anything ever happen to the idea of filing suit to recover lost monies ?
Is PAOG completely separate from RBII now, or a part of it ? I see that stock is moving
Third, I have been in this stock for perhaps longer than anyone here...bought it on a suggestion of an analyist somewhere...at that time it was doing something in graphic arts...it went to owning land in calif and planning to build a senior citizen housing complex, to a food delivery business who never returned my email contact, to film distribution, to a pill to deliver pot, to drug rehab, to oxythyme and about 5 or 6 other itereations along the way..Initially it looked to me like the guy in charge was barrowing money to live on and pay himself a salary with, while he floundered around looking for a business that would succeed. But I continued to have faith based on the concept of "hey, you never know". But lately the prospect of taking legal action has gained more of my attention. Reasons ? The lack of any contact from management to shareholders, despite what they put out there on the website that I found so useless that I havent looked at it in months or more....and the one conference call that was like none I have ever heard, seemingly designed to shut us up...and ending abruptly without any opportunity for any shareholder questions: bizzare ! And now....past the center of February when we were entitled to the reasonable expectation of another conference call or some other report to the shareholders from management. I have had faith and hope, but now the patience is running very thin.
second, there is such a thing in corporate law called "piercing the Corporate shield" where the coporate officers and directors can be sued personally, and their personal wealth attacked, if they violated criminal laws or acted eggreouusly in the violation of their fiduciary duties to shareholders, employing fraud and deceipt in doing so..
dip, then bounce back up again...heavy volume...anyone know what is going on ? real answers please, not sarcasm...have had enough of that
I have mine in td amer and did not get any such message...send them an email to ask why, and let us know what they say, please...thanks
rad...what is the significance of this....??
anyone been in recent contact with any of the regional units selling the oxythyme service for a status check ?
anyone have word on when we might get a conf call about 4th q ?
anyone know ..will we get a 4th Q report by Feb 15 ?? Also anyone talk to distributers lately ? re their current status, clients, business growth ? And, finally anyone know the status of the other parts of the RBII business endeavors ?? Someone has got to know about each of these things...thru people, or location etc.
thanks Stetson...I always wondered what I was...now I know I am in the Smart Money category ! Only time will tell..I have had my doubts and my concerns, but one has to have faith, N-est-ce-pas ? I have had one terrible experience...great idea but it failed anyway...but every other time, it seems, I have sold stagnant stock only to watch it begin to rise every day after that, going up by leaps and bounds to this very day !! And one day, low and behold, when i opened my online account i couldnt believe my eyes..it had gone up $40,000 in one day !!!....well, we all know it went back down $ 40,000 the next day ! yep..RBII....but I am holding out for that to happen again..only this time for a few days longer ! At least the odds are better here than at the Lottery !
who is buying stock every day ...could it be some of those working with oxythyme in the field who are seeing their business grow and want a piece of the company ?? Anyone like that on here already ??
thank you joe
thats not how I understood it...anyone else ?
Question: did EPA stop all disinfecting or only the new product designed to disinfect fruits and veggies ?? I thought it was the latter, and the disinfecting of buildings and the like was untouched and continuing .
If they are indeed majority owners, you are right, you may be wasting your breath ! You could request a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and the Corporation Bylaws. At the minimum, as stated beforen there should be an annual shareholders meeting, based on my experience and research (at least in NYS, possibly where they were incorporated and do business too (?)) There should be a Corporation Board of Directors, but that depends on the wording of the Bylaws. It might be that the majority can decide the number of Directors to be on the Board of Directors....and we know who that is....so they could just say the BOD shall be 3 shareholders, elected annually at the Annual shareholder meeting and wham...we are right back here where we started...At least they should give the 3 of them the desination as "Director" in addition to their other title as officers...and the third fellow...is he a Director ?? or just a large shareholder ??? cant tell ...But bottom line is that they all own shares....many more than we own...they all have the incentive to have the company do well...they will make more than we will combined, if it does...The only way that might not be true is if they pay themselves excessive salaries and drain the corp coffers....I did take interest in noting that Jim or Art , one of them reported that they took stock in leiu of salary...that might be an encouraging sign that they really want this company to prosper.
I will defer to those on this board with more financial experience than I to fully analyze the report, and the debts listed (the more recent 12% interest rate paid for one loan troubles me a bit, as does all the other debt) vs. income and expenses other than debt service. But I do note two more things of concern: In reviewing this and the annual report for 2019 I find that there is no mention of an Annual Sharehold Meeting; nor of a Board of Directors. In NYS business corporations must have such an Annual Meeting...and I thought it applied across the nation....and at one time there was a Board of Directors, as I recall , for Rising India....but I see none now....reducing this to a two man show, maybe three...but I agree, now that some upside potential is revealing itself, there is an urgent need for a better organization to carry us into the future. Annual Meetings and a volunteer Board of Directors would cost nothing or very little more...And a better, more organized and efficient managing organization would improve share value for all...including Art and Jim who are the biggest shareholders of all....and obviously stand to gain the most.
so in other words the answer is no...you dont have any evidence to back up your statement
what evidence do you have that any distributors are trying to get their money back ?
I just received this in my email.
is it a scam ???

So I have a thought and question: H2O2 releases Oxygen as it degrades. So, when this happens like in hospital settings doesnt it, as a byproduct, oxygenate the air a bit more...for the folks breathing he air wherever it is applied...a little side benefit, perhaps ??
trying to find when i first bought RBII probably 10 yrs or more ago. For years had serious concerns, as the business went from one idea to the next while the stock went down and down. Very happy to see what is happening now and pray that it continues....
