When FIT$ reaches $2.59, the SP of TWD you will have made:
$61,642
that is the funniest thing i've ever seen...so FITX will be valued at 9 BILLION??
Oh of course, they will be pulling in 5 billion in revenue cause pinky bill says so...oh, 5x the expected sales in ALL of CANADA by 2024 according to health canada.
See how stupid those projections sound now?
I believe the prior posters are right - while Tweed didn't authorize and may not know anything about it, you will often find there are 'mirrored' tickers in the pinks/greys - they will trade exactly as TWD does on the venture except in US$. They are 'typically' very illiquid and its difficult to get in and out, but if the CAD side goes, it goes regardless. Just like THVDF is to THC.
sites legit, but April Fools....
the guy asked about Putnum first, then he spoke in general of hedgefunds, essentially calling it a hedge fund.
Uh, this ain't a hedge fund
https://www.putnam.com/individual/mutual-funds/funds/756-emerging-markets-income-fund/A
Infact, do any of the filings relate to a hedge fund? Which one...prove it?
which one of these multi-million $ income funds gave you the privilege of talking to them on the weekend to confirm how legitimate it is? Oh yeah, thats right, none of them, but your word must be gospel cause you said it! Just like the guy that tweeted that he knows of funds that are already invested in SPLI, then deleted his account when he realized false statements can get one in trouble.
Show proof or move on, fixating on this funds BS just hurts the company IMH, they had plenty else to go on without that confusing the issue and making for a false pump.
As for comment earlier about pinks...corrected, on yahoo its otc-other, that was always pink sheet before they decided to make a bunch of convoluted divisions of pinks. No difference, same principle stands.
and unfortunately the VP plays up the error as well, either stupid, or unethical. That's the unfortunate part. Who cares that the filings went to wrong place, but for management to mislead (while not lying as they were real filings which was the question asked, just in wrong location), is shallow and should be very eye opening!
https://twitter.com/YanivNahon/status/449962185742376960
mutual funds can't buy pink sheets (would be stupid even if they could), regardless
1. accelerated return notes - public offering linked the S&P index...nothing to do with investing in common stock
2. Aftershock strategies fund - The primary objective of the Aftershock Strategies Fund (the “Fund”) is preservation of capital with a secondary objective of capital appreciation, each in the event of a long term decline in the equity and fixed income markets.
(preservation of capital meaning bonds, high end blue chip, fixed assets etc etc)
3 CLAYMORE EXCHANGE-TRADED - that filing just relates to a public offering
4. Credit Suisse accelerated return notes...same as #1
5. Putnum Funds Trust - is an open-ended fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by Putnam Investment Management, LLC. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests in obligations of governments in developed and emerging markets, investment grade debt, high yield debt, bank loans, convertible bonds and structured credit, securitized: mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations nope, don't see any mention of pinksheets in there - all fixed and low risk asset stuff
6. DBX ETF TRUST The fund invests in the public equity markets of the emerging countries across the globe which include Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey foreign entities only, no domestic
7. Dreyfus Global - IF you believe the fund will place SPLI in the same seat as google, Adobe and other blue chips.
Point being, these are just filing (real filings), but filings that are incorrectly grouped under SPLI...has absolutely nothing to do with SPLI, so focus on the company and why you were here in the first place.
exactly....probably some search algorithm sucked in these filings to the wrong place - same with MDBX couple days ago. You are a fool if you actually believe mutual funds are loading up a pinksheet stock. You really have no right to even be trading if you fall for that! The big guys know they are full of crap, shame on them, but damn, give your head a shake.
well, hard to realistically listen to the $15 million kool aid man with the $10 billion cap in 5 months theory...I was thinking more in the lines of something from management
yeah, I saw the original tweets from last week and have been in since 0.004, so any exposure is good and enjoyable, but just pointing out he didn't go out of his way to tweet ERBB this time, just retweeted another and added a note saying they are hard for him
the original tweet here:
https://twitter.com/PotStocker/status/437749720987860992
curious one for me, has management given out any kind of hopeful revenue models? Isn't something I have really found. TIA
that was a reply of potstocker...not cramer saying thats his top - cramer just said most are hard for him
yeah, re listened and I see its a little vague how it was worded, but they could have been implying uplist to otc immediately in May with the future goal of getting to Naz...
