Loaded up and ready for action!
No doubt everyone is disappointed with where this stock is today versus what we were hoping for and expecting a few months ago. How we got here and why is something that could debated at length...I don't see much point in hashing it to death.
However, my sense is that we are here through errors and bad judgement calls in the operation of the company, not through deliberate deception (scamming) as is the case with many pinks. I am therefore still planning to hold on with my rather substantial position rather than panicking and selling at a loss. I would like to give Gene a chance to set the ship right and give the company a chance to implement the plans it has. I think the vision and business plan was good; the execution was bungled. Now that they are making efforts to correct mistakes and do it right, it could still turn out well. I am hoping so and will wait to see how it will unfold.
Everyone will have to make their own evaluation of this stock and there will be lots of different opinions on what to do. This is mine. I haven't posted for awhile as there wasn't much to say, but thought I would just add this today.

North Lion is holding long and strong....will buy some more today if the price suits me.

Good stuff!
Thank you very much, Chevy.
Thanks to Mike for your service as Mod. I don't normally post here - there is enuff traffic already, but you helped me in my investment decisions with respect to INXR, so thanks! Sorry to see you move on.

I found this helpful:
A very good primer on Penny stock investing...the first part is more basic but it gets more informative as you go along:
http://www.thethirddimension.net/stocks/
Good for you, kateric....your strategy has worked provided you can get back in while it is low. My earlier post was to those selling now at .012 or less even to supply an MM....there is a tendency to sell when a stock is at the bottom out of discouragement and frustration, and I feel badly for those that do so - you can't win when you buy high and sell low.
Meanwhile I have been buying more shares while it is down. Who knows how low it may go yet - if we knew that it would drop another 4 cents, we wouldn't buy now, but I would rather buy now and know I have them before the train leaves the station than wait too long and miss out.
Lion
The best thing to do with NSHV is to hold and wait....selling now when it is down brings about the very thing you don't want - a declining share price. But, if people are inclined to sell at these levels, I don't feel bad about buying. Nevertheless, I do think they would be better off to wait it out. Prices go up and they go down. Right now they're down....with a bit of time they should be back up. Patience will win the battle.
Lion
buying opportunities.....once news comes I think we will see the pps going back up.
Lion
We should have God involved in everything....it's the only way to go! However, we should not presume that God wants us to make a huge profit in a short time...He usually has a longer journey in mind for us. Learning patience is more important than profit, for example. Testing our faith (when the price drops, for example) is of greater value than a quick profit. So, having God involved doesn't necessarily mean quick bucks. But I agree with GW.....the long term results of having God involved are good. And, I attempt to have some divine guidance on my picks as well.

Hi Cat,
Nice to hear from you..how's the hip?
Lion
I found this posted by Miagi on the SLON board, but I think it says well what I can see happening with NSHV.
Quote: Here is the real way to make money from the pinks besides day or week trading,
Find a company that actually has a product and the product you foresee to sell and sell well. Then sit on it until they are in the 100s of millions in revenue. Whether that takes decades, years, or months who knows.
If by chance you find that needle in a haystack then you will no doubt have riches beyond what you can imagine now.
:) This is just dreamers advice. [unquote]

Time will tell whether that is what we have in NSHV. Right now it seems we are dealing with a few bumps in the road as we are trying to get on with the main business of producing music underway. As present-day issues get resolved, and provided the business plan will be executed correctly, I do see the potential of this being "the big one". Compared to other pinks (e.g. EXPH) which may also be legitimate plays, I think the potential for high revenues and high profitability is much better with NSHV than with others. That is why I have invested a substantial amount in this company.
NorthLion
Thanks for the update, Chevy.
Legal work takes time, and when it gets complicated like the NSHV case is, it is going to take longer than some would like. Therefore, those who have patience to wait it out, will be rewarded and those who do not want to wait will sell and move on. There are many other opportunities in the market. Some will move faster than this one, but I doubt many will provide the returns this one will when you look back next year (October 2008). By then the legalities will be sorted out, warrants will have been processed, the company will be producing and selling music on an ongoing basis. I think the share price will improve long before then, but for those who qualify for warrants, the fuller reward will be next fall.
Meanwhile, it was nice to pick up some more at .016.

Ok, cat...cool! I wish I had "my money tree" too (LOL)...most of these shares are held by companies I manage...they're not all mine personally. But I have my own little chunk as well and continue to believe that when the dust clears, it will have been a great ride.

