Do we know the price per share of this sale?
If it does, I am back in. I am betting longer term on this stock. Feast or famine.
Price movements are funny. I put in a SMALL-ish order at 31 cents. No doughnut. No one selling.
The license grants are good news. Why no PR to help the stock?
They paid for PR with stocks - i wonder if its the marketing company offloading
Did I miss any news? Why are people offloading?
I heard Defranco state that the reason why Solbright merged with M2M was because Solbright was missing the end to end IOT capabilities.
If all that is of value is the licenses from FCC, why the merger? Why was Solbright even needed by M2M ?
Sales jobs (building automation B2B sales), network commercialization related jobs, data science jobs.
Today, their website does not even have a career section. Is that not odd? To me that indicates that they are probably looking for a strategic buyer once the licenses are aggregated?
Given this - & lack of hiring, I am betting that the strategy is a sale of these licenses to a strategic buyer?
Great news. Thinking about upping my stake
If I was IOTC, I would publicly state these wins. Unless there are NDAs with mom & pops.
In the minimum, progress on % population covered should be reported
I am holding on to the 36K shares I have. Wont pretend its easy to do so.
My basis is 0.47 & my patience is 0.00.
Where r u seeing this?
This means that the LP model is working & mom & pop license owners are deciding to join the aggregation effort by IOTC. Hopefully this increases the sale ability of the licenses
Thanks for posting. I think their PR is missing the element where the MHZ pop acquisition strategy is linked to revenues & margins. I dont think every day investing public will understand the story as its being currently payed out.
Healthier volume for sure.
We need FCC clearance to have partners lease the license back to us? If yes, why would the FCC support such a move? Governments generally don't favor exclusive models like these
I have experience in handling sensors in Automotive segment that are communicating around 433MHZ. Low frequency spectrum has its place in our internet of things future. The valuation of IOTC is now linked to
1. COvering 90%+ population with the 800MHZ spectrum
2. Finding recurring high value add applications of the spectrum
Thats why I am long. I did not sell my holings (0.47 basis) @ 1.52.
HOnestly, everything else, I dont look at (like short interest).
But then again, there may be info I am not considering.
Seen 0.3 to 1.52 last year. So patience is key.
If Paul goes away, the asks are showing interesting uptick.
Waiting endlessly for a press release here
IOTC customer - Walmart
I see they claim Walmart as a prior customer. Any PR anyone has seen around this?
Bids & asks have fallen through dramatically.
Maybe we are the only ones seeing something.
Which can be good. I am rebuying in if it goes to 0.35
Competition: I am a bull on IOTC
But there are competitors. I am trying to dig through T Mobil's NBIOT claims
What do you guys make of this -

The original public company was Solbright. Then there was a (reverse) merger with M2M to create IOTC. The current company is too new to compare against historical performance. Also, the business model is different than Solbrights. Although, solar install & energy as a service models still exist in the new IOTC, the bulk of the company's promise for future valuations stems from its ownership of spectrum licensed by FCC.
Uplisting :If the space is as big as we think, why keep trading on OTC ? Assuming they can meet the criteria ?
Got a few more at 40. Nervously.
Bought some more @ 45.

Thanks. This helps. It also means that the mom & pop partners are showing a lot of faith in "loaning" this money in form of notes to IOTC. There must be a lot of confidence that the future revenue streams will be robust - otherwise, if I am a mom & pop my P&L looks like:
1. Cash outflow to FCC
2. Cash outflow to IOTC to build network
3. Cash inflow from IOTC in note payment
4. Cash inflow in % of revenue
If I am a mom & pop, I am betting on 4 not on 3 (with such a small cap company).
Not sure if I got any of this right.
I doubt its from products - as that would then show up as revenues? This shows up in the "financing activity". Its cash coming in to IOTC. And its not sale of stock. So, more likely its coming in from Spectrum owners ? This is very confusing to me - might explain why not more traders are in the market for their stock. Damned hard to understand their business model.
Someone may have jumped the gun as the UK posting happened even before it was posted on their site. I still have question on the revenue based notes. It seems like in the cash flow statement, there is a 16M inflow. Who is paying this to IOTC? Why?
Has anyone seen job postings from IOTC? If their building and solar verticals are growing, we should see more openings ? I am trying to find proxies for growth signs
