I know this is a UDF IV site, but thought I would let everyone know that I received financial information on my UDF III investment. They are currently valuing the shares at approximately $1.

As a member in both UDFIII and UDFIV, I never hear anything about UDFIII. I believe it took a significant loss. Anybody else know anything about it? I assume that is a lost investment.

Anyone see that NexPoint filed suit against UDFIV? I can't see a copy of the original lawsuit document.

So maybe I am naive here but aren't we the shareholders/owners of the REIT? Can't we band together and vote these clowns out?
