I'm taking the liberty of reposting one of SLALOM's messages.
"I am amazed by the ex-CEO, Daniel C. Montano posting on the message board. A sign of his desperation perhaps. One of the benefits of Alcoholic Dementia is that Dan’s short-term memory is all of about 10 seconds.
Daniel C. Montano, ex-CEO of CVBT, is guilty of the following -
A. Undischarged Chapter 7 bankrupt
B. Ex-CEO of CVBT whose shareholders voted him out by a margin of 95%-5%
C. Tried to steal VT’s property
D. Ran CVBT into the ground before being rescued by Calvin Wallen/Grant Gordon/Mike Flaa
E. Bankrupted Phage Biotech
F. Bankrupted Knudsen Foremost Dairies
G. Bankrupted VTN Corp
H. Bankrupted VTN Phils
I. Bankrupted Montano Securities
J. Bankrupted Baraban Securities
K. Bankrupted Gold Properties Resporation
L. Bankrupted Cardio Phage International
M. Bankrupted Zhittya Stem Cells
N. Bankrupted Medical Professionals International
O. Bankrupted Helenas Medical Research
P. Bankrupted St. Marya Investments
Q. Bankrupted St. Michael Research Corp
R. Bankrupted Medical Cloning Technology
S. Hasn’t had a successful company since 1983
T. Took a $1.8 billion public company & lost $1.76 bn of market capitalization
U. Driving through a parking lot full of soccer kids at reckless speed
V. Constantly blubbering like a baby in court & telling the judge that he, Dan Montano, is on a mission from GOD that only he can accomplish
W. Closet alcoholic who fires off drunken emails to creditors who then bankrupt Phage Biotech
X. Convicted of fraud when he looted Baraban Securities in Orange County CA
Y. Dan Montano destroys CVBT’s London IPO by giving an interview with a financial journalist a few days prior to the IPO. The IPO then went into meltdown due to his incompetence.
Z. Kept repeating the nonsensical statement that when CVBT hits he’ll hire Bill Gates as his gardener
AA. ALL OF THE ABOVE
Of course the answer is AA, all of the above.
ALL OF HIS INCOMPETENCE/FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING YOUTUBE VIDEO
Thanks Johnny. I got the same email from Zhittya@advfn.co.uk
I tuned in at 10am this morning. It was so funny. Butterball didn't have the video on, Facobs did. It was so darned funny. They couldn't operate Zoom so Butterball kept having to apologize for being amateurish.
The heading was "Can Therapeutic Angiogenesis Treat Heart Disease, Strokes, Peripheral Artery Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Depression and more?"
Of course we all know the answer which is YES, BUT it won't be good old Butterball who gets it to the market.
I loved the new theme tune for Shittya though. It's quite catchy.
NEW SHITTYA THEME TUNE
Classic.................
It's worse than that JB. The rotund clown also got the sh*t kicked out of him by a high school dropout, Mr. Gordon. Gordon arranged the votes to oust Dan by 95% for the ouster, 3% for Dan with 2% abstentions in Operation Give the Company back to Shareholders f/k/a OPERATION WE GOT TO GET THE FAT CLOWN OUT THE COMPANY BEFORE HE BANKRUPTS IT (catchy title is it not?)
LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL
OH NO!
OH NO!
OH NO!
OH NO!
Shittya just got a new company limo.
Shittya's main asset
That cartoon is so funny and sums it up beautifully. Butterball always gets it in the neck from Calvin and Grant. Every time he thinks he may be making headway Calvin and Grant pull the rug from underneath him. Poor old Butterball, always second best.
Patents at the Core: the Biotech Business
World Intellectual Property Organisation - WIPO
“Anyone, I would imagine, who has tried to create a biotech company knows just how important
patents are. You learn this when you’re studying, and again at your first job, and if you haven’t
done so before, you realize it the first time you meet potential investors.”
Mads Øvlisen,Chairman of the Board of Directors, Novo Nordisk
But there again what does the chairman of Novo Nordisk know about patents. They have only been using patents to protect their property since 1923 - GUFFAW!!
Thanks, WALHALL for pointing out that Butterball is still behind the 8-ball.
"however, the amount due to Montano and Jacobs is less than the outstanding legal Judgment against Montano held by affiliates of Venturis."
In other words Dan is getting SFA aka NADA!!
Yes, he was awarded $XXX,XXX. VT through an affiliate holds $x,xxx, xxx judgement against Butterball so he actually receives nothing from VT.
