I am having a hard time understanding were all the shares for sell are coming from.... Does someone hold so much arger for HEMI that they are willing to take a lose just to keep it down. It pretty clear to me that someone is trying very hard to keep HEMI down.

No one has been able to buy this many shares below this point. Last two weeks volume was outstanding, but who is flipping for a lost.

I guess I came out of my shell for the last two months, now back in.

After reading you last post, I guess I should change my thinking, NOT. Time is all I have given to Keith and Hemi. Why does it take Keith so long to complete everything. I am tired of excuses.... The new asset lease holdings, can you really show any progress in the area. We get a bite and then its dead, then some more air!

How is Collin well any different from the well in 07 that started at 68 bbpd which was cut back then cut back. A lot of air or the lack of oil..


From the Barnett Shale Tarrent County leases to the Sabine County leases to the Bakken Divine/Burke County leases to the SEK leases to the SEK drilling activity to the SEK current operation.........the Hemi business strategy in my eyes is getting more and more in focus each day going forward.

How can one say more and more focus each day, who are you kidding. Four months to tells we have a winner, well maybe a winner. The one hit wonder or Well! Same tune in 06 just a different well. I don't think so, or we would have seen some NOI's but now is my feeling.

Thats all great but whats has it done for the PPS and the shareholder. I been holding over one and a half years, but it still hurts not to see PPS rise on any news. It looks like the only way the PPS is going to rise is a buyout. Dead money til then and Keith is expecting it around 2010. Keith could help raise the PPS at least to a FMV for the shareholders so they could feel better about there investment. JMO

Just got back and wondering what happen to PPS. There was two pr's and PPS fallen back down. Sounds like two gambler (flippers bailed out) is that correct? It seems that there is going to be a lot of news coming this week or next.

Hemi is starting to move in upward direction and still negitive shorts are there. You just can not please everyone.

Wrong -- The leases are worth money so its the same as issuing shares for money.

Your wrong- the lease are worth something in the future.

Only the company can issue shares so that means the company issued the shares. I'd like to think they didn't issue them for free, so if the company issued the shares then they got the proceeds.

ChrisJP Do you really think that's right. Try 2005 to now. You need to really do some DD. Get your facts straight. I would believe that if I was or was not investing in Hemi, I would aleast know some history to make a good decison. And where do you think the money went, maybe shares for lease might be one place to look.

I have no problem with the increase in O/S to maintain the business in times of growth issues (hard times). Your statement was not directed in that direction. Your statement was directed to issue on Keith receiving for a year, plus of service and shares are restricted for two years. I for one would expect the management to gain from managing the business, would you not.

On March 30, 2006 Keith had 8,124,700 and on June 30,2007 16,124,700 a gain of 8,000,000.

There are a lot of newbies on the board. Just helping them out with their DD. Do you have a problem with that? I have no point, just giving facts.

Yes, your giving the facts, but only part of the facts, newbees need more than limited edition. How many shares has management sold at time related to your facts? I believe the answer is none as stated many times, but what do I know I am just long.

I have read for almost a year now all the bad things about Hemi and Keith. I feel sorry for these guys for not selling everything in the .40-.60 range.

We all get greedy, should have just sold and now been buying or waiting for the reason to buy. Sure hope it makes one feel good to be so negative or positive.

What will happen will happen, I sure can not control it, just make the best of it.....

I know 2007 was a write off but the the monthly production estimates totals back in first couple of months 2007 were to be pretty good. They did happen as plan. I was hoping the production total will match there estimates for this year. We have not been given any forcast. I think Keith is not going to give any estimate, which I can not blame him for that, I sure wouldn't until I see some numbers this year. One good think they are producing at almost a double on price.

Why have we not heard any about Montgomery County lease continues to produce better than average oil production from its mature reworked wells from the 5/4/07 pr.

Are the only working on Woodson leases.

Again I am ready to go, just need a reason.

By the way who is the big seller. It would be nice to hear a word from last years big supporters, if they are still supporters. Hope they are still reading the boards.

How many lease does Hemi have in the Dakota's? Big news there in 30 or so days.

IMO Hemi has a lot of life left to go.

Do you think this company ever going to make something of itself? It just sit here in .05's, I think someone does not what to let it go. Everyday there AH trades. What will it take to break loose. I listen to all these other stock O & G plays which helps to make a little. They all have hundreds of millions shares and debt. Hemi has only a hundred million Max and no debt. There are so many here talking about what's go to possibly be and wants not going to be.

A year and half ago Hemi was building itself, then came along a lot of bad luck. Now it seems maybe they are starting over, except they have more leases which adds value. I keep watching and waiting to enter another buy, just as many others are likely doing. Monday's big buy days the rest of the week is sit and wait, for next Monday to come along.

