Attis Innovations site is down. Just a heads up.
No problem
I'm more interested in the lignin capabilities than the ethanol if I'm being honest.
Really don't see the need for Attis to relist at this point. Seems like they're finding plenty of funding without the hassel of the public markets.
Maybe someday though. I'm sure people working there will want to cash in on their shares at some point.
Really really hoping KK throws in a JVCo update. That would be amazing.
The digits are their CUSIP#
Here's some information on that below:
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/cusipforspecificstock.asp#:~:text=The%20CUSIP%20number%2C%20also%20known,are%20traded%20on%20public%20markets.
That number replaced the ATIS ticker a few days after delisting. It's basically an identification tag, just slightly more complicated than that.
I have checked with every major broker and none allow trading of Attis shares at the moment. The only way you'll be able to get rid of them is P2P if you're looking to sell. If I'm wrong on that, I would love to be corrected.
As for determining actual ownership in Attis, I would contact your broker and see what they have to say. Here's some information on that:
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersowncerthtm.html
As for Bitzo, ask KK if he can add that to the update. Doubt he will as it's non-greenshift related, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I'm sure there's a list of people that want to know what happened there.
I see what you're say. So Q4 2020 update not Q1 2021 update. Sorry aboat dat.
Those dates are right
I believe the Greenshift JVCo transaction took place in 2018 aswell.
I really have no idea what the main accounting issues where here. The Non-Reliance 8-K really muddied the water.
2018 was an extremely busy year for Attis and I don't think they were prepared for it accounting wise. There are a lot of places issues could have popped up, Greenshift being one of them.
Here's what happened from the beginning of 2017 to the end of 2018:
DTX Medical Acquisition
American Science and Technology licensing and lease agreement
Wellnes, LMGM, Integrity Lab Solution Acquisitions
Advanced Lignin Biocomposites Acquisition
UT-Battelle License Agreement
Greenshift Licensing Agreement
Meridian Waste Sale
Genarex Investment
Noveda Technologies Investment
Series F restructuring
Quality RX Returns Acquisition
Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology Licensing Agreement
GS equity conversion
It'd be nice, but I'm not holding my breath. I think we'll be here a while.
Greenshift will be releasing an update in the next quarter. Hopefully, there are some JVCo details in there.

They were closed from roughly March 25th to May 19th.
I'm curious as to why both you and Nimble wouldn't wait to increase your position (in GERS) until the situation actually turns around?
We've all looked at this situation in it's entirety and best case scenario shows serious upside while worst case scenario shows more of exactly what's happened in the past.
Your downside risk could essentially be eliminated by simply waiting for the filings to be released. You might miss some upside, but we all know that a mere 100% miss on the upside is nothing in totality if the picture is as good as Kevin and Slash claim it is.
I think a 100% to 200% loss in upside is a fair cost for eliminating the risk involved here entirely.
What's thoughts on this?
(This is exactly how I sized the investment in Attis. More accumulation after the follow through occurs.)
Anyone else looking at this?

They're tied to the Greenshift litigation.
Will you elaborate on this?
End of March to mid May, sounds like the Fulton plant may have been down. Just fyi
There's a weird serenity in darkness. It's growing on me.
And just for the sake of argument, here's a 2018 study measuring the accuracy of google earth and google maps measurements.
https://arcca.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/SAE-RESEARCH-PAPER-HARRINGTON-et-al.pdf
And here's a YouTube video measuring the accuracy.
I'll throw this out there, just for the entertainment:
According to this, https://www.syracuse.com/news/2010/11/sunocos_ethanol_plant_in_volne.html, the Fulton ethanol production plant is 300,000sqft and produced 85m gallons of ethanol with the ability to produce 100m gallons after upgrades according to this https://energycentral.com/c/ec/attis-acquires-100-million-gallon-year-corn-ethanol-plant#:~:text=Attis%20Industries%20has%20completed%20the,%E2%82%AC17.7%20million)%20in%20cash..
So at 85m gallons that gives you 283 gallons per sqft.
At 100m gallons that gives you 333 gallons per sqft.