OOOOOUUUUCH
AND
The judge stated that the timing of payments made to Fakobs/Butterball can be made when VT feels it can fit it into its payment schedule. Clinical trial payments and day to day running expenses will be made before any payments to Fakobs/Butterball.
OOOOOOPPPPS
Poor ol' Fakobs/Butterball always the coyote.
Apparently it is "painful" for Grant and Calvin. Being doubled over due to laughing so hard at Dan's desperation is extremely painful.
History of a FAILED USC Graduate
No it's a complete nonsense in the sick mind of Dan Montano, the bankrupt.
I'm in Dallas 2 weeks of every month so I'm going. It will be great to meet up with Walhall, Slalom, Doc, Grant Gordon, Calvin Wallen and others. I need to get the date to block it off on my calendar.
This should be one heck of a meeting bearing in mind all the action taking place at present. Roll on August.
p.s. so Slalom would Gordon not give you a copy of the valuation?
Great post, Slalom. So who fed him the bum information?
If even half of the stuff in the video is accurate Dan Montano certainly isn't playing with a full deck. I wish the guys had produced 3 or 4 videos instead of a 7-minute one. It's quite bizarre but in some ways I should that Dan in that if it hadn't been for his complete mismanagement of the company I would never have been able to buy shares at 20, 22 & 30 cents per share. So, thanks for that Dan.
When Judge Spraker slams the bogus inv bankruptcy participants next week I think it's highly unlikely that Montano's cronies will try that trick again. More unsuspecting folks thrown under the bus by Dan "I'm a bankrupt" Montano.
I do think it's great that DAN keeps posting on the message board. It shows how desperate he's getting (he'll be a heck of a lot more desperate next week ). Wonderful.
You don't need to dig through the internet, Mr. Montano. What a joke. The US FDA kicks you to the curb & you have to scrounge around for some unsuspecting country to peddle your wares. When "I was digging through the internet and found a new press release from Shittya" but its really North Korea who have given permission to (mis)treat their population. Little Rocketman, the only person crazier than Butterball BK Montano. Will Butterball, Jnr be accompanying you Dan?
I presume Russian Mail Order Bride will also be part of the entourage?
Do you think you will be able to get another shady company set up after the arbitrator closes you down & before the Feds catch up with you?
Fantastic Post JMac.
CVBT really need to thank its failed ex-CEO for posting that ABC video as it is actually CVBT/VT's treatement which is of course patented.

That's hilariously, disgusting - LOLx10
Season's Greetings everyone.
That is a good pull, hapcody. I think that with CVBT being rescued by Wallen, Flaa and Gordon people are paying attention again. I spoke with Gordon a few weeks ago and he had some interesting stuff to share which can't be posted here as the IH_ADMIN would remove it. He did remind me that before the Delaware courts kicked Dan Montano to the curb the shareholders voted 95% in favor of kicking him out. That is a massive vote in favor. He also pointed out that in June 2013 the Delaware court removed Montano and his cronies & replaced them with the new team before they had come to their final decision. THIS IS TOTALLY UNHEARD OF - NORMALLY THEY ALLOW THE EXISTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL A FINAL DECISION IS MADE.
This obviously was a sign of what they thought about the shockingly bad record of Montano.
DAN MONTANO TURNS $1.8BN INTO $40M
Thank you Johnny. I think you are correct it has been a constant refrain of Dan Montano and his cronies since 2016 that CVBT is insolvent, CVBT isn't paying it's debts and CVBT shareholders took the company away from me, the great Daniel C.(for crook) Montano - BOO HOO!!
By the way it appears that Dan is pregnant - IS DAN MONTANO PREGNANT?
The Montano cronies got massacred. More to follow.
P.S.
NEWS FLASH......DAN MONTANO IS PREGNANT
CVBT TO SHUTDOWN DAN MONTANO/ZHITTYA IN 2020
CVBT TO SHUTDOWN DAN MONTANO/SHITTYA IN 2020
CVBT TEAM
IT APPEARS A CERTAIN POSTER DIDN'T READ MY POST ON THE CVBT TEAM.
"It seems like THE revolving door is JAMMED!!
The following is from the CVBT presentation and from my source (Reliable) for information.
I understand Dr. Meyerson is now working on a consulting basis for CVBT rather than as an employee.