Cat
If people are wanting to part with their shares this cheap, I might as well take them instead of someone else. Right now we are in waiting mode....there is no news, and it will take awhile till the revenues start to flow from music sales. People get impatient or their plans change, so they want to move on. I think they would be much better to hang on to their shares rather than to sell, as we expect there to be very positive results not that far down the road. But that is their decision...
Lion
I don't think anyone should sell NSHV...however, if you want to get out, I have a bid in for 250,000 shares at .165.
Lion
Bugs....I am on the cheapie plan and cannot reply to a PM...you can send me an email at leo@ldj.net and I can reply that way. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip on the program, Cat....I watched it and enjoyed it. One thing that stood out to me as I watched was the value of connections to important people in the industry; with the right connections, things can happen. We have a management team with those kind of connections. How else did we get a signed deal with LeAnn Rimes? And a Christmas Album with many other significant names. The value of these connections cannot be overestimated, in my opinion.
Lion
When do you foresee the price heading back up strongly, WSM? Meanwhile, how much lower do you think it will go? Hard questions....I know. You don't want to wait too long, and you don't want to overpay either.
One can hold out hoping for .02 shares and never get them when others snap them up at .023 (just an example), and thereby miss getting more. On the other hand, you could buy a bunch at .028, like I did the other day for example, as they come available, and know you have them at a decent cost. They could then drift down lower, but I figure better to have some at a good price than to miss out entirely by waiting for the steal. When the stock takes a run again and hits .10 or higher, the difference between having bought at .028 and .023 won't be a huge concern.
NorthLion
Hi Cat,
I don't want to count any chickens till they hatch! However, considering that we will be eligible for our .01 shares as per the warrant for each share we had this year on July 15th, I guess my share count at the end of July next year could be very substantial, and depending on the pps, it could be a tidy sum!
A lot can happen in a year...I expect we will see the share price much higher than .10 by then too. I know I will be selling some shares before then as well (not wise to not take some money back off the table when there is an opportunity to do so - but at these prices now, I have added some "post July 15th shares" and these will be the ones I figure on selling to get some of my original investment back; that way I may still have all of my July 15th shares intact for warrants).
Leo
Thanks PGA...that would be great.....and nice to have company with you and a number of other longs on here...I haven't sold a single share yet and don't plan to until we are at least over .10 - at that point I might consider taking a bit of my initial investment back off the table - we'll see. I think the patient will be rewarded big-time.
Lion
We should not be surprised that there is no volume these days. We have a sizable number of longs holding this stock who aren't selling, so there won't be any volume coming from them. So that is a good thing!
At the same time, there are few new buyers for a few reasons: the company is still in start-up mode (no financial records, no revenue), we are a period of uncertainty with reference to the injunction, and the share price has dropped right back down from where it was a few weeks ago...brings hesitation to new investors.
However, the fundamentals are strong, in my opinion. We have a strong business plan that is being executed. We have a strong management team to lead us forward, and there is still a low float (even if you included the 504's, and they are still supposed to be returned). Once we see some revenue starting to flow (this fall), the value here will grow rapidly. I think we have a buying opportunity right now for those who can appreciate what is here.
We should hopefully be seeing some news release(s) again soon.
Lion
Hi,
I picked up 249,000 today, most at .028 (thanks!)...and also have bought some over the past week at .042 and .038. The fundamentals are right for this stock; there is a solid business plan and as it unfolds in the next months, the vlaue will be there for the longs! There are always fluctuations in these penny stocks as daytraders buy and unload.
NorthLion
Sounds good, Cat....I am thinking I may hang on to more of my shares for the year than I first thought....I am encouraged to see that we are looking like we have finished with share dumping. I think we should start climbing again now and when the injunction gets filed, we will soar up. Meanwhile, the company continues working on the production side and that is where the real value of the company will get built.
NorthLion
I think it is good that no one is selling below .02. Eventually we may see people willing to start buying at .02 and more when they are sure that there won't be more cheapies coming available.
Lion
My count is up from what it was....I believe in this stock. But it is a start-up and star-ups take time to get coing. There is no revenue for a period of time, and we are in that period. I guess I am more of an investor than a trader. I bought in and will wait for the results. It's a bit like farming - you plant the seed and then you just have to wait. You can go look at your field the next day and you won't find crops yet. A week later, still nothing....the the next month some green leaves and such, but you have to wait till the heads form and they ripen before you harvest.