According to, https://greenshiftbiofuels.com/, building 3 in the image above is the right address.
According to google maps, buildings 1 & 2 are a different address, but the right address.
Google Maps also gives you the ability to measure. I don't know down to what percent google maps is accurate, but I figure what the hell. It's Sunday and I have nothing to do but relax, so why not speculate in a totally irresponsible manner. So that's where the square footages for the three GreenShift buildings come from.
According to google maps, the total area of each building is as follows:
Building 1: 27,243.51 sqft
Building 2: 11,137.96 sqft
Building 3: 6,789.68 sqft
If you take Attis' production per square foot and multiply it by each of the potential GreenShift buildings square footage, you get the following:
85m gallon comparison:
Building 1: 7,709,913.33 gallons
Building 2: 3,152,042.68 gallons
Building 3: 1,921,479.44 gallons
100m gallon comparison:
Building 1: 9,072,088.83 gallons
Building 2: 3,708,940.68 gallons
Building 3: 2,260,963.44 gallons
Terminological Inexactitude
Is there a production volume attached to that plant or is it still unknown?
Not really sure to be honest. Seems like biofuel plants are a hot commodity in the US at the moment. They could probably sell Fulton in a year and come out with a decent profit if they wanted to. It's a valuable asset though and I'm sure you can squeeze more out of a dollar other places in the world than you can in the US at the moment. Makes sense to be looking at plants globally. Thats just my opinion though.
Was looking at the Ethanol market and played around with a few numbers. Don't take the results to seriously, might be a few flaws in the logic. Enjoyed doing it though. Let me know if any of the figures are way off.
Total Market for Ethanol in 2019 was 29b gallons
Since 2007 it's grown at a rate of 7.26% compounded
RFS Indicates a target of 36b by 2022 and has grown at a rate of 9.50% compounded since 2009
Those two average growth rates equate to a rough future growth rate of 8.38% for the entire ethanol market.
The Fulton plant at 100m gallons captures .003% of the entire market.
If you project the 8.38% into the future at year five, the total market is at 43b gallons, at year 7 50b gallons, and at year 10 64b gallons.
If you take Attis' current market share of .003% at the intervals above you get the following production volumes: Year 5 150m gallons, year 7 175m gallons, Year 10 223m gallons.
Based on Attis' projections of 150m in revenue off of 80m gallons a year that gets you 1.87 revenue per gallon.
(Year 5 $280m, Year 7 $329m, Year 10 $419m) Ethanol Revenues
If Kula is the same size as Fulton then 300m isn't out of the realm of possibilities and they'll definitely be growing much faster. Based on employee count stated, there's a chance Kula could be much bigger. 160 vs 40 according to the memorandum and AttisBiofules site figures.
Really wish they'd release some more insights, but I'll take what I can get.
Cosman is one of the directors
Never thought I'd see a hand sanitizer company born out of this situation. It's crazy how the world works.
What standards do board members usually have when joining a company? I would assume their reputation is on the line so they would be relatively high, but maybe that's not a logical way to think about things.
Seems fair. Hopefully between 4 & 8%. Large range, but like you said, it's essentially guess work. Good to be prepared for a large variety of outcomes.
Rough estimate yeah. Takes into consideration Kula too.
$300m revenue mark
Good find
Looks like a great company to be in long-term. Not sure why it's not higher. Must be missing something.
What's going on here?
What's everyone's best guess as to what's going on here?
Audited financials would be the great news in my opinion. Moving from OTC opens up a whole new category of buyer.
Reverse splits are negative when dilution is the cause (may also cause flashbacks for some GERS investors). Otherwise, in theory, they're a neutral event frowned upon by investors because its usually the mark of a poor performing stock and raises red flags.
In GreenShift's case, moving off of OTC should be a great thing for GERS investors. "Should be," assuming the information everyone is receiving is true and the outlook for the company is actually positive.
If I'm wrong about anything, feel free to call me out. I'm just really excited for some financial transparency. Good or bad.
A decade long wait. That's the definition of patience right there. Unfortunately patience isn't worth anything if it goes no where. Then it's just wasted time. If that turns out to be the case here, I'm sorry for your loss. Hope KK follows through in the next few months.
Hopefully via follow through, financials, relisting, sound capital allocation, and share appreciation over the next decade, or five.
Was guessing roughly the same. Thanks for the guestimate.
I loved watching The Price is Right growing up. Maybe that's where my fascination comes from.
Revenue estimates?
Do you happen to have a file with all the information you've collected on the company over the years? I mean like EVERYTHING. I could take the ground-up approach to looking into Univec, but if you already have a ton of information it's much easier to just verify and leapfrog off of an informed expert's collection of information. If not, where would recommend I start? Thanks in advance and good luck everybody.
It's related to Attis' Meridian Waste Days. No longer relevant.
