Gotta love these prices if you are a buyer...
Eyeing the 1.5 level - a quick break under could give a nice deal.
Very doubtful this remains so low for the next 365 - incredible to see SHWZ getting such a beat down as it is!
"acquisition"
Lets see what Shwazze has up its sleeve this time!
Fun to watch a great company constructed.
Little details here, does not say it is for acquisition.
Type of offering:

Could be connected with existing deals - needs to be cross referenced to line up numbers.
Not terribly concerned... Waiting is the game.
Reasonable dilution... definitely looks accretive.
Value being built!
This is an amazing development - much better deal than Los Suenos.
Anyone doubting management has been proven unequivocally wrong... we are looking at an excellent business being built piece by piece.
That is how its done.
#greatvalue
Still a great value 20% higher.
And 200% higher if growth continues with profitability.
Over hyped over valued stocks get profits taken with even the slightest tremors in the market (often rightfully so, occasionally the bottom completely falls out ala QS)- plenty of solid companies to rotate into, shwz is definitely one of them.
Solid results.
Buyer here too - surprised I'm getting 2.2's filled...
The road to 5 is pretty well clear... Almost feels like buying those 1.1's.
One of my favs currently - incredible upside potential.

Lots of great DD on Reddit as well...
Potential 100x, likely a big move up when bluewalker 3 launches/operates correctly.
I'm just adding bits here and there...
Crazy this sells for so cheap right now - should be past 3 at least today.
Good business
Very interesting system.
Got my bids in as well - picked up a few today and may get more if sellers want to hand them over...
Amazing the company still trades in this range, looking forward to a more suitable valuation going forward (5+).
" How did we miss this undervalued company? "
Still amazed how underfollowed SHWZ remains after PROVING results...
Great company doing it right - they are absolutely going to wonder "how we missed this"!
I've picked up a few more shares recently, keeping bids parked in case it dips again...
Loving the mid/long term outlook here - full confidence in management's ability to create value for shareholders while profitably growing a quality company.
impressive.
Indeed
Glad to be back in time!
Margin definitely played into the broader market action today... Margin debt was extremely high - even if not outright called margin can still pressure a sale in the spirit of de-risking.
Had a nice shopping day, avoided being leveraged with the herd and raised cash just for days like this.
"$50 a share in my opinion"
Buyout like that is far from irrational in due time with proper execution...
Who/Why/When is pure speculation, but that sort of offer could certainly be on the table at some point in the future. I suspect fed legalization will invite heavy consolidation - possibly with high premiums paid for quality cannabis business'... the impacts on SHWZ will have to be seen - the strategic positioning of the company allows it to ride either side of the consolidation wave. Buyout from a large player would likely be at a high premium given the quality of underlying business relative to peers that will almost certainly jump ship at the first offer... competition amongst large players for strategic acquisition could make all the difference in the valuations that are paid.
If SHWZ was NOT to be acquired, but rather continued to acquire... I suspect little would change in terms of the fundamentals of all targets. This could stagnate growth as competition hoovers up quality assets at massive premiums - though truly I'd expect some great deals to get done regardless of broader market circumstance... *while* continuing to improve the core business fundamentals.
Only adding 100 share blocks here and there, redistributing profits.
Loving the long term potential with relatively little downside risk from here. Short and mid term catalysts should keep it interesting along the way.
"Who is buying more tomorrow???"
The lower it goes the more I'll be buying - particularly if weakness holds through to next week (post monthly options expiry).
Love it.
Haven't sold a share... plenty of headroom with current valuation.
The cannabis intoxication test would definitely be a game changer, but quite a hurdle to leap: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/01/180125135606.htm
With mass acceptance/favorable legality... we are going to see some interesting trends develop.
I think the flower will remain the primary source of consumption, but drinks particularly are probably going to grow significantly in popularity as legal tensions ease... also thinking more mainstream consumption will create a larger demand for more mild strains that are less "couchlock" and more "euphoric", but of course - the rising tide will raise all ships.