For those questioning uplisting...well, they clearly said nas or nyse, not otc. For those questioning how thats possible, well, it would have to involve a R/S (they said no R/S, but they will realize thats a reality for any shot at uplist to meet min price), and as for all the other specs, well, ADMP recently just pulled it off and I sure as hell didn't think they met minimum requirements, and it wasn't through buyout, it was stand alone uplist, so it's 'possible'...would I count on it, no, but it's 'possible'.
I will say listening to that audio that they certainly need to work on their communication skills. Regardless how 'frustrating' or wrong a shareholder may be, you don't talk down at them, you don't raise your voice, you don't speak over them. Gotta work on that to be taken seriously (perhaps smoke some weed prior to chill u out?) They are in a controversial sector, so they will be met with aggression and need to keep it professional.
Just an observation!
SPCL thin fresh pot play in alliance with GRNH...trend north of 50, spiked at open, settled nicely here. Will move quick with a little volume.
GLCO new pot play news out AH yesterday
GLCO new pot play news out AH yesterday
hmm, any confirmation on that? I did finally get my first fill today, but still no L2.
keep in mind also that estimate of 0.25 is just core business. Likely determined by Chardan when they did their report back in June and knew nothing of the 3d printer development.
you have another tech with a 3d printer angle with 20m in cash, quite low float, forecast 25c eps next year WITHOUT any 3d printer impact, be the only one in the world used for their specific application with the possibility of recurring ink sales as well. As posted by weege on thelion, 'the DDD of circuit board printing'
some text from last CC:
"I want to add a short update on our 3D digital inkjet solder mask printer, last quarter we reported that we have internally passed the technology feasibility phase and expect to bring a product into benefiting early next year, today we should reassured that you can show the technology the ink, the ink heads and the application. In our opinion, the main technology risk is behind us most of the current tasks are on an engineering level and we expect to start test at a customer site within eight to 12 weeks it has been a long way in getting this point.
We are excited and despite a much longer development stage and originally planned, we believe we are ready for these first customer tests to remind all of you, this 3D solder mask printing technology will expand our addressable market by an additional $600 million to $700 million, no doubt a big number for Camtek, it creates a great opportunity to sell many printers, but even more exciting is the opportunity for future consumable ink revenues.
To summarize the third quarter, I’m pleased with Camtek financial results we are positioned well with the new products and the great cost structure that will allow us to leverage and up cycle. I’m especially content with the advances made with our 3D printer DMD, I am sure it will become a major part of Camtek’s store in the next two years
"we have to remember, although 3D printing is it’s a technology out there already, but 3D printing for our application, which is a functional 3D printing, has not been done yet in the world. So as far as I know we’re the first one."
"no doubt in my mind again as I’ve said I think, the risk element big part of the risk element is behind us in terms of the technology, and we’re few weeks from putting tooling to a customer. And I think the next milestone is really meeting this milestone which will be few weeks from now. So by next quarter call, I hope I’ll have more interesting update. And I think we’ll take it once step at a time and I don’t think I want to go into details right now of expected revenues in 2014, a little bit too early for us to estimate."
So does this get accepted as a 3d print play mainstream? Looks like it would deserve to from what I read - well, SGLB cap is 111m & 110x sales, ONVO is 707m & 642x sales, VJET is 559m cap & 50x sales (oops, their revenue is actually based on a loan to the customer), and XONE is 770m cap & 26x revenue. CAMT is 90m cap & just over 1x sales. Think I know where I would rather be given those comparisons.
Level II down.....computer died so had to set up a new one, and getting nowhere with my level II - have tried uninstalling java and re-installing from java.com, with reboot, and cleared all cache etc, I just get nothing. It spins as busy loading for a few 2nds, but just stops loading and stays at main screen. Using IE9.