For those discouraged about the share price and thinking of selling, it is exactly that which is helping to drive the price down. If no one sold, there would be little momentum downwards. I guess some MM's could trade back and forth for a bit, but if no one else sells, that would end soon, IMHO.
Cheers...best wishes to all. I think the LONGS will be around to reap the harvest....if this is just too long of a play, best wishes to those who move on. I hope you don't mind that I am picking up some of your shares.
Lion
I wish the price on this was higher - then I would just stay with what I have and wait. But since people are willing to sell shares at this level, I am still picking up more shares. I am not changing my totals on the main page, but I picked some up at .017, .016 and .0155 so far today.
My advice to all is "don't sell, hang on for awhile, and give things a chance to happen, whether it is the injunction or revenue coming in from sales. The injunction could be any day (but might not be immediate - legal stuff takes time), and revenue from sales will be a few months."
I can wait.
Lion
Yes, I am "lurking in the shadows" like a "stealth" buyer - my bids don't show up on the Level II screens when I place them through the main brokerage house I am now using - probably because it is from a Canadian source....so you never know what I am going for or for what price and amount! But I have a pretty good chunk of this one now too.
Lion
I managed to grab some more today as well Chevy...looking forward to good times.
Lion
Hi bugs,
I respect your experience and "sense" of what is happening in the market - you seem to be able to grasp more from just looking at numbers and trading patterns than most of us. However, there could be other explanations I think for the selling....for example, this stock which was expected to run up to .20 in a hurry hasn't done that, so I think it is possible that some who got in low (around .014) might now be thinking they should sell while they can still make a decent profit. The volumes aren't that high that this wouldn't be a possibility.
I don't think they are making a smart move when they sell this low, but each person makes their own decisions on that....
Lion
HI Chevy,
Thanks for the PM...I cannot reply by PM....can you PM me an email address...thanks.
Lion
bama4me.....
in the markets, you can never know for sure whether what you buy will go up or down, especially in the short-term. But you CAN look at the picture closely and find those stocks with the greatest probability to succeed by looking at all the factors that matter: the principles that run the company (their background, their market experience, their integrity), the business plan, the market conditions, the financing, the history, the market cap and distribution of shares, etc. After looking at many, many companies over the past few years, this has got to be one of those companies with the greatest potential for success, in my humble opinion. That is not a guarantee, as there is never a guarantee when investing in stock markets. But I want to put my $$'s where the probability of success is greatest, and that is what I have done.
That is not to say that we may not see ups and downs and valleys for awhile; if we do, we do. After all, it is still very early in the company's development and they have little or no revenues yet. But, they are doing all the right things to "prime the pump" and the prospect for good revenue streams is very high, considering the types of things they are doing. And, the revenues will start to flow relatively soon (3 to 6 months away I expect) as compared to many resource companies where revenue starts to flow after only several years of mine development or exploration work, for example. So, I would not be surprised to see the share price fluctuate up and down yet for a month or two (depending on what happens with the whole "squeeze" situation). But, after that I think things will be moving strongly "north". Patience wins the day.
NorthLion
More shares went into friendly hands today.....I don't think there was much if any covering happening today. The more shares we friendlies capture, the harder it will be to cover when it happens, and the more that will drive the price up.
However, I am of the opinion that this is a great stock to buy and hold even if the squeeze is delayed or doesn't materialize at all. The company's business plan alone will take this stock to where we want to be - way up! If and when the squeeze happens, that will only be the bonus.
My share count in the list dropped today - not that I sold any, but I split my holdings in the list according to several portfolios I have. I am remain strong and LONG on NSHV.
NorthLion
Can anyone help direct me to a company that offers a very real-time Level II for pinks without charging an arm and a leg? I know some brokerage houses offer them as part of their account package, but I am from Canada, and the Canadian brokerages don't cover US pinks. So I am looking for an independent Level II provider. I currently am using the free MicroCap Feed, but it is usually 20 minutes behind and also is often missing aome of the bids and asks.
Thanks.
Lion
Thanks...I have a buy order in at .0251 but it doesn't show...wierd..
Lion
Level II anyone?
BH17...I cannot PM...you can PM me tho, so if you send me an email address, I will get back to you.

Wow....got filled at .275 with 325,000 shares....and that was after buying up 200,000 more today at .028 and .03. I didn't expect to get them this cheap, but that suits me fine. I still figure that whatever I (and other longs) get, is not going to the shorters and that will make it just that much more difficult to cover their position. I am hoping that there will still be a squeeze action here and that will make me (any the rest of us) very happy.

Please update total to 4,368,000. Thanks.