Whatever the broader cannabis market projection - its likely SHWZ will find itself a billion dollar company in time... and find itself a billion dollar company with far less than a billion shares issued to get there. If limited dilution is truly a mark of SHWZ deals - the commons are likely to command a nice premium on top of the growing intrinsic value.
Yep, good news!
Indeed.
Meet those targets and a bonus is deserved... More clarity upon the targets would have been welcome, presumably they are rationally placed to align with a job well done.
Re-pricing the options is pure pocket lining... Though if held long term it's less of a concern than if those options were held by a hedge fund etc.
After initiated, before terminated.
His resume was perfect for it... Makes this move make perfect sense.
Something of note in this PR...
"Colorado-based Cannabis Collective, Schwazze,"
I like those semantics.
Board change looks positive, I suspect Riera was there for Columbia - clearly that did not come to pass. The company is getting into prime position for accretive growth... the resume of Mukharji fits well within the board... a world class group here, ready to see what they pull off in 2021/beyond!
Congrats to the bulls!
Cant wait to hear news on the next round of Starbuds and beyond!
Golden cross, an excellent indicator... Should pop up on some scanners (probably already has), I certainly trade it.
Knowing fundamentals well enough to read the tea leaves, its possible to get ahead of the signal... But historically the golden cross is a powerful bullish indicator of long term sentiment confirming the bullish reversal off a sustained downtrend... Shwz is pretty textbook.
Plenty of headroom here... Really a fine setup for 21 - spectacular in the low 1s, but that was the uncertainty and relative obscurity discount. Plenty of $ for those gaining entry today, the fundamental value is there and the speculative value is not at all priced in (while many in the sector enjoy inflated very forward looking valuations)
"Shoulda bought more"
Knew I'd be telling myself that!
Wait till they find undervalued shwz amongst the increasingly nosebleed valuation sector...
Uplisting and optionality are things Im looking forward to - mkt cap is merely a matter of patience, uplisting and optionality really opens up the shareholder opportunity here.
"Why would lower prices be discouraging for " investors looking to get in"? "
When I started to appreciate lower prices, rather than fearing them - I started making $$$.
A good company will eventually bounce back/appreciate - and thinking more like "the owner", it only makes sense to get excited when more shares can be purchased cheaper.
Week by week, day by day... hard to tell what will happen... but to hold a % of a good company with good growth prospects for years has long since been the winning strategy - lower entry prices are merely a way to increase long term gains.
Its why traders with stops generally get eaten alive, even in bull markets. Or, they miss out on the big moves and eek out a few % here and there. I do trade "for fun" and sell for 2-3% here and there, catch a big move every once in a while... this is no more than a few % of my portfolio at any time, often I have zero trades in play (I prefer writing options contracts for short term gains).
Without question my biggest gains have come from companies I know very well - companies I have held and accumulated through volatility, and held on long enough to let those gains compound... its the compounding gains that really add up, the most ideal setup being to sell covered calls on something that is up 100% or greater - recoup the investment and either sell higher or simply collect $$$... all of this being lost on the day/swing trader - though some do quite well with such strategies.
NY is big...
But will it be profitable to have business?
Also consider if you sell to try and buy back lower... if you have a decent size position it can be very difficult to rebuild.
This could be traded in small lots - however at this stage of the game its an accumulate/hold sort of play... uplisting, federal legalization... etc etc catalysts upon catalysts - the idea is to be in position for all of that and block out the interim noise.
Nice position.
Up to 20k as of today - looking at the same price targets to add more.
1.8 is holding strong enough... Bid higher and likely get a fill...
Bid lower and maybe get lucky - I've got bids parked at 10-15% discount... But nothing tells me they are likely to fill... Im loaded up, however... If I was initiating I'd bid 1.8's and keep some cash in case of dip...
Now looks like 1.75 is the mark, 1.7 might get touched.
Indeed!