Thoughts?
naw PCWT...they don't pump ones already sent out to F-lister crew like NVGC was
I don't know about that...these shorter idiots have been crying to SEC for a few years about APS - this isn't a new revelation by any means. I think it really just comes down to the ticker with too many red flags - permanently halted in Canada and BS claims of multi-million $ deals with nasdaq companies etc - those kind of PR's are always big no-nos...put fake crap that can't be verified and SEC usually looks the other way.
Guess we will find out in the upcoming month or so.
Hope you can salvage something...sucks :(
still on the fence here...I think it is probably more about PWEI than APS, and since they had to do the scramble away from PVEN, they probably didn't do the homework on the ticker. Fact is, it was halted in Canada for the whole time VM ran the original promo so would have ended up on the SEC radar, and it was still halted now with no attempts to resolve whatever filing issues they may have had. Gunn still says another pick coming and I tend to believe his story more than the slack jawed yokel Goniffs. It was just APS not giving a crap about the fine details, screwing us, but on they go back on schedule.
I'm sure there is more to the story though and royally sucks for you guys that were holding here.
SAEX related info here:
Company website: http://www.saexploration.com/en/
last earnings: http://www.saexploration.com/images/press_releases/SAE%20Announces%20New%20Projects.pdf
SAEX one worth looking at longer term - was blank check with deal just completed - brings in a stock on target for probably 1.3 eps and probably 50% undervalued. Will likely pop big on next earnings once lazy people realize the true numbers here (o/s is around 16m now fyi)
its pulled for now, PDF of it was saved (it wasn't the full report anyway)

mailer action here...looks like full report isn't uploaded yet though

one theory I have (having just received a Dickson teaser for tomorrow pick) is the F-listers caught wind that a pick would be released, so faked one to run a few day pump. Real pick comes out tomorrow, it crashes hard.
Just a theory...just have no idea why F-listers would get first crack at the ticker prior to Dickson, so trying to think logically how it could be playing out through a crooks head!
LOTE gotta be almost baked here
UNDT super thin off ricin scare - check the chart and the pops it has done recently on little volume. Company already playing off it as well with PR today.
teffy, you of all people should know the game and realize they do whatever trick possible to make it work. In reflection, this was brilliant really - they have unloaded a bunch of the paper already, created a bunch of bitter people not willing to buy, and created fear so no one is in with size. They then release the mailers using a nice low fresh starting point for Mr and Mrs clueless Doc, little selling resistance on the way because size is long gone and licking wounds or counting their blessings, and they can now easily rip it.
I gambled on no cancel and won that, I'm in the hole right now with an avg around .16, but I think that will be green by early Monday and up from there. This COULD be really good from here and I think you know it and don't want to pay too much.
Being wrong is fine - we all are at some point in time, but being stubborn and not playing the game just because you were wrong about it being the pick isn't going to make you money. You know they are slimeballs and will take your money if you let them, but you ALSO know they can make us alot of money and thats why we keep coming back! Right?
thats nothing, I went for a massage during VKMD first day and it ended up being a $4000 massage! Good thing she's hot!
Amen to the unattended, although as today proved, even attended can be a clusterf*!^*
hey, I have questrade as well and had spent last year finding alternatives - RBC and I-Scotia are 2 such but high starting commission...I have an RBC account. It is very basic, but they waived my steep brokerage fees when I showed them my transaction records at Questrade. Worth it as I freely trade what I want there now, but they don't have stop losses for otc/pinks - for that reason, I still have $$ in my questrade for the more risky stuff.
I have a contact looking into TD Ameritrade (CAD side) - he claims no daytrade pattern rule on the CAD side, no illiquidity, and not sure about stop loss. I am waiting to hear how it goes once he is funded there.
Sucks to be a canadian trading US pennies!
Funny thing with Questrade, they don't even have a clue how the illiquidity rule works. I just got an email from a team lead of client services and he gave me totally wrong information which I have already disproved in my last trade..lol
REAC has a shot - break mid 2's the ticket. This one has come down from WAY higher
certainly possible...only other theory I have is a good pick to boost their mailerlist confidence since VM has tended to suck lately! A good screwing is a safer theory thou..lol