Dr. Ben Ben-Yehuda was told by UCSD that his consulting agreement to act as CMO of CVBT contravened his agreement with the university which is when Dr. Sherman was appointed as CMO.
Mickael Flaa is of course still at CVBT despite THE assertions.
Other than that CVBT has the following individuals moving CVBT forward.
Elvira Gustavson, Ms. Gustavson has over 25 years of experience in regulatory affairs interacting with the FDA.
Warren Sherman, Chief Medical Officer.
These names are already on the website. Then you have:
Edwin Flores Edwin Flores, JD, PhD – IP attorney & Chair of Patent Committee. Dr. Flores is an intellectual attorney with scientific training in molecular and cellular immunology, molecular biology, signal transduction, and growth factors.
David Ornitz, MD, PhD – International FGF Expert
Dr. Ornitz is an internationally renowned expert in the characterization of the biological, biochemical, developmental and physiological activity of fibroblast growth factors (FGF) and FGF receptors.
Tom Boone – Recombinant DNA Manufacturing Expert
Mr. Boone is a scientific advisor with more than 34 years of accomplishments in the discovery and development of protein therapeutics. He has been responsible for moving many molecules in to the clinic, including several approved drugs. His expertise is in protein engineering, production, purification and process development.
Arnold I. Chin, MD, PhD – Renowned Urological Surgeon – Scientist. Dr. Chin is a well-known surgeon-scientist with clinical expertise and research in urologic oncology, renal transplantation, and erectile dysfunction. He is a director of a well-known urological center at a tertiary care US medical facility.
Janelle J. Jensen – CAD Project Manager
Ms. Jensen has over 20 years of experience in clinical research for the medical device and pharma industry.
Linda Pullan, PhD – Business Development and Licensing
Dr. Pullan has over 25 years of experience in BD and licensing mostly with large pharmaceutical companies. "
I think you are correct, Donkey40. The present team are in the ascendancy. Good Sport pointed out sarcastically that Dan and Jack don't have $30 million sitting around waiting for CVBT to claim it. But that is not the point.
1. Legally it's not Dan and Jack. It's Dan's wife who paid the retainer to enable the cruddy involuntary to take place. Her fellow accomplices are Judy & Yvonne Luell who are ex-employees of CVBT, Judith Pelton who was Dan's ex-PA,Joong Ki Baik who was part of Dan's old regime of cronies, John Laub who is currently number one crony and Kenneth Keiller who was a director in another company attached to Dan Montano.
2. Like Dan Montano, Dan's wife, the Luells, Laub, Pelton and Keiller will in all likelihood be forced into personal bankruptcy. Zhittya, Dan's crazy company will have to close its doors finally.
3. I would imagine the $30 million will be listed as a receivable on the books at least initially.
4. Any shares the cronies have in CVBT will be confiscated.
It's wonderful to have such an informed contribution on the message board. Thank you, Good Sport.
INFORMED??? Hmmm....
At the last court appearance in October, the judge told the lawyer representing the Montano crew that his clients would be paying costs and damages to CVBT and he should advise them of such.
I know that for certain and I believe the actual costs CVBT has requested is around $30 million. That does not include punitive damages the judge may levy against Team Montano.
You are right! A definite win for the D Team!
MORE FAKE NEWS???
Mr. Wallen is a graduate of Texas A&M Go Aggies!!!!
From CVBT website: Calvin A. Wallen, III is the Chairman of the Board of CVBT and has served in that capacity since June 2013. Mr. Wallen became an investor in the company in 2009 and since that time has supported a considerable amount of CVBT’s financial needs. Mr. Wallen has over 35 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry working as a drilling and petroleum engineer while also serving in high-level management and as a director with several companies. He has been an active investor in several sectors of business and industry for over 15 years in the U.S.A.
Mr. Wallen is an active member of several professional associations and is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
As for advise, I would suggest honest hard work! An education is important, but does not replace integrity, values, and and good old get your hands dirty and WORK! Mr. Wallen is a self made success!

Once again MORE inaccurate information is being disseminated!!! Why??
Investment and Private Banks
I know that CVBT is holding very close to their chest who the investment and private banks they are talking to for the reason of dissemination of false information. I do know however that the banks who have done their due diligence and are talking terms, are not in Korea.
