I may have read it wrong, but to raise funds, they are releasing 15M AS into the OS?
They are doing that by dumping 15,000,000 shares into common stock at a value of .000001, correct?
Has anybody else seen the pre14c?
To approve the decrease in authorized share capital to 15,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.000001 (the “Common stock”) (the “Common Stock Authorized Share Capital Decrease”).
I figured $5.75 is very doable where it stands now and could easily go up from there because by the time it reaches that level there should be more good news driving the SP.
The ratings on Amazon are pretty good. It seems like people love it or hate it, but mostly love. There was a recall on it before because people were getting sick from listeria, so hopefully Verus has better quality control!
Yes, and if he does acquire another company, won't the debt get worse? The problem I see is the debt is so high that it keeps them from turning a profit.
It has prototypes and will be building a facility with the funding it is getting.
Hopefully they give some credit to the medicine and not just pretend he got better on his own.
Been doing a Jerry Falwell and watching from the corner! ??LoL
So much for the Swedish theory I guess. The stock was up in Sweden yesterday and down here today.
Hey, Is that really your phone number?! You might not want to do that.
The PR was not about working the shareholders over. VRUS really has MLB candies that are being distributed to real stores where they will be bought and enjoyed by real people. If Big 5 Sporting Goods is any indicator, people will like them so much they will get bought out and need to be restocked multiple times over!
I'm with you! I would be perfectly happy if they just grew out the business they have without trying to expand through acquisitions and if they payed down some of that debt. I think that would help the SP.
I wonder what they are saying about this stock over in Sweden? Does anybody know Swedish?
Trump will authorize emergency plasma treatment
If Trump announces the company or drug by name, believe me, people who never knew this existed will get on board! He has more sway than just a newswire about RLF-100. He can actually make it a news story where all the news outlets talk about it because of his press conference and dollars would follow. I'm not saying it will happen, but we have seen it happen before with Workhorse and Kodak. He can create a more immediate and frenzied impact.
Tonight may not be about RLF-100, but if it is, President Trump isn't shy about naming companies by name like he did with Workhorse and Kodak!
Those are 5 random companies, what are the 5 other drugs out there?
Another of good info at https://www.neurorxpharma.com
No problem, I would be happy with .70 and let's hope the captain gets better! :)
So you think I am wrong because you are guessing a PR comes out today and the SP goes to .70 instead than .60? I don't get the angst, we both think it will go up!
I think it hits .62ish today and by the time Monday rolls around, the fire chief will be cured and RLFTF takes off.
Look at what this does in Switzerland tonight.
I wish they would of sold at a higher price than $15, but the fact they will raise money and that they are now in Speedway is awesome!
It's because it is a foreign stock from Switzerland.
I don't think they can afford to go farther into debt, so that can only mean dilution. Which, if they can acquire a worthwhile company, it may help them in the long run increase their revenue and earnings, but won't help the SP any.
That's a real touching Facebook post. This is the beat kind of investment, this company can potentially save thousands upon thousands of lives and I hope it does! Even if the drug fails though, I hope this guy will recover!
Absolutely, I pray the guy gets better, but if it is determined that RLF-100 did the trick and does it quickly, this will be big time publicity! They must think it will do something because they raced it to him under escort!
Nice DD, thanks!
"We have an US development company, NeuroRx, that administers the clinical development program for our drug RLF-100. NeuroRx is handling the day to day operations from a clinical development perspective."
I think they are just contracted to help Relief Therapeutics and even if they were to get .10 in commission, at these levels (SP) this is still a good investment!
Why not?
I was thinking along the same lines, "Wow, this might break .056 today!"
Why so many shares? That's got to hold the SP down some!
Thank you, I found it on YouTube and am about to watch it. That's good news to me though because it is more than just a Covid play. The more things it helps with, the better!
Since it is so affective, did they mention any other applications for it besides Covid?
This is no ODFL, that's for sure!
You just wait until they acquire Apple, you'll see!
Now that there is no more Sprint, is IGEN devices still selling with TMobile? By the way, thanks for telling me about this stock 2 months ago!
The main reason I invested in VRUS is because of the BLF division. I can't really blame management for what happened there because as they were about to get the ball rolling on the gummies and chocolate, the baseball season was canceled and the stores which were going to carry the merchandise closed due to Covid19. I really believe that as the MLB season has restarted and as the stores have reopened, we will see an increase in publicity and sales, which will increase the SP. Especially, if BLF can get people to respond to their free samples on Twitter!
I look at ALPP as a small HVAC/ECB company. It's got some good things going for it, but it is also 39.9M in debt from purchasing companies. It is going to take awhile to pay that debt down before the SP will go up a whole lot and with Kent adamant about purchasing another company by the end of the year, that debt will only get worse. Which is a problem when they have a negative profit margin.
