We need an update.
Chill buc, it's all good. IMO you are going to hear all about it next week, and btw, what do you mean by no near term payoff from the CAVD? I was under the impression that the CAVD could be bringing in revenues sooner than later.
All of those paid bashers over at RB have gotten to you. There must be 4 or 5 professional bashers over there. They even bash IHUB. They don't even deserve corked pond scum, they could survive on that.
It is a little curious, isn't it? Things have got to change for the better soon.
Tony Council is the other member of the board.
There have been a few nice buys come through. If we see a dozen more of those I'll be feeling pretty good.
It just depends on where things are at right now. For all we know, testing could be complete, and Cm2 could have already been activated.
Beings that there is no news as of yet, I would suspect we won't see any until Monday at the earliest. Like buc said, they don't usually release news on Friday. However, I still believe revenues are possible by the end of June.
I think it goes like this...
1. Cm2 expects that each EC unit will generate annual revenues in excess of US$44,000.
2. [b}With a five to seven year life span[/b
$44,000 Minimum annual revenues projected
* 5 Minimum life span of EC unit in years
________
$220,000 Minimum revenue expected from one unit over 5 years
3. the EC unit, with a projected cost of about $7,500.00 per unit according to Cm2,
So, if one unit brings you $220,000 over five years, but only cost $7500 to make one and they say
4. will bring a 29-to-1 cost to revenue basis.
Take $220,000 and divide by 29 and you get $7586.20
You have now made 29 times your initial investment over 5 years
I agree!
I am just trying to say we may start seeing some of these initial payments very soon. Won't the $2500.00 payments come before placement? If Cm2 is looking to place 300-600 units by the end of the first fiscal year, shouldn't we start seeing several of these payments being made for the manufacturing of these units before placement?
Maybe I am just being wishful, but I think this could be happening sooner than anyone realizes. Then again, I could be way off.
Here it is...
IHDR's joint venture partner, Cm2, will assist in the sales and distribution of IHDR's Energy Commander Systems Unit (EC unit). Cm2 expects that each EC unit will generate annual revenues in excess of US$44,000. Cm2 expects to distribute between 300 and 600 units in their first fiscal year, in addition to domestic U.S. distribution. Under the joint venture agreement, IHDR shall receive approximately 35% of revenue plus approximately $2,500 per unit produced for European use as a one-time up front payment per unit sold as well as a large share of revenues gained from the EC units that are distributed in Europe. With a five to seven year life span, the EC unit, with a projected cost of about $7,500.00 per unit according to Cm2, will bring a 29-to-1 cost to revenue basis.
If I understand things correctly, Internal Hydro will recieve initial payments of $2500.00 for each unit being manufactured by Cm2. I am going to look through the PR's to see if this is something I can find.
I am not saying they'll buy them. I am saying that if it is a lease situation, then wouldn't there still need to be initial payments to protect IHDR from insolvency. It is the same as when you lease a house and the landlord wants a security deposit (usually equal to one months rent) to protect the landlord from damage to the property, or inability to pay.
I am with you buc.
IMO a nice run is right around the corner. I have a feeling the news is going to be better than anyone ever expected. What if they have started taking initial payments for the units? Wouldn't that be sweet? I wouldn't think they are going to just make 10, 20, 40, or 100 units for people without recieving some sort of payment or contractual agreement. We know IHDR has recieved LOI's, but LOI's aren't binding. Now that IHDR is in their final production stage, we should start seeing actual contracts.
I think they are buying time for several reasons.
I think all the filing issues are to draw attention to the stock, good or bad. That will give them time to tighten "EVERYTHING" up. It will also allow for Craig to come home. This way when the "E" comes off they can follow with a bunch of "BIG NEWS." However, this is all my opinion.
It would also allow for their IR guy to make a bunch of calls.
I bought back, and even if I didn't, I follow this company closely.
It looks like several of you have gone way off topic. Can we please reserve this board for discussions about IHDR.
Thank You,
Tyecoon
Why does pinks mean no financing?
That is probably why he sounded so concerned, because he knows what is on the line. Who knows, they'll probably file and I'll be chasing the pps up, but my nerves couldn't take it anymore.
You know the thing that also bothers me is if they don't file they've wasted a lot of money applying to the OTC.BB and staying on it. From what I understand it is like $80,000.00 just to apply and I'm pretty sure there is an ongoing fee that is significant as well.
However, if they go to PK they won't have to worry about filing anymore so no ongoing fee and no auditors fee.
No, I just don't know what to think. I am very disappointed. I spend so much time defending these guys and this is what it has come to. I got out @ .21, and so did the majority of my friends and family. If they end up filing and everything looks good I will probably get back in, but if they don't I'm just protecting myself from possible big losses.
He's been over there for at least a few days. I talked to him today and he sounded very discouraged.
No, not really. That report in February was different. The ones that gave them the "E" are the 10K (405), 10K, 10KSB, and the 10 KSB (405) I think.
Yhey can't file the quarterly yet. The annual has to be filed first.
They can not file the Q until the K and KSB have been filed. The Q does not require an audit, so I'm sure it is done and just waiting for the annual to come back from the auditors.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ... IMO this is the lull before the storm.
I called that number and specifically asked, "with regard to the 'E' on the IHDR ticker symbol, what is their deadline for filing," and the guy at OTC.BB (NASDAQ) said May 19th.
Bucfan, they have until 05/19/2006 to file before delisting. Call NASDAQ and see for yourself. 301-978-8263
I really wish everyone would stop talking as if Monday were the day, because it is not true.
I talked to Craig last week and he said the 10k had already been in the auditors hands once. Craig said the auditors wanted Craig to address a couple things, so he said he did. The 10k has been back in the hands of the auditors since May 4th according to Craig. IMO everything is fine. Craig seemed to be very confident about how things were coming along. The other thing that I find reassuring is that they just handed over another $100,000 for the CAVD teachnology. From all of my research it seems like IHDR has come up with all of the funds on their own. There has been no toxic-financing, no venture capalists, nothing like that as far as I know.
It is May 19th, 2006 for sure. I called OTC.BB (NASDAQ) today. You can call and verify...
310-978-8263, and then I think it is option #2. There is really no wait time.
and...