I know we are all excited here. CVBT finally moving forward and having the capital to finally continue and complete their clinical trials is a big deal. A day that many thought would never come. It does not surprise me that there are naysayers, after 20 years and the hype that was put out by the previous management, the idea that something may actually come of this, does seem a bit far-fetched. I believe it comes down to a few who have been a part of CVBT for the long haul who are determined to see it through to fruition, not for just the shareholders and themselves, but for the millions of patients who are suffering everyday.
But from my standpoint and knowledge it is actually happening. For the doubters, I don't blame you, but lets just wait and see....
The Accurate Story Behind the Tauren/Calvin Issue
As many of you know Calvin is a self made - Texas Oil Guy. He began when he was just a kid and worked his way up to own many different oil companies over the years.
Years ago Calvin/Tauren was interested in acquiring some very valuable leases from Gloria's Ranch. There were various leases within Gloria's Ranch, the valuable ones however were discovered to be owned by the Grandmother of the family. So Calvin instead was working a deal to buy the Grandmothers instead of the entire entity and avoid the worthless properties. The son who owned the worthless properties became angry that his worthless properties were being excluded threatened to have his mother refuse to sign unless Tauren/Calvin did a deal for the whole thing.
The valuable leases were well worth the price so Tauren/Calvin did the deal.
Years later and after various disputes and threats Tauren/Calvin no longer wanted anything to do with Gloria's Ranch. He was advised by counsel to file Chapter 11 to reorganize Tauren.
Three years before this Tauren/Calvin transferred liquid assets from the company to another entity. Gloria's Ranch wants their hands on that money hence the lawsuit. However the crux of this is that liquid assets were moved to a different entity years before Tauren filed for reorganization. The issue before the court is was this a fraudulent transfer definition of Fraudulent Transfer?
The courts will decide, but my money is on Calvin/Tauren, he seems to win most of his cases and appears to have a kick ass legal team.
Let's not forget the reason Calvin is involved in CVBT! He made a huge investment, that he didn't want to go down the toilet. I am sure a Texas Oil man never had any intention of leading a biotech company!
Have you seen the latest Presentation?
I saw your post and agree! Have you seen the latest presentation? If not message me and I will send you a copy! It is really well done and goes in further about the trials, the market share, as well as possible larger players. I think it is important to note that the mission of the company appears to have changed some since new management. In the past it seemed as though they were trying to take an indication all the way to market themselves. Now it looks as though they are focused on getting it to a larger player who can take it all the way. Seems more rational to me!
It also discusses the depth of management and their level of experience. There are so many pieces to the puzzle its like juggling plates in the air, however they seem to have built quite an experienced crew!
CVBT Presentation and PPM
From my business associates I hear that CVBT's New Presentation has already had over 200 downloads. This shows incredible interest in CVBT.
Also this same business associate signed an NDA and received the current PPM. Aside from certain large well known investment banks there are several Investment Banks and Private Banks they are in discussions with to do both the IPO and the current financing at $3 per share.
I heard that Calvin just got back from 2 weeks in Tokyo and Singapore to meet interested parties and to meet with one specific Private bank in which one of the executives is very close to CVBT. Discussions are ongoing I hear but a target would be for Q1 or Q2 2020!
CVBT IS GOING IN GREAT DIRECTIONS!
I am here in Dallas and in all transparency I have known Calvin for years. Not through business, but through football, GO AGGIES!!
I can attest to his character and all this crap posted about him is really off the mark. I know aside from an investment it was never his intention to ever be that involved in CVBT. However because of circumstances and to protect his sizable investment. He did what he had to do.
I am an investor in CVBT and want to company to succeed.
“Our CEO is a Fraud “ – when has he ever been charged or convicted of fraud?
I can help you with my question. The answer is NEVER! /b]
“One calls it fraud and another fraudulent conveyance.” – the court calls it fraudulent conveyance.
I think I shall take my lead from the court rather than an anonymous
poster on IH.
“Either way, our CEO committed a crime! Civil or not!” - If Calvin was charged with a crime it would be a criminal matter. This is a civil matter, so he’s not a criminal.
“The government is taking action against him.” - incorrect yet again. The creditor otherwise known as the petitioner is taking action against him, remembering that the petitioner is also the trustee c/o Judge Hale, a fellow Louisiana State University
graduate, same as the creditor. The good ol’ boys network alive and kicking in Louisiana.
“Completely unacceptable! Semantics will not save our CEO’s reputation and investors view on our company! “ – very strange. I wonder why in excess of $10 million has been raised from investors if their view of the CEO is negative.
