I hope you find another furry friend or two soon. Less than a year ago we lost Winnie. We now have two retired racing greyhounds.
Is this buying on speculation and then sell on news? Last trade,
.114 up 8.57% and looking better.
CHDT last trade .108 up 2.86% I don't know if I can take the excitement. LOL & GLTA
Very very well put if I do say so Myself SBC! As a fellow shareholder I do also have concerns about the way Howie has pumped his Company with rosy forward looking statements and then scalped shares while the price was inflated to levels not warranted as of yet. It has now been 17 day's without public communication from the company other than an e-mail or two that is not even verifiable as they are only hearsay. I am surprised the SEC hasn't halted this stock and done an investigation into the Company yet. That does happen with these little companies that have quick spikes in stock value that can't be easily explained other than from a few overzealous posters on an INTERNET message board.

I'm sorry but this is the CHDT board. There may be an appropriate board for those other stocks you are suggesting as something for others to purchase. Thank You.
Maybe yes and then again maybe no. Let's see where its going at about noon. I hope it's up to .15. I think pumpdy dumpdy has taken a shell cracking fall. Howard needs to get busy before we make our fortunes here IMO, JMO, JMHO and IMHO. See Y'all later.
Looks like the MOMO's are taking their money home for the weekend. Shame.
Here is another good article to read. These clowns were selling products to the US Government. I hope Howie is on the up & up. He supposedly sold shares into his own PR pump and I do believe that the SEC frowns on that kind of behavior. More than once I have seen the SEC halt trading in an issue while it did an investigation on it.

Former executives of US body armor firm arrested
Thu Aug 17, 12:55 PM ET
U.S. authorities arrested two former top executives of a major body armor supplier to the U.S. military and law enforcement agencies on Thursday and charged them with criminal securities fraud and insider trading.
Federal prosecutors alleged former Chief Financial Officer Dawn Schlegel and former Chief Operating Officer Sandra Hatfield manipulated DHB Industries Inc.'s books "to reap millions of dollars of profits through insider trading."
The lawsuit was a fresh blow to DHB. The U.S. military last year recalled thousands of protective vests sold by DHB's Point Blank Body Armor Inc. unit on quality concerns.
The company was recently delisted from the American Stock Exchange. Last month it placed Chief Executive David Brooks on indefinite leave pending the outcome of investigations.
Shares in Pompano Beach, Florida,-based DHB were down 2.6 percent at $3.00 each at midday in Pink Sheets trading.
Prosecutors on Thursday accused Schlegel and Hatfield of inflating DHB's earnings and profit margins between 2003 and 2005 to meet Wall Street expectations.
The two former executives also sold thousands of DHB shares "based on inside information, netting a profit of over $8 million," prosecutors charged.
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Roslynn Mauskopf said, "As a result of the fraud scheme, the investing public lost millions of dollars while the defendants lined their own pockets with a fortune in ill-gotten gains."
Attorneys for the two former DHB executives could not immediately be reached for comment.
The charges in the criminal indictment carry maximum sentences of up to 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Prosecutors said they are also seeking forfeiture of $8 million in assets belonging to the defendants.
The Securities and Exchange Commission said it also charged the two former executives with civil securities fraud.
The SEC said Schlegel and Hatfield "routinely overstated the value of the company's inventory and directed the booking of numerous fraudulent journal entries in order to reduce the company's cost of goods sold."
"By manipulating DHB's gross profit margin, Schlegel and Hatfield knew that investors would be given a false portrait of DHB's operating results," said SEC Enforcement Division Director Linda Thomsen in a statement.
The SEC said its investigation is continuing.
Almost has the look of a spammer.
?State your point. Was there something unclear about my message to that poster? He or She asked a simple question and I gave a simple answer as is My right here. If you wish to make more out of it then meet me at the parking lot.

I think somebody said they got a two word e-mail from Howard. That's about it.
I would like to help with the moderating Lucy. Thank You.
CHDT up 14.13%. COOOOOOL! Maybe it's the national generator adds. Nawwww, Can't be that. The general public doesn't know anything about this little BB stock company. Maybe Howie is back from ......-------,,,,, OOOOPS, I almost did it again. Some Canadian will get all messed up if I say the wrong word here. LOL (O)(O) Anyway, GLTA for sure.
That is absolutely right. Watching the Fox news Chanel on the dish network and they just did a Guardian commercial stating that they are available through Home Depot. Too bad they didn't show that they are also available through CPS in two counties in Florida.
You can believe this or not, But I do hope he PR's us by the end of the day on Monday.
Hey, That works for Me. Much better than >>blank<<.
Good, I hope you are right. Why just 10? How about 14.3? Thats a good number.
OT: Being semi retired I am on >>blank<< most of the time. Do you suppose we could come up with a new word so we don't have to use >>blank<< now? How about "holiday"? That's european for >>blank<<. LMAO
OT: LOL, Hey, That's possible if the pilots were wearing black suits and very dark glasses.
Is anybody here bothered by the fact that there has not been any public contact with the CEO of CHDT for 16 days now? Considering that he pumped out at least 10 PR's during the month of July this is very disconcerting to Me. GLTA BTW, Have fun with those 3 min charts. Way too funny. LOL
PS, Be sure to attack the messenger even if the messenger is right.
CHDT, .095 up 4.35% and holding. Have a great day folks. I will be back for another look tomorrow.
Those are very good questions SBC. Maybe Kobi and Dan Fisher, The former CEO of the MIDL scam who absconded with the assets of the shell, And went to the Bahamas where there are no extradition treaties with the U.S. are sitting on the same beach smoking Cuban cigars and sipping pina colada's. People involved with MIDL were also involved with CBQI now CHDT. Could Howard have taken an extended holiday(not allowed to use the other nasty word) with them? Only time will tell I guess.
The last half of your message to me is pretty much right on. However, The first half is not even close. Good try though. Some people just are not as smart as they think they are. LOL and GLTY also.
OT: And you have gotten your answer.