US Energy Initiative Receives $200,000 Payment for CAVD Sub-License from Internal Hydro International
Wednesday May 10, 11:00 am ET
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2006--US Energy Initiatives Corporation (OTCBB:HYFS - News; "US Energy" or the "Company"), manufacturer of a patent dual fuel diesel to natural gas conversion technology, today announced receipt of a second installment from Internal Hydro International, Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR - News; "Hydro") relating to sub-licensing rights for the Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD) technology. A final payment due relating to the licensing of two US states is payable in approximately ten days.
The sub-license agreement was entered prior to the acquisition of the CAVD technology by US Energy. Under the terms of the sub-license Internal Hydro has agreed to enter into a definitive agreement, pursuant to which it shall pay a one-time license fee of $500,000 for exclusive rights to deploy the CAVD technology in the European Union. A $100,000 down payment on the initial licensing fee has been paid by Internal Hydro. The payment received today marks the second of three payments relating to one-time licensing fees for the States of Minnesota and Iowa. The agreement will also provide for HYFS to be paid a royalty of $100,000 for each European country in which Internal Hydro intends to establish an operational CAVD plant. In addition, Internal Hydro will pay HYFS a one-time license fee of $250,000 per state for rights to deploy the technology as well as a royalty stream equal to 5% of gross revenue per plant excluding carbon credits and tire tipping fees. Further, Internal Hydro will maintain the right of first refusal to Tennessee, Illinois, Louisiana and Minnesota at a predetermined license arrangement of $250,000 per state.
"We are pleased to be joining forces with Internal Hydro," said HYFS CEO Mark Clancy. "The revenues we're deriving from the licensing fees as well as our anticipation for the royalty stream from operating plans will allow us at HYFS to develop our signature biofuel. In effect, we have turned a necessary expense into a profit center. The team at Internal Hydro will be focusing on the CAVD technology together with their own unique and promising energy initiative. There are a number of synergies between HYFS and Internal Hydro that we will be investigating during the coming months," concluded Mr. Clancy.

Is this the same bucfan who tries to keep "paper" in line over at raging bull? If it is, what's up? If it's not, what's up?
I spoke to Craig Huffman last night. He said they finished the 10k and it was in the hands of the auditors. He said the filing would be done Monday at best and Wednesday at worst. IMHO, they will wait for the filing before announcing any other "BIG NEWS."
There are some people at hot stock market asking for the patent number on the original unit. It used to be in the RB thread for IHDR, but I could not find it. Anybody know what it is?

Company president Michael Zwebner announced: "This delivery of the new mobile AW-1000M to the Indian Army follows some 8 months of research and development and has created a new milestone in the company's growth. We are now set to work with the military to ensure the trials will be successful and that the machine will perform to expectations and more. So far, we are ecstatic with the machine's performance and are excited about the future possibilities. In just the first few hours of switching it on at the premises of the World Trade Center in Mumbai, India we achieved water production levels previously unheard of. From just 7pm the night before to 11am on Tuesday in normal Indian weather conditions, the machine produced over 900 liters of water. The machine's unique and high tech design was to make about 1,000 per 24-hour period. Indications are that if the trials are successful, the military could be looking to order over 300 additional such machines. Our company stands ready to meet this challenge."
The event followed an official ceremony with many members of India's press and media representatives attending. Copies of the following press reports are attached to this release.

If I had to guess, I would say construction will begin by July. All we can do is wait or get out. Personally I am holding for now.
It has not even begun. The first milestone we are hoping to reach is to secure an air quality permit. Once we get that Thomas Bowers can excercise his option on the land and begin construction. Thomas Bowers said they had a couple questions he needed to answer before obtaining a permit. Once contruction begins it will probably take about 15 months to complete. However, as we reach each milestone (issuance of permit and groundbreaking) we should see some significant surges in stock price. He is also in the process of interviewing IR firms to get the word out. This could happen any day.
Raging Bull used to be good, but recently there is nobody montoring the boards and it is filled with bashers and mumbo jumbo. However, I agree with you about getting the word out. Hopefully, CLME will have a good IR firm on board soon. Thomas Bowers assured me that it will not be a P&D firm.
I don't know about TSS, but I talked to Thomas Bowers today and he said they are just waiting for the air quality permit to be approved. It sounds like this could be happening pretty soon.
It is definitely holding up nice. IMO the MM's are loading up on whatever they can due to the low float. I have spoken to Thomas Bowers several times and he seems to know exactly what he is doing. The potential for CLME is huge if you consider how many rice fields there are around the world, and how we are moving into a new are of alternative energy.