I totally agree with on that matter, but its way past the panic level. No one getting my shares at these prices. Its now a waiting game for me. I fail to see this coming last year. The last three weeks have had a lot of buying at the beginning of the each week. Where's the selling coming from is what I keep wondering. How big is the wall, what's it going to take to been it down? The AH trades this week had a net range of $175 to $325 between to trade price and the high of the day. If someone could explain to me why anyone would be selling a loss when the reward vs risk is great at this point in time. Oil at a all time high, profit is greater than ever for every barrel of oil produced. That's much more profit than last year. Am I crazy or what?

I would say they nothing to sell. I got 5k at .085 and put a bid in for another 10k at .09 all day and it never show up, just like my bid at .085. Nite was sitting all day at .083. I put a bid in a .095 when it was at .098. It did show either. I pull it back to .09 just to see if any would go through. I guess we see were we open tomorrow.

Great PR, I beleive this is like the beginning to the new year. This is what I was looking forward in the my statements yesterday. End of year reasons to add more shares, very nice christmas present the way I see it.

Merry Holidays

Well, don't post much. Tomorrow will be one year from my only purchase, which is still below this point. I still half of my original purchase. At the time of my purchase, I saw was that Hemi was going to meet some production levels, no debt, some great future plans, great DD by board members and told to throw out the pinkie hand book. Then the run occurred, which was great. Then the weather hit, for me, not really knowing what kind of damage weather could create was a big problem. If I did I would have sold all my shares, my bad, but my plan always was to hold long term.

But now that is behind us I believe. From what I understand production is back now from were it was last year with some more fields. I understand the O/S in higher now, but the float is not. Still no debt and great DD done does not seemed to have changed. Then does seem to be more complaining on the board, but that is expected after the reversal that we have seen. The current PPS is high than my original purchase.

I never expected it to reach this point, now what to do. I thinking at the current PPS, I will be watching and getting really again to load my truck I think. Now maybe Hemi Energy Group will give out some new goals. Hopefully forth comming news will be grand in the new year, not expecting anything with the Holidays.

Wow, I been out of touch for last couple of months, just got a chance to read the board over the last couple of days. Guessing that there wasn't going to be much movement until production started up again from the flooding . I think the timing is prefect, now in my opinion. The best time to buy is when there is no reason.

The price is perfect for me, I just want to hear the trucks are loading the OIL. May have lost a year on hand, but on the other hand $95 oil is unbelievable. More profit, bang the next thing you know oil will be the best to have. I still believe Hemi Energy group is the best buy on my list.

Question for the Board, I been trying do some calculating and was just wondering if anyone knows the time period for the leases being signed by Hemi. I have seen some leases that range be 5 to 15 years. Hemi seems to sign a different type of lease where the leasee is pay direct for there share of the oil payments.

YW, I been pretty quite for a while, but it seems to be the time to start adding to my position. The weather has been great for Hemi this last month. So, were a couple of months behind our summer time projection. I feel its a coming around the corner. I sure the rest of my order will be filled on the open tommorrow.

edit Well How's that for you. I raise my .23 to .25, they didn't fill any at .24 I don't think they were going to fill any at first. They were really playing some games Today!

They fill only 2500 of the 8500 which after I raised it to .235

I just put in two orders at .23 one for 8500 and 30000 shares not showing up on level 2. The games MM's are playing.

I fully agree with you on the GUT feelings and PATIENCE, I know it is not always the best thing but in this case it and NO DEBT, and Low Outstanding, makes my gut really feel good. Then there is Keith which is down to earth. What better things could you ask for? The company is on the market for less than a year as pinkie and really didn't need to be public, but thank you for the chance of a life time.

WOW, Just got done watching Oil, Gas, and Rigs on Discovery. They where drilling in Western OK, Elk City. Gas was to be at 2 miles down which they drilled in 48 hours. After watching this program I can only believe that when Keith starts the there drilling program (soon as it dries out) there is really going to be a lot of wells going in. There depths are not near that depth. I see how Hemi can really do some drilling and with all the great leases they have and are acquiring, Hemi and shareholders will soon be seening the rewards!

Secondly trading Hemi and flipping to get a few more shares can be a good thing, but only if you don't miss the next run and it will happen. You should always protect you investment, I always try to get my seed money back, if not a double. I my case with Hemi that's what I did on the first run! Now I hold +250k for the bigger picture, I have also rebought in the twenties. I believe Hemi falls into not a normal Pinkie! NO DEBT, LOW OUTSTANDING, AND LOW FLOAT what more can you ask for in such a short period. Only time will tell if I am right or wrong, It sure is nice to sleep at nite and not worry!
